I drive a couple of hours to get here. Love their whey butter and garlic and herb butter too. Oh yeah, I get really awesome cheese while Im there too. My favorite is the string cheese, ropes and Colby cheese. The 25¢ ice cream is delicious!Well worth the trip.

The cheese is great. I have been coming here for years. However, here recently it seems the prices have almost doubled. What I used to buy cost about 20 dollars. Yesterday, that same amount cost 35 dollars. Maybe prices have increased due to the virus but beware of the pricetag. Also, yesterday, no employees wearing masks, all customers that exited the store before me were also not wearing masks. A real dissapointment and thus the 3 star review.

Wisconsin is known as the cheese state. Pine River Dairy does a great job of upholding that reputation. Well over a 100 types of cheese, friendly ladies at the checkout counter; and the chance to scarf down a 25 cent ice cream cone. There are fresh curds and butter on a daily basis. My favorites are the well aged cheddars. Get yourself here

What an unreal selection of cheeses. When visiting from Florida its our go to stop on the way back to the airport to stock up a suitcase. Weve brought some friends up to WI with us and theyre always blown away by how many cheeses there are to choose from and the fact that the quality doesnt suffer due to the variety.Its always so hard to pick which cheeses we want, but we always make room for a bunch of fresh curds and string cheese. Cant be the 25 cent ice cream cones too!!

As a finicky fan of cheese spreads, Ive tried many of the best in WI and have to say, nothing compares to the Pine River cold pack cheese spreads. Just amazing in every way! (My personal favorite is the garlic & herb my mom got me hooked on 30 years ago)

Every time I visit Manitowoc, I always try to stop here. Fresh cheese curds are sublime. A fine, fine selection of cheeses and other food items. I also pick up maple syrup here---great taste, great price. If youve got kids and some time to kill, stop on out for cheap 25-cent cones.

This is our all time favorite ice cream and cheese shop. Of course they have an always rotating selection of ice cream for only .25 cents a scoop. They also have hundreds of cheeses, including the best cheese curds weve ever had. My favorite thing to get here is their handy little snak-pac bag that includes cheese curds, mozzarella chunks, and sausage pieces- along with a scoop or two of ice cream in a dish.

The best fresh dairy for all your needs. I will always stop here when Im close or even not that close. Wonderful people and good prices.
