I have been coming to Toyota Service for almost 20 years. I think that they have been fair to me with the vehicles I have purchased from them and with the service for the cars. They have listened to what I am looking for but also when I have had a question or a complaint. They seem to be willing to work with you. I have owned several different brands of vehicles and they would work on them too. If they are unable to help you with something, they tell you and give you suggestions or recommendations. I think that is important in order for a company to be customer friendly and want repeat customers. I enjoy the customer service and the waiting area. They do not take very long when working on your car for a general checkup. I trust that they do what they say they do and that my car receives good service from qualified technicians. I will continue to bring my vehicles here, as long as I feel welcome and receive good cost effective quality service.

Great service, no b.s. or false issues. Labor is a little on the pricey side but they do their job and will point out real issues they find or notify you of things you may need soon.

Always get top notch service from Heintz. Bought my first Toyota from them in 1993. The service dept. is so amazing I refuse to go anywhere else!
Worse place to have service done. Dont trust them to work on your car.
Ok for a repair shop, but damn they are costly. Said water pump was starting to leak. Their cost...just shy of a grand. My local shop...under 400 same parts
