Took 5 months to do a cam and lifter job on a motor he specializes in. Then realized after having my car for 5 months it needed a engine rebuild. First day I had my car back it was leaking oil everywhere because he didn’t bolt the dipstick in right. Had to get it towed back, then they broke into my car at the shop and he doesn’t have property insurance. Tried putting junk yard parts into my car and told me to take my car until the parts came in. Now I have my car and the owner Shaq Hasn’t responded in weeks and is ignoring me. Super unprofessional and don’t have a clue what they are doing.

I used to shop to diagnose, repair what another shop did wrong on my car. At first one of the workers Shaq was very honest and welcoming of my situation, but I stated to him “I do not need sympathy, nor am I looking for a discount” which he states he understands but he’s going to fix my car better than before. I ended up waiting a couple months to start the work due to numerous reasons, but I gave him a large portion of the funds of which he told me he had 3 full engine rebuilds in front of mine. This was January 4 2021, 3 weeks passed by no update so I contacted him and he told me January 28 that “oh I still have 2 full engine rebuilds in front of you” 2 weeks later, a couple days before Valentine’s, he called me late at night and gave me an update, at the end of this phone call he told me if I pay him the remaining $750 he would make my car a priority and start working on my car. We then came to an agreement and I sent him $500, which $250 was due. Well excuse after excuse was given and I ended up not getting the car until about late February, but still had many issues. Now imagine paying a shop a couple thousands of dollars and each weekend you’re having to take a car back to the shop for repairs. The straw that broke the camels back is when I was driving down 635 and my serpentine belt snapped again, I pulled over to let car cool down and saw the belt didn’t snap, but popped off. I tried to put belt back on but was surprised when I noticed the ac compressor fell off the engine. 3 bolts that was pose to hold the compressor on somehow backed out, broke or wasn’t torqued down according to Shaq in a chuckling manner. I still have an oil leak among a couple more issues, and keep in mind every gasket on my engine was replaced in the rebuild. I’m now having to find a 3rd shop to fix the issues with my hemi Charger, and I know it’s not the newest car, but when you pay a shop to do some work, I feel that work should be done the first time and not one of 3 Saturdays you have to take the car back and pick up the next Wednesday. My grammar is also bad in this review because I feel bad for having to “repay” someone else for the services I’ve already paid for.

I had a problem with a chk engine light kept coming on. When I got there he jump rite on it and showed great customer service. And fixed the problem was very satisfied cant find good mechanics like that just anywhere HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM if you have a camero or dodge want to get it tune they are a must to go place.
