Do not go anywhere else, but here. The type of people that work and own this place are absolutely amazing. My roommate’s car did not work in the middle of the road and the owner helped us out and gave his personal number to us to call if we needed any help. He was a complete stranger, and so kind. This just shows how great of a person he is.

I bought a Tenere 700 in summer 2021. They had excellent communication while were waiting for the Bike to be shipped from California and accessories from Georgia. When I got there the tire pressure was already correct as was the chain adjustment which I’ve seen overlooked frequently at other dealerships. Going over the bike functions and checklist was thorough. I would not hesitate to buy another unit from Brooks Yamaha.

Just picked up mower for third time in the shop. Had I not pointed out what I wanted fixed the first time had all repairs not cost so much it hard to not be invested in not giving up. A leaking transmission cost me almost 2000.00 and was not fixed hoses got replaced engine was pulled and seals replaced on a motor that never burned oil. Then on last visit they said would try to help out with costs since it should have been fixed the first time. They nickle and died it down to shop supplies a bolt a washer and of coarse all of the hours for maintenance. Over 1100.00 this time. Some work was done and needed just need the big thing ie. transmision done first I hope all this was a mistake and they forgot to discount my final bill. If not wow.

Took my sons bike in for new tire. They called and said they put new tire on but spokes r broken. They were not broke when we took it in and why wouldnt they call before they put new tire on if they really were broke. Upon investigating we found a lot more damage to his bike. Probably what happened is someone took it for a ride and laid it over and was scared to tell boss. We all tried to talk to them and they were rude and said it wasnt their problem. Wont be going back.

Found this place based on prior reviews and was very satisfied with the service. Joel, my service tech was prompt, and did an incredible job on my chain maintenance. Another dealership tried to get me to replace the same chain! These guys are honest and friendly.

I took something into this place to get it fixed and they advised me that it would cost more to get it fixed than to buy a new one. I appreciate them not taking money for fixing something that should just be bought over again new

My husband and I took our bikes in to have maintenance done. We assumed his needed the carburetor cleaned and mine just needed an oil change. We were quoted around $500 or so to have that done. Fine. We dont have many motorcycle maintenance options around here and they all seem to be pricey anyway. They dont tell us the turn around time but certainly dont tell us it will take an eternity to even look at them! It took 2.5-3 weeks for them to even look at them and here we are another 1-1.5 weeks after that and they claim they are just getting the parts in for his bike and we should have them back in a few days. They have had them so long we wont even get to ride them before our situation changes and we will likely just end up selling. Go anywhere else!

I got a yz 85 for a good price and just good service

I was rebuilding the forks on my motorcycle. I removed all components, drained the oil, and then noticed that for the last step, removing the damper, I needed a special damper holder tool. I took my disassembled forks to to Brooks Yamahas service department, and asked them to remove the damper screw, pop the seals, wipe down the damper, and re-install it. The whole job consists of removing a screw and putting it back, and with the proper tool it would take anyone at most 10 minutes per fork. I was quoted a certain price and I thought that was fair, as it saved me the time to fabricate the holder. As I was leaving, I asked the guy at the front desk whether he understood what I wanted, and he replied, visibly annoyed, that he does. A few hours later I get a phone call that my forks are ready. When I get there, the damper is not installed. The service technician informs me that he thought I would want to look at the bushings. I point out to him that the bushings look like new, and ask him to install the dampers. Now, as I get ready to pay, the guy at the front desk informs me that the service is basically equivalent to the entire job of replacing the fork seals, but he is going to do me a favor and only charge me for one fork, which is twice the original quote. After trying in vain to understand what had changed since our first encounter earlier in the day I paid the bill, to which they added a certain amount of shop supplies, I guess for the paper towels, and left. It is not the inflated charge, or the fact that I had to wait ten minutes for them to complete the job I had originally asked for, that bother me. What I think is really disturbing is how naturally they acted like the initial agreement had no value, although they never denied that it did in fact happen. When I got home and filled one fork with oil, I realized they did not tighten, much less torque, the damper bolt, which caused fork oil to leak. So I had to fabricate the tool after all. I guess they are not only dishonest, but also incompetent, or perhaps just malicious.

Great experience the very first time Ive been here. Went for an oil change today and - though I called ahead - I came in at my leisure to find that a bay had been reserved for me in the service garage. Upon entering the store I wasnt waiting longer than 2 minutes before multiple employees asked if I had been helped yet. Once I informed them I was there for the oil change, an employee personally escorted me to the appropriate area and set me up. Less than a half hour and about $70 later, the bike was finished and I was good to go. Courtesy, promptness and affordability are all cornerstones of Brooks. I definitely plan on coming here in the future.

Great experience with a new mower.... I had been researching getting a new push mower. Found that Honda provided the best reviews out there. Didnt want to purchase from Home Depot, and saw the Brooks carries them. Paid the exact same price, plus received an extra year of warranty through the manufacturer special during the month. The staff put gas in and tested the mower before helping me load it up to take home.Also picked up a bag of Green Mountain pellets to use in my Jim Bowie.A lot more options than just motorcyles! Friendly, helpful service!

If this review was for the product we purchased (a 4 wheeler tire), it would be a five star. The tire was exactly what we needed, the price was within reason and the speed of the services was great. The tire had to be ordered, it arrived within a few days and the tire was put on the rim very quickly.If this review was for the service I received, it would be a 1 star. My husband made all the arrangements over the phone; however, I was the one to actually take the old tire to the store and pick up the new one. The service guy was rude during drop off and pick up. The guy at the counter never looked or acknowledged me in any way during payment other than to hand me my receipt. The service guy didnt even have the courtesy to hand me the tire, in fact he rolled it to me from about 10 feet away, never helped me with the door or offer to help me to my car. I pride myself in being a strong woman and able to do that all by myself, and probably would have any way, but I dont appreciate someone basically throwing a tire at me or not acknowledging my presence when I patronize their business.

I stopped to have my bikes leaking drain plug checked before a long distance trip. The bike was cleaned and checked quickly for free. The personel were friendly and helpful. Great motorcycle service shop.

I have been to the shop around the back of this place and they have always been helpful and more than willing to do any work. It does feel like sometimes they are overwhelmed with how much work they have but in the end you get what you need done. I have only heard the people up front talk to other customers and they sounds very helpful and honest with their opinion.

Great guys here, good prices too. I bought a trailer from them and some other supplies. I had to leave in the middle of the deal because of prior commitments and they had everything ready to go when I got back. My on suggestion is one or two more sales folk. They got busy and I had to wait at the beginning of my visit. Not a big deal because I wasnt in a rush but that may bother someone else.

Got my tires changed there and was told that my front brakes needed replaced. Went ahead and ordered new brakes, but after picking them up and replacing mine I saw there was still plenty of life left on the current pads. I dont mean they should be replaced but they still had some pad left, I mean there was still a significant amount of pad left.The guy I ordered the tires from was great though, he compiled a list of tires and went over pros and cons of each and really helped me decide on a tire right for me.

I had a good experience with the work they did. Took my Yamaha FZ6 motorcycle in to get the chain and sprockets replaced. They did a great job with that. However, they wouldnt replace my leaking valve stem because they wont even look at tire leaks. This sucks because now I have to take it somewhere else just to replace the valve stem.

Fixed my almost new Hustler mower on the spot. A bolt had come loose and fallen off. Replaced with the kind that wont work loose. They stopped what they were doing to fix this since I live quite a ways away and so I wouldnt have to make a return trip.Thank you so much.....and no charge!

Ive got a beat-up old Yamaha motorcycle that the guys and gals over at Brooks have been kind enough to help me with. If they dont have a part on-hand, theyve always been kind enough to help me track it down and order it.

The staff has been fairly friendly in previous visits. However, today I called with a simple question about locating a replacement key and the woman on the phone treated me as if I was a nuisance. Her tone of voice was condescending. She sighed and was huffy and puffy even though I merely asked one simple question. Not impressed!!!

The folks in Brooks were happy to work with me and answer my questions about a new Stihl chainsaw (MS 271 farmboss). Employees have personal experience with the products and that goes a long way when selecting bar length and matching you with an appropriate saw for your needs. Happy to have them as my new Stihl dealer.
