Definitely amazing! I could see this place and the cookie dough place going into business together BUT honestly I like the ice cream way better! The only 2 downfalls to this place is location (they need a bigger space) and staffing (they need more than 3 people working here). I was so confused with how to order or what to order. I highly recommend this place!!!!!

It was my first time. I just moved here. They rushed me with my order. There is no customer service and that is what we take pride in here in America. I could easily report this business for sanitation but I actually promoted them before visiting since I wanted them to succeed during covid19. I will take down my recommendations on all social media outlets. My bad experience was when I was walking out the door. The door is so heavy that one of my almost $9 cups of ice cream dropped. I Cleaned it up and told them they said its not our fault you will need to pay for another cup. I bought another almost $9 cup to enjoy with my family but I will not go back. I spent $40 plus added $3 tip to their jar and received horrible customer service. The best way to treat a business that cares nothing about customers....dont go there, tell everyone you know ...theyre business will not prosper. Id imagine by next year this business will not exist.They do not treat their employees nice either.They make you stand so far back that they cant hear your order correctly and give the wrong drinks. I didnt know until I got home 30 minutes away.Check your stuff before you leave. Its bad business all the way around. The other customers were appalled that I had to pay again.

They have the best bubble tea and the owner is always really nice. It does get pack at certain times and days but we always dont mind waiting for our tea. Their rolled ice cream is really good too. Great service. Highly recommend it!

Ive gone here many times in the past year and Im never disappointed. If you like boba, this is a good place!!! And I promise, whatever flavor you get, condensed milk is a must try!! They also have amazing ice cream and crepes!! Definitely give it a try if you have the time.

Best boba tea and rolled ice cream! I ordered a full cup of Grapefruit boba tea and it tasted very authentic and fresh! Completely understood the long wait times during rush hour as each ice cream order had to be hand rolled. Price is reasonable and totally worth it.

Service can take awhile. But I got the brown sugar milk tea w/ boba and milk foam on top and it was delicious! Would recommend if looking for a cool drink!

This is the best Bubble Tea I’ve ever had!!! Really smooth and made with lots of care. I recommend this place to anyone who enjoys authentic bubble tea. I will come again!

The customer service is lacking.Rude, unhappy workers alongside the owner. We walked in and didn’t get acknowledged, until minutes later. The owner took our order, and since it was our first time here we didn’t know whether to leave a tip or not especially since I’ve cream was already priced at $8 per cup.There’s better places toGo along with better customer service and better quality of ice cream.

Always delicious ice cream. Great assortment of flavors, mix-ins, and toppings. My favorite is the morning call. It has a coffee base, then has nutella and brownie bits mixed in, and I also request peanut butter in it as well. And there are many great toppings to have on top of it. Very interesting to watch them roll the ice cream, and it always tastes delicious. I have never been disappointed by Pandoras and will continue to go as long as they are in business. Service is always great as well.

What a great ice cream place. Very unique experience. It was fun to watch them create our desserts. The ice cream itself is wonderfully smooth and flavorful. So many options to choose from and hundreds of toppings. Great place for families. Good parking as well. Staff was friendly and offered great suggestion. Make this a place to go when you are here.

Delicious! You can make custom boba tea combinations and there are many flavor options. The shop is also a nice hang out space.

I enjoyed the ice cream here. Pretty solid and it seemed there was a million and one flavors. Seems like they could update their restaurant presentation, kinda stale atmosphere that could be improved, idk that’s my opinion, others could find it completely fine, but I think it could easily be upgraded.

We really enjoyed the ice cream. Took my kids and my sister and the lack of a public restroom made the experience not as pleasurable as it could have been. Hopefully they will update the facilities to make it more convenient for their customers.

Its ok. I was looking forward to this as we dont have something like this in Paducah.... but it wasnt anything special. Employees seemed to be in a rush to get us out of there like we were bothering them. Definitely will not return when I come back in town.

Come here several times a month; owner is really nice and place is kept clean. I have to disagree about any smell, cockroaches/other insects, or rudeness. Some people must be petty for having difficult orders or are confused about what they offer. theyre menu is good and pretty straightforward. Only one time have I waited more than 5-10 minutes, and it was understaffed and busy due to a great deal on the price. Rolled Ice cream is amazing and boba good as well. Never had the crepes

Very rude. customer service is very poor. i came in there today and the owner was just very rude to my friend. this place is very disorganized and will never receive anymore business from me again. i am done giving this place chances. overpriced ice cream that is low quality and expects me to tip? absolutely not. you are better off grabbing something else.

One of the best boba places in Manhattan! Their rolled ice cream is amazing and although many say they have had a rude experience with staff or the manager, I think people need to understand the cultural differences. People also need to understand that making the ice cream and boba takes a long process so expect a bit of a wait especially if it’s a full house! I’ve worked in the food industry most of my life and have dealt with more rude and impatient customers that usually lie about their “negative experience” at the restaurant I’ve worked at. Please be patient with them. They do work hard and care about their customers’ satisfaction. I normally see new faces behind the counters so please also consider that these may be new employees if your ice cream doesn’t come out pristine or immaculate. My favorite is the Cookie Monster ice cream and winter melon boba by the way. :)

Rude customer service. Over-priced mediocre ice cream, not worth $7 a single serving. Tables were all dirty and wobbly. Manager came out a yelled at my 8 year old because he wasnt completely 100% behind the magical covid chair barrier that they have because he wanted to watch them roll his ice cream (you know, they reason for your business). Wont go back, ever.

Overpriced, not very good, 45 minute wait for one base level ice cream. Only a few other customers in the store. Ended up having to leave without the ice cream anyways.Only reason it isn’t a 1 star is the kind owner chased us to our car, apologizing sincerely. Maybe just to avoid the bad review. We’ll come back, if the place is empty, to try again.

I had an awful experience. The customer service was very poor. Today when I went there the owner was very rude to me and it took very long for them to finally get me my order. It is also very unhygienic, when I finally got my food I saw cockroaches next to my table. Absolutely disgusting. I am done visiting that place. The food is overpriced and very low quality. Would not recommend going there.

Perfect. Customer service was excellent as the staff had to deal with a few rude customers demanding them to remake their ice-cream multiple times as it wasnt rolled enough, even though it looked exactly like the pictures.

Pandora rolled ice cream is very good, the atmosphere is fine and it seems to be extremely clean. They have many flavors to chose from and the ice cream is very filling although it doesn’t really look like a lot. The staff is friendly and the ice cream is always good and consistent. I have been multiple times and each time is is very good. The photo attached is a chocolate base with brownie and banana on top- it was delicious!

My favorite is Butter Pecan and my wifes favorite is Mint Mint. You cant go wrong. Service is normally friendly.

Been coming here for awhile now and I have never had a bad experience. Might be a little more expensive but its worth it for the hand made boba tea, crepes, and rolled ice cream. Flavors are endless. Ive seen a lot of workers come and go, none of them seem to keep up with the owner doing the majority of the work. She does an amazing job each time and hope to see them expand.

Pandora is a great little shop. The flavor combinations are unique and delicious. I havent tried a crepe there yet, but the rolled ice cream is excellent. I recommend sharing. The portions are pretty big.

You can build your own rolled ice cream and they are really good. My favorite is Thai Tea base + banana. Their average ice cream starta at $5.69 which is not bad. The amount is good portion size(cup is 12oz size). You can have 3 toppings choice of yours. You can also pay with google pay or apple pay in case you forgot your wallet. The reason I give 4/5 is that, you have to wait.

They have a great menu and selection of options. The staff is quick and nice. My only complaint is that the spoons are flimsy. The problem with flimsy spoons is the the ice cream is solid and the spoons bend under pressure.

I am very disappointed. I was very excited to go there with my sister for the first time but came out very upset. The owner was extremely rude and impatient. Nobody acknowledged us for 20 minutes and it took an hour just to get us our ice creams.The service is awful. I should also mention that the place smelled weird and the tables were very dirty. It made me feel sick to the stomach. The ice cream tasted a little stale and my sister said hers tasted very gross. I regret coming to this disgusting place and probably ill never come here again.

I moved to Kansas from Chicago and was worried there wouldn’t be any bubble tea, but I found Pandora’s! It’s honestly better than what I had at home!! The owner is so sweet and handcrafts all of the recipes for everything in the store. My three favorite bubble teas are taro, coconut, and grapefruit. Ask for them blended! It’s the best!! 💜🥥🤍

The ice cream was decent, and watching it being made in front of me was satisfying and unique. As the process is a bit involved, you may have to wait awhile. The atmosphere inside is a little stark but definitely sterile (smells like a hospital) and new.

Have always had a good experience and good quality products until we waited 40 mins thinking they just hadnt gotten to ours because they were busy to come to find out they just forgot about half our order.

The service here is terrible, I waited 30 minutes for my order just for the server to give my order to the wrong person. There is no organization at all behind the counter, I witnessed three customers get wrong orders while I was waiting. If you go here you better plan to be here for a hour.

Slow service I think because of short staff, also product wasnt really as good as normal icecream. More ice than cream for the flavor kinda like an ice pop than icecream.

Love this place. tapioca pearls are always cooked the right way and so many choices of flavors. The rolled ice cream is also great and its always my first choice when it comes to Boba Tea

This is one of my favorite spots in town, especially for bubble tea. My husband and I come all the time, and Ive never tried something that I didnt love! The ice cream, bubble tea, crepes and even the homemade desserts are SO good. If youre looking for bubble tea in the Fort Riley or Manhattan Area, this is the best one.

I had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I waited so long for my order just for the server to bring me the wrong order multiple times. And my friend who visited this place also told me when she sat down to eat her ice cream she saw ants on her table and some black things IN her ice cream. We will never visit there again and I don’t recommend going there.

Love the place! It is Well kept, there is very friendly staff that always seems happy to help with any questions or concerns. location is kept clean and tidy. Parking availability and accessibility was great had no problems finding and assessing parking, as with the inside, the outside of the premises was kept nice and clean, location is easy to find, typically always able to get right in when needed and if needed get right out. Overall very pleasurable experience and would recommend to anyone.

Who knew you could roll ice cream? The presentation is cool! We are a dairy free family so them having coconut milk alternative and able to make some of their regular recipes with it is hands down better than hoping froyo has non-dairy options! Highly recommend you get the smaller portion, the large was too much for this fat kid! Fun to watch them throw it all together too! I want to try the crepes next time!
