I purchased a used iPhone from them and they mailed it to me! The phone arrived in an envelope without a charger. I had to go purchase a new charger at Verizon to later find that the phone will not even power on after hours of charging. I will say that the shipping of the item was faster than I expected. Im not sure if I just ended up with a dud phone or if it was damaged during transit due to being improperly packaged and bouncing around in a thin envelope. I am returning the phone but apparently they dont cover shipping for returns so its out of my pocket to return the phone. So now Im out the cost of the charger as well as the return shipping costs for a phone i cant utilize. Im giving 3 stars instead if 1 or 2 because they accepted my request for a refund and return without question or hassle.

Amazing service! Had multiple computer issues at our office and Technix solved each one of them, and fast! Integrated systems and software for us, we have never had our office workstations synced and functioning at this level. Honest, affordable... and they arrive on time too!
