I appreciate that Target has earth-friendly products such as the Ever Spring line and carries items like the Scotch-Brite scrubbers made with recycled plastic. I also appreciate the bins up front to receive and process plastic bags and wrap - not just plastic from Target.

The selection of products was very helpful. The staff were helpful.I would suggest calling ahead to confirm if you need pediatric flu shots. Their system allowed me to schedule my children for flu shots but after waiting in line, we were told they did not give flu shots to anyone under 19.Their staff were friendly, helpful and expedient with care. They really tried their best to help out.

Clean and organized, and easy to find exactly what I was looking for. The cashier was quick and friendly even though I was having a toddler throwing a mini tantrum during checkout. The bathroom is a different story. I discovered too late that the toilet paper was out in the stall, thank my lucky stars Im a mom that carries wet wipes in her purse! The garbage was also overflowing. Without the bathroom experience, this would have been a five star review from me.

Quick and easy to order online and pick up in store a couple of hours later. Pick up was located just inside main entrance, showed my ID and we were out the door. Keep it up, Target!

The pickup was very convenient and easy! Every time I order, the employee is out bringing my items almost immediately. I recommend using this if you are on a time crunch, or not wanting the temptation of browsing in person.

I went to customer service to have a coupon added to my pick-up order that I was unable to add with the online order. Tina was so helpful! Because I had just placed the order that day there was some issues with being able to get my receipt. She problem solved to make it all work. She went above and beyond to help me. I just had a baby 2 months ago and its hard to get out with how cold it has been so was so nice to not have to come back! This is actually the second time that Tina has helped me and she is very helpful, pleasant, and personable.

Target always has what I am looking for and the associates pay attention to the customers. If help is needed they are courteous and resourceful. Check is quick as it is always monitored.

The Starbucks inside this target is horrible...no coffee brewed in a coffee shop!!

Not a bad Target by any means! Its got mostly everything that you need, but since its attached to a mall its smaller than most. Its nice if you want to avoid Walmart though.

Because we had two exceptional tech people that we would like to mention. One is Fauchi in the Burnsville Target & the other one is Doug in the Mankato Target. They were very helpful to us & we feel they should be commended

I have been trying for months to get a baby shower registry bag and every time I call or stop in they dont have any available, Ive asked when they will have them and get the same Im not sure but keep checking, normally I love Target but they are really lacking right now and I dont know if its because of covid or what but Im beginning to get very frusterated..

It couldnt work better. I did have an incident where they forgot 2 items on one of my trips but were so nice about it and i picked it up later. I have never waited for longer than a few minutes and here they come. It works great.

I’m really impressed by targets new remodel. It’s bright and welcoming, and very organized. All the staff I encountered today were helpful when we needed them and the cashier Casey was really down-to-earth. He was nice and funny. He was professional and when we asked him questions his customer service skills were excellent!

It so simple to place my order at home or wherever I am and then just pick it up. It also saves so much time with my schedule.

Employees were very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. The website said it was it the Kitchen department, but it wasnt there. So I asked someone who used their computer and told me the item I was looking for was in luggage. I couldnt find it (so very blind) so a different employee found the item. Then they went to the back because I wanted two of the item and there was only one on the shelf. THANKS!

Great store with nice updates. But why the hell don’t you stock cinnamon flavored toothpaste? You have numerous mint, fresh mint, icy fresh, arctic fresh, and even deep clean mint...but no cinnamon! Come on...you can do better.

I made a 70 mile round trip to Mankato MN because the book I wanted, (The Truth About Magic- annotated copy by Atticus) is sold exclusively at Target. When I looked, the book wasnt available. I went to the service counter and an associate assisted me with ordering the book to be delivered to my home. I very adamantly told her the version I wanted and showed her pictures of the version I wanted. She assured me that it was the correct copy as the spot she was ordering from had similar pictures. Well, imagine my surprise when my book arrived on Saturday and it was the wrong version. This was a very important gift for someone special and you failed to deliver! If you are going to have exclusiveness of an item, it should be readily available. This is the most disappointing representation of customer service I have ever seen!

Overall a pleasant shopping experience the week before black friday looking for Christmas gifts and baby supplies. Although it was busy, the aisles are large enough to accommodate for the surge in customers and we were able to navigate without frustration. Target rarely disappoints and Id have to say that this location help up to the standard. Its a solid option department store.

I ordered something online for a pickup and when I went up to the service counter, they didnt have what I ordered there. Tristian spent a good chunk of time looking for it and helping me. Even though they didnt have it, Tristian was very and helpful. Thank you Tristian!

While I was shopping in the store, I noticed/suspected that they had bottles of recalled hand-sanitizer for customers to use while in the store (Born Basic brand, Google search, from Mexico, METHANOL recall). I immediately called the store manager when I got home. If this is true, I am very disappointed. By the way, I believe I had to speak with two seemingly reluctant employees to get to speak to the manager. Not sure why that is?

Its a Target. Recently renovated. Looks kind of classy. Now has a Starbucks so its pretty posh. Great for buying things that you want and even things that you need.

Target drive up is so simple and easy. Made getting a few quick things so easy without having to leave the car!! Love shopping in store but also appreciate the ease of drive up option when running errands with kiddos!

I ordered Easter gifts online for my grandkids. So much better than Walmart. No unpleasant surprises after the fact(unlike the experience I had with Walmart) and my son and daughter were able to pick up their orders so quickly. Things were exactly as ordered. I will only order gifts for them online through Target from now on.

I went up to the Starbucks in Target and the guy behind the counter wouldn’t make me a Frappe because he cleaned the machine and said that I could come back after I was done shopping to get the Frappe since it was 6:30 and they closed at 8 that day. I came back to the Starbucks at 7:30 and the guy closed early! Very upsetting they should not be allowed to do that but apparently they are allowed to close that early.

Used the online purchase with in-store pickup to save time - had to grab a last minute birthday present. Added my wife for person to pick up, forwarded her the confirmation email, and she was still met with scrutiny, skepticism, and rude customer service rep. Took Much longer than it would have to just purchase off shelf and ring through cashier - plus could’ve avoided interacting with the unpleasant employee. Will still shop at Target - loyal to MN companies - but will avoid interactions with their customer service team.

I love the experience when I walk into a target. Its clean, its bright, I know where to find things and I always find an extra treasure (or two!) when I shop here. Target is my #1 favorite store.

I enjoy going into the Target Mankato store because it is always clean and the employees are friendly. I would choose Target, ten out of ten times if it came down to picking between Target or Walmart

Now, Ive been to this target several times. Almost all of my experiences here have been great. If I need something quick I can normally be in and out. Or if I have a list of things to get they have them. One big plus is the friendly employees. However, today when I was checking out my cashier was friendly but one register over there was a family of 3 with their very young child. As they were checking out I see the child was excited to get a new backpack (at least thats what it looked like). As I saw this I looked away and then heard the cashier (employees name tag said Noelle) loud and clear say let me do my job! And snatched the backpack from the child because she was excited to have a new one. I was sort of shocked by this. A few others who had heard including the parents seemed shocked by her behavior as well. The cashier did not look even remotely happy, she looked just angry and annoyed like she didnt want to be even talked to by anyone. Just thought Id put it out there as target does not have any place on there site to put reviews and such.

This Target is always clean, they added a Starbucks location for all the Starbucks lovers. I am not a fan of the new renovations especially how they have the middle section of the walk way cluttered :( However, I ABSOLUTELY love the Target app. This app allows you to order your items and just pick it up at the store. That means no more walking around looking for an item and if you are anything like me and just try and drop in for a couple of items and then find your bill to be over 100 dollars this app for ordering and pick up is the way to go. Once I place my order it is ready for pick up in 15-20 mins.

We really like the remodel of the store and there was good service in the electronics section both times we were in there looking! Thank you Sara for the good service and help!

Target is my first choice when it comes to needing items for my house or myself. Staff for the most part is very friendly. They have a great entertainment section. I think what I like most is the fact that their store is clean unlike other chain stores. They take pride in their appearance and it shows.

I had very good help from one of the stockers.

This rating is based solely on the photo kiosk. It took me over an hour to get my photos to print with the instant print option. After my third attempt, a worker told me that the kiosk is not compatible with Android devices even though it is an option to choose from when connecting to devices. Once the photos actually printed, they were good quality.

The store just reminds me of the big stores that only really want the money not the memory factor. The old target was way easier to navigate and find things but now the new target is just to spaced out and the aisles are way too narrow. Personally I wish they didn’t change it they took the fun factor out of shopping.

Employees are not really helpful. Last time when i was going to buy a MULTI-PURPOSE GAS DUSTER 10 OZ CANS - 2/Pack which I buy it in every two weeks for my business. They were out of order for 2/Pack which has a deal for 2/Pack and if you buy it separate there is no deal like 2/Pack. I kindly asked employee if TARGET has 2/pack in their storage and she checked and said we have single cans not in 2/pack right now then when i asked if they could do the same deal as 2/Pack if I buy 2 separate cans, she was like, nope as long as you dont buy 2/pack there wont be a deal for single can. Again kindly I told her, if TARGET out of order that should not be my problem, then she was like nope I cant help you. Thank you TARGET for having a professional also super kind employees. (i believe TARGET doesnt running a small business or am i wrong ?)

They seem to be handling the busy season in an efficient manner. The gentleman directing customers to checkout lanes kept everything running quite smoothly.

Target was wonderful, however very disappointed with the Starbucks in the store. The barista was very rude and failed to make our drinks right. Had little to no conversation with us and stood there talking to the other barista about other things.

They remodeled the store and it looks nice except now the aisle are way too narrow and can barely fit two carts. You start getting more than a couple people in a aisle and it turns into a sardine can. The cashier was just rude. She wouldnt price match Targets own price online that is allown per company policy and she had problem matching the price stating she cant do that. You are supposed pay the instore price. I could of ordered it online, picked it up from here for that price that you wouldnt want to price match. I even showed her proof of the online price from the Target site. She did finally change it but my wife and I left very dissatisfied in this Target. Shopped there many times, never had no issues in the past. Wondering why brick and mortar is dying it because of customer service experience like this. We can stay at home and get the right price, with being a Target card holder free shipping and dont have to deal with people who dont know there own company policies.
