They sold me a lemon. 31 days after purchasing the car it died. I wanted an auto mechanic to look over the car and the dealership was resistant to this. I just wanted to make sure I was doing everything I needed to cover myself.The worst car buying experience of my life. I feel duped and robbed. Not to mention, theyve tried to make fraudulent charges with my bank card since I purchased from them. Cant figure out whos worse, Ben or John. Please spend your money elsewhere. They are crooks and scammers.1. They sold me a lemon.2. When I demanded a mechanic look at the car first, I was met with resistance.3. Ive had several fraudulent charges on my bank card I use for the deposit.4. They never returned any of my calls when I told them 2 weeks after purchasing the car, it terrifyingly died on the Causeway.5. EVERYONE IS IN ON IT.6. John, the De La Selle graduate, is very slimy. Asked what we did for a living because we paid with cash. Not a joke.7. Anthony, plays the ignorance card, but he knows hes working for a shady place.8. Ben, has sleazy old man energy. Heavy flirt for no reason.9. Ive contacted the cops and BBB.10. Dont ever consider buying a car from them!

Great experience with Nick Hubbard. Fast and easy no hassle. Great price and everyone was very nice. We were allowed to take the test drive by ourselves. Few issues with the vehicle but they were quick to say they would fix with no haggling.

We cannot say enough great things about Auto Direct! For the first time our car shopping experience was NOT a total headache as we’ve experienced with other dealerships : very stressful and time consuming. Everyone was super helpful, we took the test drive by ourselves, so we didn’t feel pressured.They had a nice lounge area for customers, this was a plus if you are with little ones and its the end of July . My 8yo stopped complaining about the weather and how tired and bored she was, sat down and enjoyed the TV, carfax coloring book with a nice cold soft drink and snacks. We will definitely be purchasing our next vehicle from Auto Direct and highly recommend this business.

My wife and I went to Auto Direct and Nick was our sales person on a 2018 BMW. We went with a car with alot of negative equity and Auto Direct put us in a vehicle when no one else would. They are fair and they will work with whatever your situation is. They have great inventory as well as a great sales team. Nick himself was honest, kind, and just an all around great person to help get through the uncertainty of car buying. My next car will definitely be bought from Auto Direct. I recommend them for any of your car buying needs and would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

Jason Doss (owner of Auto Direct) is a liar and a bad businessman. An agreement (and a bill of sale) means absolutely nothing to him! He agreed to purchase a vehicle, delayed, delayed, delayed, then went back on his word. I brought him my car with a clear title in hand, and when it came time to pay for it, he disappeared. He had his father (Ben Doss) come out and say “my son says he’s not buying that car.” I do not recommend anyone doing business with Auto Direct. I would be very cautious if they contact you through their KBB buying center. If you are in the Covington/Mandeville area, any of the Rainbow Dealers, Bill Hood Chevrolet, Northshore Toyota, and Boyette’s Auto Sales are all superior options to Auto Direct.

The salesman I had, Angelo(?) was so knowledgeable and honest. I wish there were more of him. They did give us the Carfax which really highlighted important areas of concern for vehicles we were interested in. The cars on the lot look great but PLEASE read the CARFAX. When cars have missing time, more miles on it that is reported on the CarFax, turned in early, etc then ask yourself, WHY? Remember, the car was turned in for a reason not because it was great.

Me and the wife are always nervous about going to car dealerships, usually its a haggle and they try to convince you to buy the car asap. This was not the case between Jason and Ben. They gave us our space, answered all questions we had, and when we decided to make a deal it was quick and easy. Jason went above and beyond to help us get the car we wanted and for a great price. My wife damaged her vehicle and I found myself in a position where I had to buy a replacement on short notice. I searched for a pre-owned, three year old luxury sedan with low mileage. I found such a vehicle at Auto Direct. I conducted my due diligence and determined in my mind a fair price for the vehicle from both the sellers and purchasers perspectives. I contacted Auto Direct, discussed the vehicle, which was purchased at auction off of a three-year dealer lease. Low mileage. Car was like brand new despite three years of age. We discussed price and closed the deal for the amount I deemed fair to both sides. As much as I hate buying automobiles, my experience with Jason at Auto Direct was positive and truly hassle-free. I was impressed with his operation which was professionally run. I give Auto Direct five stars.

My sister had a bad experience here. She bought a car thinking it was going to be great. 2 weeks later the engine in her car blew up and did nothing. Smug guy named Jason said she was out of luck and it is not his problem. Definitely buy elsewhere as they are selling lemons here and screwing people over.

This company will shatter every negative preconceived notion you have about used car salesman. My wife and I were selling a 2010 Toyota FJ and the whole process with him was very easy and what he offered was actually above what anyone else offered in the area. At no point did I feel like he was taking advantage of us he was fair from the beginning without the need to haggle over price. The next time Im buying or selling a used car this is where I will go.
