So I had a lot of people try to do my work on my subaru. Everyone was busy or too far. Then I forgot about my buddy who works here, Austin. He legit gave me a deal. Helped me out with sending me pictures of updates and notified me when something either came up or parts that were installed. Highly recommend this place. He also gave suggestions and by the way, I got a lot done. Coilovers, spark plugs, ignition coil and wires, all my 4 rotors and pads. Helped me for future issues that will come up with other parts as well. Theyre nice and friendly. Ever need anything done and want it done asap with quality work. This place is the go to spot for cars. As a side mechanic who works full time doing something else, this spot is reasonable and does quailty work.

Went to Certified Auto for the first time today. (I think his name was Cody) was very polite, only had my car for an hour and the repairs were done. Didnt cost nearly as much as I expected it to. Would highly recommend this place over every other place in Manitowoc. Will definitely be taking my vehicles to Certified Auto from now on.

Best service around!! Had an emergency repair to the underbody of my vehicle and they took care of it immediately for me!! The three guys we kind, professional and very reasonably priced! Would recommend them to anyone!

He was honest with the problems on my car, and gave me a quick estimate for how much it would cost to fix it. Works very efficiently and effectively. Cody is very helpful, and addresses what needs to be done, and what can wait. He always has been able to fit my car in and get it done quickly. I am always satisfied with their work. Wouldnt really want to go elsewhere.

I am newer to WI and I have used 2 other local repair shops besides this one. The other places either took forever to do repairs or gave me a list of things i need to fix with prices. I took my truck here and they were able to do what was needed now vs a billion things that were not needed at this time and saved me money. Very honest, very affordable and will help accommodate your needs. Cody is who I have worked with mostly and he is always very helpful and honest with everything. GREAT place to take your car if you dont want to get taken for a ride somewhere else and pay unnecessary expenses plus they do the work right the first time here.

Cody and his crew is amazing group of guys. I had a transmission go out on my 7.3 diesel and they had it out the same day. They helped find a new transmission which wasnt easy. And once we got a transmission they went through the new transmission and had it back in the same day. This is the place to bring your vehicle to get repaired. Couldnt be happier!!!

I had an insurance claim from a minor accident and Cody was amazing, he is very nice and didnt have a problem leaving my vehicle there until I got things straightened out with my insurance. I will be going there from now on for all my repairs.
