Had a great experience here with the audiologist. She was very knowledgeable and took her time going over the different options I had for hearing aides following single sided deafness post brain tumor removal. Highly recommend this place

Great experience. The hearing tests went well. The lady who conducted the tests was nice, professional, and helpful. Appointment went without any problems.

The test they performed is so detailed. They make sure every level of sound is heard to your ability. The Dr. answer all your questions. The service is great, if necessary for repair it is done in a quick way.

The appointment scheduling was easy and when I arrived they were ready for me. The front office staff was very friendly. The entire process was a great experience. My last office visit with Dr. Sam Gillespie was excellent. He provided me with information about a new hearing aid. I am trying to decide between another Widex and the new Resound. I have been online to the two websites and will make a decision soon. Sam has been very helpful and that is why I followed him from Kansas City to Manhattan; he listens to my individual hearing needs as they relate to my job and tries to find solutions.

We love Dr. Sam and Kelly. They are genuinely interested in helping our young daughter hear better and were incredibly thankful for them.

Great service friendly staff

My 4-year old son came in for a screening and was really nervous about some of the equipment. Dr. Gillespie was so patient with him and even modified some of the tests to help him calm down. Very happy with the experience.
