Morning started off to a bad start, as soon as I step inside of Copy Kats my mood was brighter. Great Customer service and very fast and efficient services.

Went to Copy Kats twice in May for graduation announcements and then for a poster for a presentation. Both times the service was outstanding. Appreciated their advice and quick service.

They can provide most everyones printing/copying needs at a competitive price.

Waste of time! Would not scan my items after I was told they would, then was not notified of it until I personally went in to see if they were ready. Did not appreciate them wasting my time and treating me like an unintelligent individual! Would not recommend!I was not notified that the papers would not scan until 24 hours later, and that was because I went back into the store. I would appreciate a call in a timely manner so that I can make an attempt to correct the issue instead of wasting a day. The papers could have been scanned if there was any interest at all in doing so. I would not bring my items back in after the lack of interest to fulfill the service the company advertises for. Overall the experience was disappointing and the lack of professionalism was surprising. I was looking forward to using this company for future projects however business operations are not as advertised.
