Came in for a small oil leak. They had it fixed within 2 hours. Tony was very professional and hospitable. He updated me several times of the status of my car while in the waiting room (which is very nice might I add). Very reasonable parts and labor costs with a welcoming environment. The first time I went for an oil change was great . This last time I was very disappointed in them,, It took them 2 hours to get my oil change done they wanted to rotate tires which I did not ask for and 4 to 5 other people came in and were out before me. I then finally asked if I was done and sure enough it had been done they just forgot to tell me. Nice people but wont be back I should have been in and out within a half hour not 2 hours for an oil change

Called in for an oil change with short notice, even with them being 3 mechanics down and fairly busy they still got me in and out in 45 minutes. Very professional and talked to me like I was a long time friend instead of just another out of state customer. Prices were nice and they even diagnosed my check engine light for free without me even asking. Overall awesome customer service and would highly recommend checking this place out if you need a mechanic in the area.

Called for pricing on a mount and balance and alignment, the guy who answered the phone was rude from the beginning and when I asked to assure that the alignment price was on a 4-wheel alignment and not just front end alignment he scoffed and said what other kind is there? I called many places for this same quote this day. Easily the worse customer service and reception I received from any of the calls I made. Price for a mount and balance was high as well, pricing for alignment was reasonable. But due to the poor customer service I will not be taking my vehicle here.

Went there on multiple occasions. Found Tony to be a charming individual. Have had transmission flushed done and tires mounted with him at this and previous locations. Called almost a week ahead of time to set appointment. Dropped it off, then when I come back not only is it not done. But they have started on it yet. Not the first time Ive seen this type of behavior from this crew. When I came to pay they charged me more then before. Even after I tried using my discount card that Tony sells. He claims he gave me a better deal but if you look at how He invoices, its just based on where he divide the discount on the parts or labors. When tell him he charged me less he told me that I needed to find a new place to do business and that I was talking down to his guys. I told him to produce said mechanic and have him bear false witness against me. Avoid this place, Tony put too much on his plate . Then when you have to suffer he takes it on you and tells come later and then not come back at all.

Brought my car in because the engine was stalling, I heard a loud noise when I would go over 40mph, and I needed to replace my headlights. Amazing customer service! Tony was very friendly and I think I spoke with John over the phone. Great service and I’m super happy with the results! My headlights look fantastic and my car is fixed. After giving Express Care tons of business and recommending to friends and family I’m disappointed with the service I received a few months ago. I went to get a headlight replaced. I was told it was not an easy fix and that it would take three hours. I told them not to worry about it and that I’d replace it myself if it was that much work. Tony then brought me into the shop to ‘show’ me why it was so hard to take the headlight out and replace it. I was extremely offended to say the least. Once he pulled up my info to bill me I think he realized that I was a valued costumer because he became buddy buddy with me and gave me a discount on the headlight that took maybe 20 mins to replace.Flash forward to now and I have the same headlight out but the connector is completely fried and corroded. I’m hoping that they didn’t cause this to happen because a headlight was “a lot of work” to replace.I sadly won’t be coming back to Express Care for the time being. Not worth getting talked down to and wondering if parts in my vehicle were messed with because doing their job was too much work..

Great place! After dealing with mechanics and auto repair places for 25 years, Ive been pretty skeptical about how honest most of them are. But Express Auto and Tony Ive never had an issue. They dont upsell you on repairs you dont need, very dependable work at a fair price, you cant get better than that.

Walked in, expecting to just have a few questions answered and maybe get a few issues looked at, but ended up getting an oil change right then and there. So I got the oil changed, thinking, oops I forgot to print off the discount tickets from their website, but I talked to Tony (who is super awesome and super down to earth!), and he gave me a really good discount, just because hes a good and smart person who knows good things happen to good people!

I was referred here I believe even before the new owners/management, and have been very impressed ever since. I have recently moved up to the cities but still come specifically to this place when I have any vehicle trouble. Everyone here is pretty smart and very good at what they do.

Didnt treat me well. I was standing in front of him more than 15 minutes. That guy picked up at least 10 calls without talking to me. That is not a good customer service. Recommending not to go there. Price is double in there.

Tony is great. Ive been going there for years. He knows my cars name. He suggested repairs that were realistically needed when the first estimate I got from another mechanic suggested repairs like it was possible to make my car new again.

Express Care Auto Center is always speedy and professional. Their rates are similar to other oil change/auto care places in Mankato, but the service is above the rest. I have been taking my car there for routine maintenance for a while and have never had anything but a great experience. Honest, hard working theyll do only what is needed to get you back on the road.Were all human, theyve made mistakes, but theyve owned said mistakes gracefully and fixed them quickly.Theyre also great at fixing the mistakes of others if your previous place has done you wrong and not wanted to make it right.

My wife and sister in law are out on a road trip with 5 kids in tow. Our van broke down with transmission problems and leaking fluids. These guys are so amazing. They were extremely busy, and yet they got them in and taken care of with the care I would have given myself. They left with the vehicle working fantastic. I am in another state, I wish mechanics here were like these guys!

My tensioner pulley (and thus, the serpentine belt) malfunctioned a few miles outside of Mankato. I wasnt from the area. Jacob at Express Care was so kind and helpful. He helped me get my car towed and after a few hours, had me back on the road headed home again. They made a difficult situation much less stressful and really took care of me as a customer. I highly recommend this business to anyone in search of a good auto repair center, especially those that have a foreign car (BMW, Mercedes, etc.) So grateful for their help and service!! Was referred here by my parents, and Im thrilled that I was. Ive never trusted a mechanic more. Received a quote from a competitor for $1,100, brought the car in to Express Care and Tony told me itd be $270, and the 2008 Edge runs great now!

Tony the owner runs a tight ship filled with talented mechanics. They specialize in foreign model cars: Audi, BMW, Volvo. Less expensive then going to an overpriced dealership.

Cant say enough good stuff about the work done and staff at Express Care. Only bringing them the toughest of projects on my Japanese and European sports cars. From oil leaks to subframe repair to suspension repair, to valve adjustments. Quality, quick, and much less expensive than the anywhere else.

I had accidentally gone in on a Saturday to try and get my car fixed, not realizing they were closed that day. The mechanic I talked to who was working on extra projects took a quick look at it since he had a minute and told me what was wrong, about how much it would be, etc and that if I came in on a Monday it would be a quick, maybe even a half hour, fix.Cue Monday and I take it in. The experience was a near 180 from before. The front desk agent didnt bother to look at my car and barely listened when I told him what the other mechanic said, yet was somehow able to tell me that it would be a half-day fix, that they only have one mechanic on staff (what?), and that they would have no one to fix it if I waited because that guy was going on vacation. I feel like he was trying to somehow take advantage of me and try to rush my decision in the stupidest way Ive ever seen.If you can, try to deal with an actual mechanic if you come here. If the guy refuses to let you like he did me (claiming that the mechanic isnt in until 9am? Really?), I would suggest you go to Midas instead. Theyre at least up front about screwing you over.

I recently went to Express Care to get my Oil changed. They did a fabulous job and only reccomended me services/products that were needed on my vehicle. I did not feel like they were telling me useless suggestions and in fact told me I needed a minor repair which I had noticed needed replacing as well prior to me going into the shop. Normally I change my own oil, but this shops service was top of the line and will be getting more business from myself and I will be reccomending them to others!

This shop has gone so downhill. On my last visit i had to teach the mechanic how to take off spark plug wires properly to keep hi from breaking and more on my engine.

I can change my own oil but as a new owner of German autos I needed to find qualified and trustworthy care for my precious car. Success, I found them. As an owner of super sport bikes I know the critical importance of accurate work. One misplaced spacer can cost a life when traveling 160+ mph. A Lamborghini tech can fix a Ford but dont let a Ford mechanic touch a Lambo. These guys proved to me they are professionals. Thanks team!! Anngel

It is very expensive. I don’t want to go there in future. Just removing and replacing an ignition coil takes $187. They didn’t ask me before changing it. They changed and gave me the bill of $187. Ridiculous!
