Sam did a GREAT job with our team softball shirts. He has outstanding communication skills. I met with him on a Saturday, took his business card, emailed him on Tuesday with specifics of my order. He emailed back later that afternoon, with a few questions. The shirts were complete by Wednesday. 13 total with a logo, name, and number. He used phone, email, and text to communicate. He was very courteous, he made 1 shirt and then said I was welcome to come and see it before he printed the rest. A+, 100% customer satisfaction.
