If youre ever stuck near Manitowoc, please call these guys! We got a flat tire on the highway so we called Ramirez Auto. They towed our truck, patched the tire, and had us back on the road within an hour and a half! We were super impressed with how quick everyone was!

Weve used Ramirez auto in the past for oil changes, tire repairs, and replacements, transmission fluid changes, and towing. We saw a vehicle for our daughter and ended up buying it. Very unprofessional. Took belongings out of my car he was fixing. Busted memo the owner in the act and now he told me he would return it in an hour so I went with my son and got lunch came back. No one was to be found. Upon arrival there were others waiting also for him and were also getting upset he was not around. Told me to be back at 230 its now 3pm and no sight of anything..... do not come to this place at all unless you want to be ripped off and property stolen from you .

My husband and I and our children are traveling and we had a busted tire. Even though it was very close to his closing time. He took his time to work on our truck . He later discovered that our brake pad was bad. He advised that we change the brake pad. Very professional. He did not take advantage of our predicament that evening. The charges are just right.

I woke up to a flat tire and these guys had new tires on my car before I had to be to work at 10am. I highly recommend them for new or used tires at a super affordable price.

Called to get some tires dismounted and mounted and balanced on brand new american racing wheels they got me in in about an hr gottem done right away i like were they put the balance weights so they wont ruin the finish on my wheels and they even put tire shine on the tires im really happy great job

I didnt know anybody in the area when my van broke down, first place i called told me if i didnt have cash they guess my car was just going to sit there. So i called Ramirez and not only did they not keep me stranded they were totally down to earth and willing to work with me. I would recommend them to anybody!

I bought a vehicle from him for a somewhat decent price and he was able to finance me. However, I have issues on top of issues with this vehicle since I bought it. The owner told me nothing is wrong every time I have taken it in. It takes longer for any work to be completed and I get no communication until I stop in because no one answers the phone knowing any info. He “fixed” something once and charged me for it and then I had more issues and my regular mechanic said those parts were original, never replaced. The “warranty” doesn’t cover anything and even if it’s supposed to be in the plan, he charges crazy for the “work” to be completed. Not happy

We had the brakes replaced on our 1995 Subaru by Ramirez Auto and were very pleased with the outcome. While other auto repair businesses have tried to discourage us from having extensive or costly repairs done, Ramirez Auto was more than willing to fix our car as we requested. Considering the age of the car and the state of the brakes, we felt the costs were very reasonable. The entire staff was polite and accommodating and no one tried to make us feel badly for owning our old, but still reliable car. Thank you for a job well, Ramirez Auto!

My wife and I were on our way to Door County from Milwaukee, when our alternator died in Manitowoc. The Fleet Farm pointed us to Memo, who quickly diagnosed our issue, had the part on-hand, then stayed far later than Im sure he was planning to in order to get us back on the road that night. Amazing shop! I called them for an emergency towing they took me in and helped even though they were busy. Mr.Ramirez was very friendly and helped me to save as much money possible. Im extremely grateful for their great service and hospitality.

Don’t pay attention to any of the bad reviews on here. This place restored my faith in humans being good people. So nice and polite and made my children comfortable by speaking with them directly about his tow truck! My youngest has autism and was confused as to what was going on before I even placed the call to them. Very fast! We got back to the shop after he came so quick to our rescue and a few other coustomers where there already. They stayed open late to look at our vehicle past the time of closing! Have a very reasonable estimate and explained my options well. When it came time to pay they were extremely clear on letting me know that paying with a card would ensure a 3% fee. Explained that very well to me. No hidden charges or ashen dad or anything, just great service. Very nice family, all of them. All new parts were used. We got 4 things fixed on the drivers side and passenger side of our vehicle. I can’t stress enough how grateful I am for this business. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Everyone I interacted with spoke English clearly. If you’re a closed minded racist you’re truly missing out on a great family and business to take your vehicle to! I would go here again in a heartbeat!

I just want to let people know how kind and thoughtful Ramirez is, its the beginning of December and my water pump went out he was so kind to get it on and fixed allowing me to make payments. I appreciate him very much for this may I add how he also worked with me in the past allowing me to break my downpayment for my vehicle into 2 payments!

I was quoted two very different price to junk my car. The first price they gave me was $200. A few months later, my husband called back and was quoted for less than $100!! I was shocked! They told my husband that we can trade my car in for 4 new winter tires. We decided that since getting less than $100 was probably not worth it, went ahead and proceeded with their offer. My husband called back and spoke with Ramirez and again, was told that they can not do the offer either! They cant seem to keep their words! Im taking my business elsewhere!

This guy has NO Communication with his employees. And charges extra fees without permission and signed paperwork. Id advise you all if u want to save money. Dont go here

I took my all weel drive for alingment they just aligned the front and not the rear then they toldme that the rear shocks were bad I took the vehicle to another location and they did it right.

I know youre gonna reply something like... J Anderson, we looked through our book and your name was not in there.... Well, Im obviously not gonna give you my name because 1) This is the Internet and 2) I would not want you to look up my name, number, and address to harass me just like you have done to previous customers that have called you out on your disgusting, cheating, stealing ways. Ok, a while ago I noticed that my car was making a strange noise. I dont know what I was thinking, but I called Ramirez. (The mechanic I usually go to was on Vacation) Ramirez told me that they will be able to fix the problem and give me my be car the following day. I called him back the next day and they didnt have my car ready. Which obviously made me furious because there was no way that I could get to work. It took Ramirez a total of 6 days to Fix the problem. He charged me an insane amount of almost $1,000 for nothing. The noise was still there, LOUDER, and I started experiencing more problems with my car. Once my mechanic got back from his vacation, he looked over my car and noticed that Ramirez replaced new parts of my car with OLD ones. I started investigating a little more and met a man that used to work for Ramirez, and he told me that he would NEVER take his car there after seeing all the shady and malicious things they do to their customers. He admit that Ramirez does indeed steal new parts, replaces them with old ones, and sells the ones he stole for a much higher price.You can tell that these Good Reviews are fake. Everybody in this town talks bad about Ramirez Auto Repair and knows better than to go there. I feel bad for the Hispanic people that dont speak English and dont have a choice but to take their cars to this thief. Ramirez, you have been called out on your Facebook page about the shady business you have, why do you delete it? Because its the truth!

I have had tire work done there twice and have had absolutely no prblems,,,i had no appointment either time and they were able to squeeze me in and had everything done pretty quick,,,,no complaints from me at all

I took my car in for a routine oil change knowing they did it for a good price. When I picked up my car to go back to La Crosse for the weekend my car smelled like gas the whole weekend and it took me more fuel than normal to get home and back to Manitowoc. My car was definitely leaking gas and when I had a friend look at it he said somebody had snipped the gas line.Now, nobody else could have done it as I drove home for the weekend to visit my mom who lives in the boonies. My car didnt leave her 55 acres once. I wrote the manager a note stating my displeasure in the service I received and he stated his workers wouldnt do anything like that. I highly disagree with him. I will never go back to this shop and recommend nobody wastes their time going there and saving a couple bucks on an oil change. They may rig your car with more problems to get you back in their shop.

Took my sons truck to get the transmission looked at for a quote. They told me that they put a computer on it to test it and that the transmission had to be replaced...there was no computer on this older truck! Dont go here!

The mechanic was telling me I needed an oil change when I went in for a tire rotation. Dont trust this place.

They went above and beyond to make sure my car was together and safe, they even travelled to my house in two rivers to change my tire that went flat on the way home from repair.

I laugh at these positive reviews because I know theyre fake. Please save yourself hundreds of dollars (plus a headache) and take your service elsewhere. Taking your car here is like taking your car to the vet, and getting it put down.

This guy is a crook. He towed my car and told me that he would run a diagnostic on it for free. I call in the next day to find out what was wrong with it he tells me the i owe $150 for the diagnostic. He will charge ridiculous prices.

Everybody has there garage but i choose Ramirez Auto over all of them. Hourly rates are very fair and usually they will get u in right away👍
