Mankato guns is a nice place, has a number of products for sale besides guns, has reasonable prices, and has a very courteous and knowledgeable owner.I stumbled across the shop by mistake and I am glad I did. Such great customer service with the intention to establish customer relationships rather than just take customer dollars. I purchased a shotgun and was not just given the firearm, but was shown how to clean it properly, the owner prepped it for first time use, and just educated me on everything I needed to know.The shop owner also teaches concealed carry classes for those who intend to get their permit to carry.I recommend visiting and shopping there as well as doing business with FFL transfers there as well. I know it will be my choice of shop and transfers.

Ive had a couple FFL transfers. Very friendly! quick to respond to my emails! and will call you as soon as he gets in your transfer item. I will be returning for his service and I highly recommend to everyone.

When I first walked up to the door and saw the black lab, I asked through the screen door if they could put the dog in a separate room since I am scared of dogs. Toby was very polite and quickly ushered the dog away with a squeaky toy.

I have done 3 transfers through MankatoGuns so far and each time has been a great experience! The transfer fee is unbeatable, $20 per transaction, not per gun, I have never seen anyone else offer it at a price that good. Also Toby is very prompt at responding. I have always used email and always got a prompt response. I got milsurps each transfer and he also helped me inspect them each time. He even helped me field strip and reassemble my first AK. Toby is also friendly every time ive come in and he has a friendly doggo, which is always a pleasant surprise. Paperwork and Transfers have always gone great, if youre going to need an FFL transfer I highly recommend MankatoGuns!

Terrible customer service. He ignored my calls and text while waiting for my pistol. Saw him at hyvee and the guy hide in the corner like a child. I would have accepted if he didnt have my gun but he did and offered no information on what was happening. Will go to buffalo ridge next time .
