I’m posting this review under my brothers account today. Yesterday I had my car washed at PDQ and when I went to leave my car wouldn’t start. So I walked over to Auto Zone to get some help. The woman working there was amazing! She helped me change my battery and get me back on my way. She went above and beyond when it came to customer service. That location would be LOST without her!!!

Thank you, Monica was so helpful. I wasnt working on a car but needed a tool to retread a bolt. She hooked me up with a tool set, and a tip to use oil.

Monica was such a great help!! Went in there with my engine over heating and she helped straight away. An amazing worker and extraordinary woman. Thank you so much!

If you return something make sure you get the money before you leave the store because ..on june 7,2021 husband went in and bought a air filter $16.26 and got the wrong one went back in right away to return it . and got the right one. and paid for the right one.. BUT never got my refound for first one .so we went into the store and ask this was about 2 weeks ago or more and still never got or heard anything. the guy kept the slip so now we have NOTHING to show we even bought the air filter or return it.. my name is Harold Anderson .. 1418 Buchholz St Two Rivers .. very unhappy customer

Over charged me and didnt discount the bundle package I purchased for oil air filter change. They also let me charge this all on 1 transaction when if they would have done it on 2 receipts could have saved me 20 dollars from Zone rewards.Follow-Up. Found out the gentleman who helped find the parts that were meant to go on my car mixed up the oil filter with the incorrect one in the bundle deal. Went back and made the appropriate change and got that straightened out. This time I also needed to buy some fuses and spark plugs to use up the 20 in Rewards Money, At checkout I was asked if I wanted any lithium ion greases to go with my purchase, I SAID NO. Sad to say I noticed walking out that they did charge and add that grease packet on my order after clearly stating I didnt want it. SAD SAD SAD

Counter person very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed. Replaced the bulb on my vehicle at no charge. Very grateful.

Do some of your own homework regarding parts you may need for your vehicle. You may not always be given the correct information. Mine was corrected and the gentleman who then took care of me was friendly and very helpful.

People, this place is absolutely a joke! You have a bunch of young kids working here that dont know anything about Vehicles except what the computer tells them, and they will straight up argue with you about the parts also if you have reward points and the computer messes up and wont show that you have points no one will try and help you figure it out. John was the only knowledgeable person there but now he has a God complex and acts like it is a big deal to help someone! Advance Auto is where I go now they are really great friendly and knowledgeable

I always have good experiences with this store. Theyve managed to attract a very knowledgeable crew and they are friendly and helpful every time. I would recommend this particular place to others.

This location has very knowledgeable people and very helpful. Theres a manager there named Jim, who goes out of his way to help people. If you need a hard to find part, hell try and get it for you. Need help fixing your car, he can help with that too! I never have any issues with the staff at this location. They go above and beyond to please the customer. They always have what I need and my vehicle is 21 years!

Been dealing with Autozone for years.. great customer service and fair prices I strongly recommend going here for parts.

Unlike most auto parts stores..i only found one person in this store who actually knew what I was talking about. And she is the manager. If she wasnt working I walk right back out. Its not worth my headache teaching these wanna be parts jokers how to do there job and take em by the hand and explain the part to them.

Wouldn’t ever go to this particular autozone ever again. I’ve went to this location multiple times with nothing but a disappointing outcome. I have yet to come out of this store with any feeling of satisfaction. The main problem is the employees. When looking for little universal car parts that aren’t listed under your particular vehicle, they don’t try to help you find what you need. They have books with specifications on all their parts and no one there ever bothers to pull them out. Also last time I was there, I was waiting in line to check out. Maybe 15 minutes went by, they were helping some costumers which I didn’t mind but as a person they were helping was about to leave this woman walks in. Even though the cashier saw that I was waiting to just to check out 2 cans of paint, because she knew the lady that just walked in she helped her instead. Frustrated I left the two cans of paint I needed on the table i was standing next to and walked out. For sure that’ll be my last time going to this autozone.

I stopped in at AutoZone after noticing a missing lugnut on one of my tires. The staff was super helpful and greeted me when I walked in the door. I dont know much about vehicles, but Ming G was super helpful and even offered to help me put the new part on my vehicle. Ive been to a few other auto supply stores in Manitowoc, but I would always choose this place over Farm and Fleet or OReilly.
