While everyone there is nice. I was there for a routine state inspection like I do every year. I scheduled online. I arrived and checked in online and was created immediately. We waited for my vehicle to be done as we had things to do in town, do not live close anymore and did not find that driving two vehicles down to do an inspection was worth it to do our errands while we waited ( plus based on experience doing this makes the process of getting inspected longer)..... So I thought. 1 hour after dropping my vehicle off at the service department the nice woman who greeted us upon our arrival came to tell us that my car was already inspected ( it has not been for 2022.. only for 2021 and I always schedule early before my birth month of December which is hectic all on its own) we proved this by showing the registration. And she was still unsure. She went to speak to the technician at this point who had mixed up the registration and keys with another vehicle and mine. At this point is has been about an hour an 20 minutes since we dropped the car off at the service station..... Now that they have my correct keys and registration they indeed verify my car still has yet to be inspected after we had been there for again 1 hour and 20 minutes... My car has not even been touched besides the paperwork screw up... we then proceeded to have to wait another hour while they actually inspected my car. Disappointed.

I recently purchase my SIXTH vehicle from Team Nissan and honestly would not even think of working with another dealership. The process is smooth, efficient, friendly, transparent and honest, qualities that are extremely important. Ralph, Sam, Jacob, and Peter made sure we were taken care of and well-informed through every part of the process. I drive from Maryland to purchase from Team and in this case, drove from Maryland to purchase and have a vehicle shipped to Portland, Oregon. I could easily go to a closer dealership but I just wouldnt. Team Nissan is superior in every way.

Nothing complicated -- just NH yearly inspection; tech did advise me however, to be aware of the weight of my key chain on te key ring as may cause the tumblers to fail in the ignition and vehicle woud be unable to start. ; Much appreciated

Can’t understand what “no” means. I (being a 19 year old female) Was trying to finance a car. First thing we saw online that was semi in our budget, was a 2013 Nissan Rouge. Apparently, we didn’t qualify for that and the bank wouldn’t let us get it. However, I could get a 2017 Nissan rouge, that was almost $420 a month for 72 months! When what we were told we were going to pay, was $380 (which we were still iffy about because even that was a little out of budget). Not too sure how we wouldn’t qualify for the older car, but we do qualify for the newer car (about a $4,000 difference in price). After saying we were going to try and look at other options at other dealerships, we were practically being told that it’s going to be the same issue, that no other car is as reliable, and were just being really pushy about giving them our business. We had to practically run out of there before they could make us sign any more papers. Practically told us we couldn’t leave, and the lady who was with us signing papers, had to snap her fingers at the sales rep who helped us first to try and stop us from leaving.Safe to say, I went to merchants auto, and got a 2017 for $340 a month. Completely dodged a bullet from running out of that place! You can tell they only cared about money, rather than their own customers. Never ever going back there again. Definitely should’ve looked at the reviews before spending 5 hours of my life there.

Roger checked me in this time and it was a quick and easy check in and he noticed that there was a recall that they could take care of at the same time. The service was all performed quickly. Love the Honda! But not the service of the manager. Tells me my trade in car Kelly blue book is 8,800.00 but they have it on the lot for sale for almost 15,000.00. The Honda could of used a oil change. I thought the cars are serviced before they were put on the lot?

I was happy with my overall purchase and got a good deal in my opinion. My trunk was missing a plastic square piece exposing some wiring. I asked if I could buy the part from them. They said I could bring it down but never responded to me after to set it up when I asked. About 6 months later the motor or something was defective in my moonroof/sunroof AND my trunk. They would randomly stop working and a couple weeks later start working again which has happened a few times. I messaged them for help and was told someone from their service department would be in touch...over 3-4 weeks went by and no one called or messaged me. I reached out again and a couple days later they said theyre sorry, my message was placed in a different category of messages incorrectly, which they sent an email and called at the same time and left a voicemail. I then reached out again after they said they would help with my cars issues and now another 2+ weeks has gone by with no help or answers to my questions. They initially seem helpful when you do get in touch with someone but then youre forgotten.Theyre great when selling you a car but theyre awful at following up when you need help... AND I purchased the extended warranty which now Im feeling was a waste of money. 3 times Ive been forgotten about and pushed to the side. You can give a customer a vehicle theyre very happy with, but when youre not there for the customer, they lose all faith. When I purchase a car next time Ill definitely be taking my business to a different dealership. Its to the point I dont want to talk to or deal with them anymore, so....they win.

Just bought a 2018 Titan SV with 27500 miles on a lease return, and I couldn’t be happier!!! Absolutely would recommend this place to anyone. Everyone is polite, my man James was the guy that took great care of me. Please come try this place out, I left a dealer finally feeling like I haven’t been had. My son and I stopped by on Friday morning just to look. We were greeted by a very friendly man named Peter. He listened to what we had to say and answered our questions honestly. We were apprehensive about what my son could get/afford but we stayed and listened. I am so glad we did! With Peters help we found the perfect car and then was provided with a few different options.Now it was the financing departments to figure out the rest. We were so nervous but not disappointed! I cannot recall the persons name but she was AMAZING! She put together a deal that made it so my son could afford his new car and not have to worry about anything else while he is making his car payments. She also understood how important it was for my son to be able to do this on his own and she made it happen. I kept waiting for the punch line if its too good to be true but it never came!My son left the dealership that day with a new 2021 Nissan Altima. I honestly cannot praise these two people enough! I will purchase my next car from here and be bringing my other son when hes ready! I highly recommend Team Nissan!

Ask me no questions; Ill tell you no lies. You folks keep asking me for a review which is pretty ridiculous. Heres my experience: I walked in to Service Department for a standard servicing on a relatively new car. I handed over my keys, sat down in the waiting room and an hour later I paid for a tire rotation and left. This is similar to my bank who wants a glowing review after I walked in, deposited a check and left, 2 minutes later. Nissan service is completely acceptable but no better than, say, Hondas where I take my HRV. If I had a serious problem that required some specialized expertise and Nissan miraculously restored my vehicle, perhaps then I could provide valid 5-star review but I just dont see the point for something as mundane as a regularly scheduled servicing.

I had an issue that I brought to Ralph’s attention and he handled it immediately. I had an amazing experience with every team member I met on the day I purchased my new vehicle including Josh and Shalini. Ralph was so helpful and made sure the entire process was smooth and quick (he knows I only had a small amount of time). Tammy provided outstanding customer service! When I arrived she met me in the service drive did a complete walk around. When the car was inspected she came out and went over my complete vehicle and showed me that my brakes need to replace. The prior month I had it at Patriot Nissan in Salem and they did. the state inspection and I did notice they never remove the wheels when I saw them inspecting the car. I went in to get a grease oil and new tires with a transmission flush, they said it could take three hours! after 4 1/2 hours I went out to see what the holdup was and they hadn’t even started on my truck yet, and never told me that it was going to take longer? so after six hours of waiting my truck was almost done what a waste of time ! extremely poor communication and the lack of empathy for anyone but their own paycheck. I used to think they did a good job I will never go back again!!

I was in the market for a used SUV that was safe and a great deal. I found Team Nissan online and I fell in love with a 2015 Chevy Equinox. Ron was my salesman and he was wonderfully welcoming, not pushy, and so helpful. The GM Ralph Fast was also so helpful and put up with the millions of questions I had. With a little help from Jacob in finance, I was able to purchase the Equinox. I went back the following weekend to pick up my car and sign all the paperwork. I own a Lincoln and needed nitrogen for my tires. My local dealer was all out and couldnt recommend any other place to go other than a tire shop and many places I called that advertised nitrogen didnt have any. I called Team Nissan and they said, sure bring it over and well take care of you. They made good on their promise and made getting air for my tires as simple as getting air for my tires, quick and courteous, even commented on my nice car. I started thinking about my old 280ZX and how nice the new ones are. Could be a brand change coming, just for something as simple as good courteous service. Did I mention that it was no-charge? I brought my car in which is now and hour drive for an oil change. I also had issues with paint after purchasing the amour all coating when my car was new. It is covered with orange spots called salt dust and my understanding was the coating was to protect the car which it has not. I had my husband check my oil after getting home and the oil was not amber. There were no fingerprints on the oil filler cap, the windshield wash was not showing as full, they said they did a battery check and the terminals were covered in build up. there were also no fingerprints in the dust that showed that the battery was touched. Yet I was asked if I wanted to spend 250.00 on transmission flush and rotors and back brakes for another 350.00. We called as this is the second time we have questioned whether the work on the car was done and they wanted us to bring the car back in. it is a two hour trip to get down and back not including your service time. I have tried to cancel the car care plan and have been unsuccessful. I feel I was sold a car care plan that is not being honored and an amour all coating that may or may not have been done. Very disappointed and will not buy another car from Team.

So you can’t sell a car if you don’t have car. Can we agree on that? I saw online a vehicle, I contacted dealership, they said, “come down.”. I asked for pictures of the vehicle as the marketing of car online we stock photos. “come down to view,” they said....not only did I go to lot personally and couldn’t find vehicle I emailed they sales team from the lot that I wanted to see either pics of car or to view today. After several hours I was finally told the obvious, they didn’t have the car...that it was in another lot. A few hours later another email updating that in fact the vehicle hadn’t been delivered. Now you can read the car fax report...they bought this car 3 weeks ago and is trying to market it without any photos, without being able to let you view the vehicle but yet they want you to get financed right away....this isn’t right, it’s all backwards and misleading.

Drove 45 minutes to look at a preowned vehicle. Dealership had 2 days notice that we were coming and we had an appointment. Had to sit for 30 minutes after we arrived while they located the vehicle. It was not worth the wait. They presented us with the most disgusting car - full of trash, old food, and melted crayons on the windshield. Also lied and told us they had just gotten the vehicle in an effort to excuse its condition. According to carfax it had been on the lot for over a month. I understand preowned vehicles will be less than perfect but their utter lack of respect for my and my husbands time will not be forgotten. Awful experience.

The service manager worked with me on determining the best solution for a brake management system. Our family has leased about 7 vehicles through Team over the past 7 years or so. On each occasion, Ralph and his team, including Kris, have done a great job. Ralph is upfront and direct and gives me a fair deal each and every time. When we were at the dealership last week, the dealership was attentive to our needs and worked as quickly as possible to get the paperwork done on two leased vehicles. If the dealership were situated in our area, we would definitely take our cars there for service.

I was unable to get there as soon as i would have liked to but they had the exact thing I was originally looking for. They checked in with my frequently but not so much that it was annoying. When I was finally able to make my way there they had everything ready for me and made the entire process quick and painless while ensuring all my questions were answered. The facility was clean and inviting. Best experience Ive had in a dealership.

I first met Ralph at the front of store with my mother. He was very accommodating, informative, and kind. He introduced us to Gannon who walked me through the Nissan Rogue sport and Nissan Rogue features and differences between the two options. My mother and I then took each for a test drive which went very smoothly. Ralph and Gannon both worked with me on my budget, talking with the bank, and finally getting me to a monthly payment I could afford. They spent a lot of time accommodating me and my needs. I can’t thank them enough for their patience and kindness. My boyfriend and I will definitely return when he is ready to purchase his next car!
