Went to get my daughter 4 new tires for her first starter vehicle. Walmart has great tire prices for general use tires. Team members were friendly and thorough. Had me in and out in an hour. Took vehicle on the highway and noticed the front wheels were poorly balanced. Lucky I choose the lifetime balance option. Tire Rack has me So Spoiled with a perfect wheel balance Everytime! Im sure Walmart will make it right. Just a minor inconvenience.

Called to get a quote on 4 new tires. Was placed on hold several times. Then finally, was told uh we dont sell used tires then I was hung up on before I could respond. Naturally I call back, finally get the same person again ( which is almost impossible) and mentioned I never asked about USED tires. I asked about NEW tires and pricing options for all seasons tires... She then said ALL tires are ALL season.. well thats not correct but I let her continue, then she rudely said I cant get you in until x date. ( 3 weeks from then) I didnt want to wait that long so I said okay, thank you she then rudely said yup and hung up..Never was quoted a price and after andHour on the phone and calling twice I ended up just going to good year. All 4 new tires all season with $100 off plus an oil change I paid $620. If I shop at Walmart it will be for milk and laundry soap, not automotive help.

Made appointment to mount and balance tires, was quoted a price. When arrive for appt. I had to ask for the estimated charge which was 50% higher and they wouldn’t give me a copy of the estimate. Since I had to take time off work to do this, I proceeded. An HOUR and A HALF later, my truck was done. Rims were marked up as well. Not a good experience and I won’t be back.

I had a new set of tires installed. The next morning 1 is completely flat. The tire was fine its just the tech didnt seat the bead correctly.

Nothing like buying 4 brand new tires and the next day one pops on the highway. Called to see about getting it replaced and they told me it was my fault. How is it my fault if the tire literally pops? No nails, nothing on road. Lovely right? Overall the 3 hour wait for a mechanic was fun. 2/5

Save the Hassle and eyes rolls from Management and go to tire choice off of Lexington Ave by Kroger.On two separate occasions I have made an appointment to get 4 tires changed on my car. On both occasions the female afternoon manager behind the counter had the worst attitude after offered zero assistance, only advising that it could only be my fault and my fault only that I was not in their system (ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS). She then tried to push me to buy much more expensive performance tires stating that would be the only way that I could get my in car service. I understand when people have bad days... but every day can not be a bad day. This store has bad management and even worse customer service.

Everytime I come here, they lie about wait time. You will wait 3 hours for an oil change even if there is not one person in line. Incompetent clerks that cant ring up tires correctly either.

Mount and balanced a new set of tires on my car. Fast and low cost. I did make an appt since they are always busy. Hard to get through to them by phone. Very busy.

Walked in to get the nail removed from my tire and the hole plugged. The man behind the counter said there was no nail in there and held up a flat piece of metal saying it was in the tread and I mistook it for a nail. Told me the tire would need replaced. I told him I know what a nail looks like and it wasnt the scrap he found in the parking lot. I went to another tire place and they pulled out the nail and patched it on the spot. I still havent needed to replace that tire. It has been over a year.

Have had tires and oil done here. Torques were way off. Balancing and tire pressures were way off. Last tire set had to take back 3 times in the same day to get it right. Once it was correct, no issues. Always check your tire pressures and torque your lugs.

Took over 2 hours to get my tires (4) changed.

Literally go anywhere else. I only went in because it was 5 o clock and every other tire place was closing. If I could put less than one star I would. I made my appointment to have 1 tire put on a rim at 5, waited until 7 and then was told they couldnt put it on unless I bought 4 new tires even though they only had 1 tire of my size in stock. Then I convinced them to just put the tire on the rim and I would put the rim on the car by myself outside of the store. They agreed, but then called a manager to tell me no. Im pretty sure they just wanted to go home over a job that would have taken them 10 minutes at most. I was the third person that they turned away while I was there.

Merl is great! I understand they are understaffed but he is being so over worked... I went in to get a tire replaced (expecting to have to get a ride and come back in a few hours) and I had to wait for 35 minutes JUST to talk to Merl to have my car registered to be serviced. He is all alone at the register and people are furious because it’s taking so long. Get him some help! He is always so helpful anytime I need service but they always put him out here all alone.

Wal-Mart auto care center in Mansfield has lots of room for improvement. I have attempted to get my vehicle serviced for months, for different issues and i have never been able to get any type of help. The cashier always had a reason not to take my car. I finally asked for a supervisor and she guaranteed to see me the following day. Unfortunately i was unable to make it the following day... Now i feel bad for not showing up since I spoke to the supervisor and everything so I never went back😳

Lots of variety and good prices. The issue: what is management thinking HAVING ONLY ONE GUY AT THE COUNTER DURING BUSY TIMES?!?!?!?!? Lunch and after 5, when most of the planet gets tires... My god, 15 minutes to check my car in on an appointment, and then 35 minutes to check out/pay?!?!?! Seriously, less people, less payroll, more profit, I get that - and now I am crabbing on the internet about how much time it takes makes me wonder if I will ever back here. I feel for the workers there. Not happy about my window being left down in the lot and seat adjusted differently, but i saved a buck.... Yes, everybody in line was bent out of shape how long it was taking and that made for the same conversation subject, will we ever come back here...?

They done good. Goofed a bit on the bill but customer service sorted it out quickly when I returned.

Bad customer service

I went in for an oil change, told them what I wanted, handed in my keys and then went to wander around walmart while they worked on it. They had my phone so I figured theyd call me once it was done. After about an hour I figured they had to be about done (they said it wouldnt be too long when I dropped it off since they only had one other car in and multiple technicians) so I go and sit by the counter to wait. About 10 minutes later the women at the counter hands me the key saying they couldnt do the oil change (my gauge was being wonky). Im not upset about not getting my oil change, I get that its the policy. What I am upset about is them wasting my time on one of my only days off. Why was I waiting over an hour if they didnt even work on my car? They had my phone number to call. I wouldnt have wasted my time if I knew they werent even doing anything with my car. It couldnt have taken them an hour to decide they werent going to touch it.

Staff was very accommodating, friendly, and capable. Clean store.

This was the WORST experience EVER came to get 2 tires and it took over 6 hrs to get them ..will NEVER come back here again....was told 2 hrs not 6 plus hrs....the people were NOT friendly at all!!!
