I am simply appalled at cvs. I simply wanted to know about testing. Instead I am sent to a foreign call center. I asked politely to speak with someone I can understand so I am sent to an automated system that is not working and a pharmacist wont speak with you. So I will Continue to go to work possibly infecting others. I will post a bad review everyday until I am bored with it.

Very ruid people.been here twice in two weeks. Came for a covid test. Was 5 minutes early. Anita told me to come back at scheduled time. Pulled up 1 minute to 10. he took 10 minutes to get logged into the system.Wouldnt recommend this pharmacy to anyone

I wish there was a negative star button. Aside from the younger male pharmacist who usually works nights,, this pharmacy is the rudest, most unhelpful, and worst customer service you can find. If you need to call it is an automated line, which is fine, except when you say talk to a pharmacist it transfers you and immediately you are disconnected. If you are lucky enough to actually get through to someone, they are down right rude on the phone. This pandemic has been hard on every business and every level not just at the pharmacy in customers deserve so much better than this on every level.

I get all my medications here . There very prompt at filling the prescriptions . They always make sure to answer any questions you might have on your prescriptions and they have great deals in the store on various items . Ive always been treated very well .

The lady at the pharmacy was really disrespectful she act like she doesnt want to talk to me and no face mask covering not her or her partner behind the counter. As soon is we complete the transaction she threw the medication on the table and keep walking that was really disrespectful

I love shopping at CVS...so many great deals and the reward bucks are great! Every shopping trip I accumulate more for the next time. The staff is awesome..especially Heidi, Kathy and Roxanne, they are always so friendly, and they always take a little time to talk with you and see if you need any help finding something and the manager as well, always recognizes you and makes you feel appreciated. I love CVS!!

Most of my shopping there is for the pharmacy and I have been very happy with their service. Prescriptions have always been done on time. I have also done other shopping there and have been able to pick up the items I need. As far as pricing goes, possibly they are a bit higher on items but they are a block from my home, Walmart and others are a car drive away....not worth the drive for small savings.

I USED to go to the pharmacy, but not anymore! Horrible customer service!!! Only one friendly technician named Amanda. Pharmacists are pretty good. However, watch out for everyone else extremely RUDE and UNFRIENDLY and absolutely no compassion for their customers especially Sandy and Anita. Went to have my RX filled, something I cannot function without and instead of explaining why my insurance would not allow a refill, I was insulted and treated like a junkie. When I asked if I could get a few pills to get me through, I was ignored. NEVER NEVER AGAIN! Just appalled by how I was treated after being a loyal customer for almost 20 years. If you dont want to help people why are you working at a pharmacy? Good bye CVS!

$7.00 for a small box of cereal? No thanks.Unless I absolutely have too, Ill go. They seem to make a big deal if you dont have or want their CVS card. One of the ladies that work there is very nice and caring. I usually always go to her.

My Ins had lapsed, Theresa in the pharmacy went thru a lot of time to find me a discount to use. Without it, I would not had been able to afford my meds. Thank you again

Most of the staff lack in customer service in peraon and on the phone. I go monthly for refills and its usually the same service. The only reason i go still is because my insurance is accepted its super close and the drive thru.

Quick & convienent place to shop. Prices are competitive with comparable stores. Pharmacy & store staff are very pleasant and helpful making sure you receive the best service & understsnding with any script meds or OTC.

The pharmacy department is absolutely amazing. All of the staff members that work at this CVS are all amazing in the front of the store and in the pharmacy!!

Dont ever complain about uncaring unprofessional service,they will ask you not to do business there.their continued mistakes in auto refills made me deal with a unprofessional management of the pharmacy, extremely rude and unreliable,I wont deal with a pharmacist whom screams on the phone at me

So slow! I have been sitting in the Drop off pharmacy for at least 20 minutes now. This happens every time I come here.
