Ordered online pickup for electric paradise arctic fox dye and the lady would not open the door and constantly gave us bad looks, she had light brown skin and had a yellow mask on. She looked at my multiple times after I help us a sign that said “we paid online” she not only made us seem like she stole our money but made it worse with the rude looks

I ordered online a week ago two conditioners at 3.99 each on sale. When we received our package today it only had the shampoo. We have already been out of conditioner for a few days. when I checked online it said they were unable to ship this item and refunded my card. This conditioner is still in stock online and they have given no reason as to why they didnt ship it. I called the store to see if I could give the same price to me because I would be driving from out of town and should have not had to deal with this. the woman who answered said she would price match it for what the current price was online. She checked and it was no longer 3.99 that I was supposed to pay for it and they decided not to send it to me. I told her I have proof of how much it cost and could show her when I get there. She is said she would not do that.so I have to stop what im doing and drive a town away for THEIR mistake. Because they did not send what I had rightfully paid for. THIS IN SO MANY OTHER REASONS LEADING UP TO THIS IS WHY I CAN NO LONGER SHOP AT SALLY. IT SEEMS LIKE A GOOD PLACE UNTILL THEY CONTINUALLY RIP YOU OFF. NOW MY DAUGHTER AND I HAVE NO CONDITIONER AND NO IDEA WHEN WE WILL GET IT AGAIN.

There is a specific product I always get here, as well last other nail products. The one product, I always buy is a nail strengther and hardener. Without it my nails are so thin and break easily. I asked them to keep it in stock for me, and they said yes, and it is ALWAYS in stock now! The people working there are so nice, too! I know some things arent in stock right now, but that is the way it is with every retail store right now. Things dont magically appear on the shelves, but the ladies working here are magic, because I always leave feeling super happy.

The lady w the flowers tattoo on her arm is not a friendly person you would think after being closed for a while she would be happy to be back to work ..this is not the 1st time either I felt her bad vibes. Should of just gone to cosmoprof last time coming here

So I made a mistake and bought the wrong thing and waited until the last minute to figure it out due to some appointments I couldn’t switch around. Long story short, I came in in a bind needing something for my wedding and these two women working on 09/17/19 around 8pm were the most helpful, kind, patient people ever. They went above and beyond and helped me out and were so sweet to me even when I had a panic moment. I didn’t get their names but I am so grateful for their kindness. I want to stop by after the wedding just to thank them for all they did to help and hopefully this keeps me honest in doing that. Thank you!!! I’m forever a customer at this place and would recommend their help/recommendations to anyone else. And, side note, they have the best selection of hair extensions than any other Sally’s I’ve been to near the Twin cities.

I went into this store last week and received the worst customer service I have ever had!! I had my three young children with me, two of them are toddlers and when I was trying to get my hair dye so I could do my hair my children were getting restless and acting up because it was taking me a while to find what I needed! No one asked me if I needed help every time I tried to ask for help I would get blown off and when I went to check out I got nothing but attitude from the girl working and I knew it was because my kids were being rambunctious. Someone could of helped me find what I was looking for so it would of been a quick ten minute stop in the store like I had planned but instead it took me almost a half an hour. After I paid for my things I said to the girl Thank you! Have a nice day and she walked away like i wasnt even there! She didnt bother to ask me if I had found everything okay or nothing she was completely RUDE!! I could tell she wasnt happy about my kids but then she should of helped me from the beginning so I could get in and out! I will be sure to tell my friends and family how horrible the customer service is here! Definitely disappointing!!!
