I was in last week Friday for a haircut and color. I had Sarah do a color and cut and she did an amazing job. I have had her the last couple times I have stopped in and she always does great work. For the finished look she did a cool three braid style that I got many compliments over the weekend. Would recommend this place for any hair services any time.

Went in with some reservation having not had my hair colored here before and heading off in a couple days on a much anticipated vacation (I wanted something fresh and special) but Rachel quickly assured that what I wanted was very much doable and said Id love it. You dont usually expect a chain establishment to be so personable, but this location goes above & beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, and even occupied my child when he had to come with me. I will definitely be back, and really appreciate the quality customer service that they provide.

I am having the best experience ever. I told Sarah about the struggles I was having with my hair. She was great with offering suggestions. This was much needed since I had no idea what I wanted. Other places I have been havent done that. Really showed me that she takes her job seriously. She is the professional. Cant wait to see how it turns out.

Got my haircut by Randee, she did an amazing job and was the best haircut Ive ever gotten!! I would definitely recommend getting your haircut here. The store was also very clean as well and looked really nice.

Nice little hair salon, conveniently located next to Festival in Manitowoc. Elizabeth did a nice job cutting my boyfriends hair, and the haircut was reasonably priced at $15. If you want to get your hair colored, make sure to come in at least 2 hours before they close.

Very nice people that work there! But I got my hair dyed there and it took the girl 4 hours to dye my hair!!!!! I was not happy with the end results either, lets just say I couldnt wait to go get it re dyed!!! I wont be coming back thats for sure!

Me and my fiancee went to get our haircut and people working there were nice and friendly. But the issue here is our haircuts. My haircut was fast and looked decent. My fiancees on the other hand was fast and appeared to look good. But when we had arrived home, a closer look in the mirror changed that. Her hair was uneven on the sides and basically all the way around. Her bangs were completely butchered. The bangs went all the way to the top of her head, which shouldnt be bangs at all. All in all it was overpriced for average work and will be going some place else the next time.

Stephani has done my color in the past and fixed a very bad haircut I got at a different local salon. Lesson learned!!!! She’s amazing, always professional with great suggestions on color and cut and I won’t make the mistake of going anywhere else again! Looking forward to my next color and cut!!!

Got a bad haircut somewhere else, and came here looking for help. It really was a simple fix (I was honestly considering doing it myself, but I have never cut my hair before) All they did was thin out my hair so much and managed to make it even worse. WORST haircut I’ve EVER had.

I went to get my hair done for a special occasion. The baseline price was around $35. During the appointment I asked her not to use hairspray, telling my hairdresser it doesnt work well with my hair, and my hair will stay on its own anyway. She proceeded to ignore my request and then complained that it too two hours to curl my hair alone. I gave her several pictures for reference of the style I wanted, and what she did was no where near the pictures. All together it lasted 3 1/2 hours and i was charged $75 aince it took so long

Wanted to start by saying the owner Randee Rufledt of fantastic Sams has personally refunded my entire bill and has been nothing but nice. This situation has been resolved and I am happy with how things were fixed. Therefore Im changing my stars from 1 to 3.If I could leave zero stars I would. 3955 deweys st manitowoc 54220 location I have natural light blonde hair and never had issues with fashion colors in the past. I had my hair colored it took about 4 hours because she was having issues mixing the colors. when I got home noticed there was green spots and parts that didnt get dyed the base roots turned a puke green color. Keep in mind I had my hair and roots bleached b4 coloring. I called the salon right away and they told me to come in to talk about it. The manager said that fashion color will do that and there was nothing she would do to fix the mistake. they also never warned me this could happen before I spent $145.00. The manager RACHEL BALLIEW got very confrontational yelling at me in front of other customers and small children, telling me Im being very disrespectful by mentioning there may have been and issue with the product. I never raised my voice and apologized for offending her about the product but I think she took it too personal. Ive worked at Aerial - CosmoProf for 5ys and have a reasonable knowledge about hair care and products. When asked for her card, name and owner contact she stated theres no one to contact and the owner would say the same thing and wouldnt help me. at first she refused to provide her card and name . I left embarrassed and crying. She was very unprofessional and created a hostile situation. this location has lost a long time customer. Im so sorry this happened but Im so upset I had to say something.
