I came in to get an inspection for my 2001 PT Cruiser, I had the car checked for any not ready by Amanda. It showed 4. I began to drive the car more miles to try and clear the 4 not ready. I went back 4 or 5 times over the coarse of three days driving many miles, to see if the not ready had cleared. Amanda excellent customer service, respect, and patient with me was greatly appreciated. The not ready finally cleared and the car passed inspection. Amanda is great asset to you company, and have made me a repeat customer. Thank you so much Amanda.

My, such wonderful service from the moment I pulled up to the moment I left. The little lady came to my vehicle and spoke to me, took my vehicles and said ‘we will be done in about 20 minutes’. I had my vehicle inspected for the State, and I was out of there in 19 minutes. All stalls were full and I thought 30 minutes to an hour! Oh boy this place is a keeper. Nice and clean!

Came in for state inspection and I think the whole process took about 4 minutes. Upon pulling up we were greeted by Amanda who was very nice. We said we were needing an inspection and she immediately pulled our car around and the technician got underway. We sat in the waiting area for about 3-4 minutes and the technician came and checked us out. Overall great experience.

Great place to get motor oil and transmission fluid changed. Always polite, keep you updated and prices are always what you are quoted. They have yet to try to oversell me on anything. Recommend them to everyone!

Fast, professional and reasonably priced. However, I do wish that I had the option of remaining in the vehicle. These guys are working hard, so they do have a tendency to transfer oil into the cars interior. My leather beige interior tells all and is hard to keep clean. Overall, Im very happy and plan to return.

They were courteous, professional. Had suggestions for additional routine maintenance on top of my oil change but not pushy about it. I will be using them going forward. 5 stars

The young lady came and greeted me as soon as I drove up. I was able to sit in my car and take care of emails and business. So they let me know what needed to be done and it just felt like family. They are amazing.

I have been going to this location for at least 8 years now and so does my family. Always great service and not pushy about extras. The owner even bought 2x10s to stack so that our super low drift car could come and get its oil changed there. Awesome place & people, def recommend!

This is truly an awesome place they were so kind and very explanatory on how and why us women need to change our oil and what type of oil especially foe a woman who only drives and puts gas into a vehicle. They are awesome I know a bit more pricy but the newer your vehicle you will have to maintenance accordingly to keep your vehicle in good maintence . I highly recommend this lube oil place especially for people with no time to spare on their hands they were 15-20 min and I paid my fees and was out of there on my way home . I came to this establishment to have my vehicle inspected. I spoke to an employee on the phone, and spoke to 3 more employees in person. Each person was exceptionally courteous and made me feel at ease. I didnt realize that you are supposed to park your vehicle in front of the service bay doors, but when an employee corrected me, they did not make me feel foolish.I appreciated the experience and will be returning for future needs.

At first I thought it was just great salesmanship, and normally denied. BUT, what you didnt know was, they have the history of whats been going on with your vehicle just by plugging in the plate. Someone quickly greeted me when I arrived. My car was inspected and returned to me in about 20 minutes.

Overall good experience.I believe Ashley is the name of my technician. I came in needing a new battery, and an oil change. They suggested servicing my power steering, radiator, and a brake system flush as well, gave me the pricing, but didnt make me feel like I HAD to do those things. I went ahead and opted for them because my car is 2012, nearly 100k mi and to my recollection I hadnt serviced any of those things since I purchased the vehicle. Ashley also gave me a jet fuel treatment, and a coupon for the treatment, which netted to 0 for me... and also checked my tire pressure without me asking, which I appreciated.I got there a bit after 8 and was out a bit before 9 30 AM. 👍Would have preferred to be greeted or acknowledged arriving in the lobby, but maybe I was mixed up on where I needed to be to initiate the interaction 🤷‍♀️ would still go back for the speed and convenience. And could definitely feel a difference in my cars performance driving home.

Staff was friendly.An area that I think could be improved on to improve efficiency is instead of servicing customers only by order of when they come in is to consider the service that is needed.An inspection takes less time than oil change, brake service .... Having a tech to complete inspections while other techs are completing oil changes .... will help to expedite the turnovers of # of cars. Increasing the volume of production while increasing customer satisfaction.

This place is very professional. I went there for a tuneup and they told me that it was not time for a tuneup. Michael went above and beyond and made me feel confident in his knowledge of my car unlike trying to take advantage of another female. NTB was going to do a tuneup which wasn’t needed. 🤦🏽‍♀️ They meet you at your car as soon as you pull up!! Ask for Michael to help you out when you arrive. I drove in and a very professional gentleman greeted us and quoted me 20 minutes. I told him I’d be running over next door to pick up my daughter some lunch. He ran over next door to tell me that the last place I had the oil changed had striped the cap to the oil filter. He offered to have the part shipped next day. He was very courteous and took care of the problem. Because he was so kind, I asked him to change all my wipers, and do my inspection. I plan on going there each time! They are honest, quick service, and know what they’re doing.

This place is just great! Real people, fast service. When you see the same faces somewhere for multiple years you know they like who they work for. Ive tried other Kwik Kar spots closer to my house but I make the drive across town for them.

The tech brought me my oil filter housing cap with a huge hole in it and suggested that they have a metal one that would be better and must have been done by the previous service provider. So... guess I drove 8000 miles with no issue between changes right? Next stop... better business bureau.com! Scheisters... do not go here, especially ladies. Of course I had to buy one from them.... car wouldve dropped most oil on the ground immediately

Michael was awesome! He was very thorough, explained things well, and offered additional services for us to consider. We were serviced immediately, and were allowed to stay in the vehicle, which is so much better for social distancing. We will certainly be back.
