Poor fit. No communication on extended lead times.Ordered my holster 4/14/2021 received today 7/6/2021. They ran out of orange so my holster took longer without any communication as to why until I reached out. The holster is crooked to the point it takes a worlds strongest man to draw no matter how loose you make the retention. Paid for two day shipping took over a week to receive (I understand the holiday). It was only shipped priority. Highly disappointed after the long wait at a holster I cant rely on. Today is 7/17/21 finally received my holster back. I was told their form was off he adjusted my holster to fit properly. It works now still not a pleasant experience overall.

I thought they were a little pricey but I really liked the quality of it so I still bought it. I regretted spending so much money (I am a college student tbc lol) until I realized the holster was locally made and then I was 100% happy that I bought it :)

I took a risk and supported this small business by purchasing 4 holsters, a pistol mag holder, and an AR mag holder after seeing his youtube vids. I really wish I went elsewhere. All 4 holsters allow the firearms to rock front to back regardless of adjustment. The two G-code RTI holsters will not fit into a G-code RTI belt slide due to interferences with the hardware. I thought about trying to change out the hardware on the belt side to try to make it work, but I havent tried it yet and I no longer really feel like I should have to. He intentionally swapped patterns on me on the AR mag holder without contacting me. When I contacted him about the swap, he said it was because he couldnt get the pattern I ordered, as if that was somehow acceptable. He then promised to replace it, but never did. He also has terrible communication... He never answers the phone number he asks people to call on his website (turns out he keeps his cell phone on silent), and his voicemail is always full. Emails go un-returned, including the email I sent him about all the problems I was having with the products he made. $600 gone.

Fantastic company to purchase from. Being local I love supporting FalTac. My holster came out perfect, and is more comfortable than anything Ive worn yet. Customer service is top notch and lead time was minimum if that. I expected a month+ to receive as multiple holsters of mine did, not this one, couple weeks I was wearing it. Plan to purchase plenty more and send as much business as possible. Keep it up man.

Having tried a multitude of holsters from different manufacturers (both locally and online), I can say with certainty that Iggy and Faltac is by far one of the best Kydex holster manufacturers around. The quality is amazing, its durable, comfortable, and Iggy stands by his products better than anyone else Ive seen in almost any industry. I had him make an appendix carry holster with sidecar for my G19 about 3 years ago and it honestly feels like its not even there sometimes. Solid dude, solid company, will 100% buy from him again in the future.

At the point when mistakes are inevitably made, which is always the case, the Best measures are implemented to ensure the clients maximum level of possible satisfaction.Although my transaction here started with a miscommunication where I wasnt super happy about the outcome - I was able to speak with Mr. Falcone over the phone and am rewriting this review based solely on the professionalism, care, and understanding that he displayed. Attitude, tone, and context can be lost in email and text correspondences and this can lead to miscommunication and Mr. Falcone and myself agreed over the phone that this was the unfortunate case in my scenario.I am happy with results here, I believe in FalTacs products as Ive been a firearm owner and enthusiast for the better part of 2 decades and seen my fair share of subpar materials or design. I greatly look forward to receiving my holster and if Im right about the quality being able to recommend FalTac products to my friends and associates.I will update the review once Ive received the holster and will be sure my circle leaves reviews with their experiences also!
