Honest! x3000. I brought my van in for repair. I had googled the issues I was having (forums and lots of other sources) and was sure I knew what the issue was. It was an expensive fix. I brought it to Safranski and they said no...it was the brake rotors. Well, I had just had those done, so they were under warranty, but I hadnt brought any paper work. I drove it home (another state) and got the rotors replaced. Vehicle runs like magic now. He could have gouged an out of town/out of state customer who would very likely never come in the door again, but didnt. The rotors were a much cheaper fix than what I had thought, even if it wasnt warranty. Accurate diagnosis and honest business. Rock on.

Paul Safranski is by far the nicest, and most honest person I’ve met. I brought my car in with horrible noise in the front end, and in less than 3 hours, it felt like I had a brand new car. He made sure my car was running smoothly and safe to drive. He is honest and upfront about the repairs needed on your vehicle, and he is VERY fair and reasonable. He truly helped me when I was down and out and I will never go anywhere else for car repairs. If you need repairs on your vehicles, please bring them to Safranski!

Extremely good experience! They went above and beyond for me. I got my front struts replaced & I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Good company too while waiting, I was extremely grateful for their help today. In an out same day I called so I could get everything taken care of on my day off. Very unsatisfied, was very disappointed in how the phone conversation went, rude and hung up. They broke a wheel stud and told me to drive it like that since they didnt have time to fix. Also told me all 20 lug nuts were bad.

Great service, bought tires from him dont know on his services was a little to expensive for me. But as I said tires were cheapest compared to others. Took care of mounting, and rotation, but didnt align them. Will be going back to get this taken care of when I have time, overall good place, great service I do recommend them.

Took our truck in and told them needed a new fuel pump. They said no i needed a 200 dollar key. A couple days later the fuel pump went out for good leaving my wife stranded in winter . Paid for towing, to replace pump. Took car in to get new tires. Said he ordered wrong tires, charged new price for scabby used tires. Went back a 3rd time said transmission was bad went to pick up car and the drives side was caved in.. wouldnt pay to fix . Wanted to buy a junk door and have me put it on. Dont waste your time here not good work, not responsible,

As a first-time customer of Safranski Tire and Auto I was very impressed with the fast service. The employees were courteous and polite, and accommodating. Overall the service was great. And oil changes are just under $20. I would definitely recommend Safranski Tire and Auto.

Ive always been impressed by the honesty Paul (owner) had with his clients. No matter what the problem was Paul was honest in every situation. It kept me going back for years. However, after my most recent experience I can say with 100 percent certainty I will never again use them for any repairs or even general maintenance. After 4 attempts to get a front end alignment they finally achieved it. Had I not done the work of replacing several parts myself it would have cost me almost $2000 to have them do what I did myself for less then $492 and a mere 4 hours of my time. After going back for another alignment they told me I had not installed a part properly and wanted another $180 to fix my mistake. In need of a vehicle I agreed to have them fix it. After I finally had my vehicle back I come to realize that they had just charged me $200 for $1 worth of parts. They said the expense was in labor. I was charged $200 to do a repair I could have done myself in the parking lot of Safranski in less then 15 minutes!! While I do still respect Paul (owner) there is no doubt in my mind that his team if mechanics are of piss poor quality! NEVER GO HERE!

Stopped in to get my oil changed just before a trip a few hours out of town. They were on lunch which they take around 12 in the afternoon but the owner was very accommodating and made sure that I got in as soon as it reopened. They did a good job and they were thorough and explaining to me the condition of my car. The owner was extremely friendly the bathroom was very clean and the wait I was pleasantly short.

BEST SERVICE IN TOWN (maybe in all of northeast Wisconsin), HANDS DOWN! I had squeeking brakes and was sure they needed replacing. However, when the tires were off, Paul brought me out and showed me what the problem was...basically nothing! Its the way the brakes are made. Safranski could have replaced my brakes and charged me full price...Id have been none the wiser. These people are kind, HONEST, and trustworthy. I had an appointment for them to come pick up my car to have an estimate on brakes for my car done... and they never showed up to come get it, and thats why i was working a 12 hr day so its not like i wasnt there.. and mind you i work pretty much across the street and they still couldnt make it throughout the whole day to pick it up

Pauls team got the truck in right away, figured out the problem and had it fixed same day. Fair price for excellent work.

I brought my truck here because I was in a hurry and regret it. They charged about 10$ more than anywhere else and the next time I got my oil changed I found out they never changed the oil filter. Will never bring a vehicle here again.
