Staff is always helpful and willing to make recommendations to fit my needs. By far my favorite area of the store. Plants are very healthy and trees and shrubs come with a 1 year warranty. Only used it once and they made the refund process simple.

The only place I use for renovation of my house and yard! The customer service is beyond amazing!

While their store is dauntingly huge, its nice having such a great selection when looking for something in particular, especially with how many workers are walking around looking to help people find things.The best part of this store, to me, is that if they dont have what youre looking for, they;ll tell you exactly where you can find it. I needed a certain size of heat-shrinking rubber (for a do-it-yourself project) and they only had the smaller sized (needed something about 1 1/2 inches wide, while the widest they had was maybe 3/4 inches). They gave me the name and directions of a plumbing specialization store to check, and even told me when theyd be open (theyd already closed cause it was later in the evening).Also, The Home Depot offers a 10% discount for military, which was INCREDIBLY helpful for my wifes garden and my new Weber :)

Lots plant, soil and rocks.

So Im very upset with the fact that I went in there with my two boys to get 4 sacks of top soil and no one was around to even offer help. I walk around several times lookin for someone and nothing. I had to get the store ladder role it the back outside and pick up each back of top soil and on to the flat kart alone while my boys sat and watched. The gentleman that was also the parking lot helper didnt even offer to help both times I walked passed him. I ended up loading them to my truck alone. Im done with this store and their irresponsibilities. Sad and only reason why I know is cuz i worked there for almost 8 months. They are rude for the most part. Only nice ones are the doors greeter. Thanks to not even getting help with those really heavy bags I messed up my right hand.
