I took my ring to get resized and the woman who received my ring and returned it to me was so incredibly dismissive of me both upon dropping off the ring and picking up, acted like she could not be bothered with my task. Literally, when I walked in, and waited for help, she said be with you later! in the most condescending voice I think Ive ever heard out of a person. Upon pickup, she was posted on the wall on her phone and seemed super rushed and bothered that I wanted to pick up my ring. I was the only other customer in the store and the couple that was in there was being helped already. Even stopped to talk to another employee mid pickup to explain something about HIS clients (who were buying something) so clearly you can tell what the priority is.I have a lifetime diamond guarantee and I felt like a second-class citizen when I entered this store. No wonder millennials arent buying jewelry. Your associates simply do not care about any type of customer unless they are buying your overpriced jewelry.

My experience at Zales was exceptionally Great! I walked in and was greeted by Rich! I heard about the bridal sale going on so my boyfriend and I went to look at rings. Rich asked what he could help us with and I told him wedding rings. He asked me what type of ring I was looking for and I wasnt really sure so he had me do a test to see what ring fit me best. After that he helped me pick out the most gorgeous ring that fits me and my personality perfectly. I was extremely happy with the customer service and how well we were treated. I would definitely recommend Rich for anyone. He was very knowledgeable and friendly!
I would recommend looking elsewhere for your forever ring. After working with a case manager, we will are left with owing Zales money for a faulty product. In the 2.5 years we have been married, Zales was replacing missing diamonds and redoing an incorrect soldering job for a total of 8 months. I was told I would need to exchange my ring. They took the set I got engaged and married with and told me to pick something else out. At the time of our original purchase, we had a military discount and got a good deal on my ring. rather than giving us the ticket price of my original set, we got credit for what we paid, even though we were only exchanging it because it was a faulty product. The manager told me not to look at halos, implying the damaged ring was my fault. I got a solitaire, no wedding band, and still owed them more money. Returning the ring or getting a ring of lesser value than my original set was not an option. If you are hoping your rings will last forever and you will be treated with respect, look elsewhere.
I am beyond thrilled with the customer service there. Took my wedding ring after losing a stone and they took care of everything. I just picked it up today and it looks better than ever!

I had them remove a couple links from a watch. They lost one of the pins and charged me $11 for the privilege.Additionally, in a past experience, one of the sales associates gave me false information on a cheaper ring to try to persuade me to buy one of the more expensive ones.
Went in today to get a pair of earrings for my daughter and they werent helpful at all. Maybe my price range wasnt high enough for them because they told me that didnt have anything. They had a bunch of earrings in my price range on their website though. Never even offered to order something in.

I ordered a ring and I told the clerk what day I needed it by and was told it would arrive by a that day.When I called the first time the clerk told me she couldnt see anything and I would get a call the next day and when the next day came along I did not receive a call as promised!I called again two days later and a lady answered the phone and basically laughed at my situation and said I dont know what to tell you but it will be another week before it arrived. Never have I been so disappointed in customer service as I have with Zales. Its so unprofessional to laugh, not happy with the service and will never make any other purchases from Zales. HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT!!!!!!!
Richard, the manager was the representative that handled my service. After bringing my Citizen Eco Drive for some warranty repairs, he told me he would quote the repairs, but guessed that it would be $225 to replace the crystal, fix the movement, and repair/replace the bezel. I found that high for warranty work (other than the crystal), but agreed to let them take a look at it. 2 MONTHS later I get a call asking for permission to do the repairs- which did not include anything that I had asked for. This is after Richard promised several times to get to the bottom of what was taking so long. In the end it took a total of 3 months.This has been by far the worst customer service experience of my life- whether it be in a restaurant or buying a car- Richard has been deceitful, unhelpful, wont return calls, and in my opinion, absolutely RIPPED me off for what I consider to be warranty work considering he is a Citizen Authorized Dealer.This is only the tip of the iceberg of the issues that I have with this store. NEVER will I shop here again, or recommend anyone I know from every spending a dime here.
