I was just in there earlier today because there was no delivery available, and all I have to say is the girl that was working, was the only one in the entire establishment as far as I could tell, and was doing the best she could, a wonderful job considering the circumstances, but a manager should have been there ensuring shifts were filled and things were stocked! they were out of the first 3 cookies I asked for! Ridiculous. Yall need to get it together. No delivery driver, no employees, no cookies, what is going on.

I tried to give this place a second chance but once again I am very disappointed. Approximately two months ago I ordered cookies and they were delivered two hours after the delivery time I had selected. Today I ordered cookies for somebody’s birthday and after 30 minutes of not receiving them at the selected delivery time I contacted their customer service line. I found out that the store was not even open as employees had not shown up for the morning shift. They let me know that the establishment would not be opening until 6 PM. I needed my cookies at 12:30 PM. If the store is closed then you should not be able to order online or through the app for delivery. Extremely disappointed. Can’t believe this place is still in business.

Cookies are fresh and delicious. Tye snickerdoodle were soft on the inside and perfectly crisp around the edges. Warm and tender, their cookies are a must have for any time of the day. Served quick and with a smile, I will be coming back in the future.

Stayed in town to give this place a try. Unfortunately they were closed during their listed business hours. Dont plan on it being open.

They never shipped my order, which was a gift. Fed Ex stated they prepared my package but have not given it to Fed Ex. I tried to email them, no response. I tried to submit a question online. I got sorry, internal server error. I would not use this company. Very unreliable and no response from the company.

I placed an order this afternoon and was informed the Mankato store was closed until 5p and my order would be delivered when they opened. 6:45p comes and I haven’t received anything so I called and was told my order was out for delivery. 7:45p comes and still nothing, called again and was told at first that my order had been delivered. I informed the customer service person that I hadn’t redo anything so she contacted the store and they had the order re delivered. After I had received the second delivery, I received a text from a tenet in another building in my apartment complex. This young lady politely informed me that my first order was left on top of the mailboxes in her building and she found my phone number on the boxes. To say that I am extremely disappointed that not only didn’t the first delivery driver contact me to get some help but that my name, address and phone number was left on top of mailboxes in a building that I don’t even live in. I really hope that in the future delivery for other customers goes MUCH better then this.

I am from out of town and visited here for the first time on January 31. The cookies we bought were the perfect kind...crispy on the outside and chewy in the middle. I didnt try the ice cream, but I definitely will next time. I am surprised they dont have more seating. I would think being so close to campus, they would be able to sustain a location with a few more seats. Great cookies though.

Great cookies but really frustrating that you cant pay with cash for a delivery order. They would get a lot more orders out of me if they did. Their loss

Everytime I have ordered for delivery since I moved to my new house they somehow always switch up north and west for the street and I live on north which is what I put in online when they ask for an address. The lady on the phone whenever I call is very nice and just changes the mistake, but I wish it wouldnt happen. I still love this place and wont stop getting cookies from them. Just a thing that should be fixed or have a number to call to order over the phone.

The ice cream and stuff I ordered was good! but, it was too expensive. I ordered a small ice cream, which looked way way way different in the example picture online than what I received. Online it looked like about 3-4 big scoops of ice cream for a small, but I received maybe 2 medium scoops. Not worth the price in my opinion.

Usually this place is great but tonight it took almost an hour to get our order. I live less then 5 minutes away. And they were extreamly cold and hard. Sad day.

This place is amazing! The cookies are to die for and it is in an amazing location close to campus. The staff is always friendly and the manger Dusty is super chill. Cant say enough good things!

I love that they are open until 3 AM and that they deliver.I wish the delivery radius was a little bit larger to include North Mankato, otherwise everything is great!

I see a lot of older reviews saying that delivery is slow, but unless they got better management I see no problem in delivery time. The online app is really helpful and easy to understand, there’s even a map to show how close the delivery driver is. I usually get my order within 15 minutes of ordering and they’re always warm and delicious. Prices are definitely more than your average cookie but they’re better than any gas station cookie or store cookie I’ve ever eaten and they’re pretty fricken soft. Have never had a problem with any delivery driver or in house crew member. Would recommend.

Ordered for our crew during the lockdown, the driver was super nice and made our night so much better! A big thanks to him and the manager on duty for making the best of a bad situation, they went above and beyond for us and it is much appreciated

They’re very good - chocolate chips were creamy and the oatmeal raisin had a nice touch of cinnamon. Was it worth $6.70 for six regular-sized cookies? They were just “special” enough to warrant a higher price tag. Just wished there were more places to sit in there, but a minor complaint for a college town midnight power snack.

We stopped by this morning for some cookies and the employee working was so friendly and helpful. The cookies are delicious too! If we lived near Mankato this place would be dangerous 🤪

First time ever. Great cookies, the kind that melt in your mouth. Its to bad the special cookies (smores & peanut buttercup) only come in jumbo sizes. Staff were super friendly.

Well I just went in the store and wasnt greeted nicely by the girl working. i had to say hello before she said anything. I asked for a chocolate chip brownie and she basically said no saying shed have to put it in the oven. She was super rude and I didnt even want to order anything else from her. She has glasses but I didnt catch her name.

I have ordered insomnia cookies to my house multiple times howEver when I tried to order them to my neighbors home (3 houses down) for her birthday it was out of there delivery range, the Staff asked me if I could just walk up the road to meet them. When asked if I could speak to a supervisor there was no one to report too. Horrible business plan and customer service!

Though their fresh cookies are usually pretty good, their stuff is often half-baked. Got a cookie cake yesterday and most of it would just droop and flop out of my hand because it was so undercooked.

First time to place an order at Insomnia cookies I am out of state and wanting to send some cookies to a dear friend that is very ill, I was cut off twice when placing my order the third time the lady on the phone was very rude, I decided not to place an order based on how she talked to me on the phone...what a disappointment!
