The process was smooth, Staff was courteous and friendly.Well stocked with moving suppliesThe truck is very dirty, I had an eighth of a tank of fuel .I just noticed I’m driving with a bald tire.I’m halfway through my trip now I’m concerned!I am trying to reach U-Haul as I speak!I had to let air out of the tires to To create a new where spot to prevent a blow out.This is what the tile look like halfway through my trip Of 2000 miles.
When theyre looking for a job originally then I had to use their service I would say I was greeted when I walk to the door wonderful service wonderful employees and I would refer anyone to this location also they have free boxes and the front of the store that damaged box is going and people also drop off for others to take so keep that in mind theres always a free section
By far the best U-Haul Ive been to. Employees are all fantastic, super helpful and have phenomenal customer service skills.Jose was the most helpful uhaul employee Ive encountered so far, caring not only about his work but about the customer as an individual.Ill never, EVER, go anywhere else! U-Haul on Hooksett road is THE BEST rental facility Ive encountered. They truly love what they do!
I visited this location immediately after leaving the Willow St. Uhaul because the 10 Truck I got had an overheating engine. I took the truck here and they straightened everything out for me and were extremely professional an-d courteous. Richard and his team treated me very well yesterday (August 21, 2021). Never has anyone past my expectations for service like these two. They were friendly kind and understanding. We had the BEST customer service experience at this Uhaul. There was a mix up with our reservation and Robert gave us the best customer service we have ever received!!!! He was so kind and patient and had us in and out with our truck as quickly as possible to get started with our move!

I had reserved a storage unit on line and when I called the MANCHESTER UHAUL I was told the unit was NOT available. She said there were THREE reservations for that unit.Correct me if Im wrong but a reservation means its a hold is it not??Spread the word...
I have never dealt with such incompetent, rude people in customer service. We had to change locations and pack our u-box down the street at the south willow location. Jose, specifically, was extremely rude and unhelpful. I do not recommend going here if you want an easy go of it. They arent interested in solving problems.
The store manager went above and beyond. He really takes pride in his job and helping his customers. What a great experience.
I needed a hitch for my car. I had excellent service. The team there was courteous and efficient I was able to make an appointment for the next day! Very satisfied with my purchase. I will be going back to rent a trailer from them. Highly recommend this location.
This is moreso a review on the employee who helped me than U-Haul in general. So I hope her boss sees this because she deserves a raise! I had reserved a 5x8 trailer for an upcoming move and when I arrived poor Amanda was the only person there. She did a damn good job getting all the customers through in a timely manner with a smile on her face. She helped hitch the trailer up to my SUV and gave some excellent tips. 5 star employee! But please get her some help because that’s a sketchy area and she shouldn’t have to work alone like that.
Understaffed and extremely slow computer system. Taking 20+ mins for one customer.
We got a 10ft truck and realized it wasnt big enough for the load. They swapped it with a 14ft with no extra charge. We walked In 10 minutes before they closed. Great service! Truck was amazing the entire 1,500 mile trip. No issues at all.
The mobile check in/ out is awful. When I returned the van even earlier than predicted, I was unable to check the return, got a message saying unable to verify your location and my device location was on. I called 3 times to explain what happened to avoid the extra fee, but was held on the line for the longest time and 3 times the call was lost. Today I got the extra fee. They should checke their cameras and verify when a customer returns the equipment on time.
I have rented from them they are friendly and quick and made us feel very comfortable.Cheap prices also.Rented again next week.I had problems with my electric wires for brake because it was a older style and they fully helped went beyond what they had to doHighly recommend .
The manager of this facility is a class act! Professional, sincere, and always puts the customers first. I got a trailer hitch installed here, and I couldnt be happier. The rest of the staff are nice, friendly, just good all around people.
Rented a 20 truck. I was quoted at $110 for a 60 mile run. I was told when picking up the truck that I could drop the truck off in concord no problem. The next day I was charged $224 for a 24 mile run. All because I was never told about the $140 charge for changing the contract. I will never be using Uhaul again and will be advising family and friends to do the same.
I purchase lots of propane, as well as rent trailers and have gotten hitches installed by them. All of the experiences have been positive. Sometimes I have to wait because they are often busy, but I guess that is because they are great and take care of people; hence the crowds!
Very great prices and customer service will be back again for sure. I have drive by so many times but did not realize their selection of stuff and super convenient propane.
Slow service, been multiple times. Otherwise they are good. I would like to provide a 3.5 star but that is not an option and it is just not quite 4 stars.
Made a reservation online for self-check in at 7:30am at this location. Got an email from Uhaul that the location was changed to the South Willow Uhaul, no big deal. I went here to confirm the change was made and everything was fine and was assured all would be good. Went to log into my account to get the code and was told I had to wait until 9am to get the truck.I was able to get help prior to the location officially opening and the person at that location claims someone here didnt put it into the system right (they also apparently marked it as an in town move when it was supposed to be one way).Im not here to be a detective, but I booked movers through uahuls website for 8am and they had to wait until I could get the truck before starting to load it up and that was frustrating.Overall, 2 stars for this whole self-check in process, especially after I confirmed they changed the pick up location and told me it would be all set. Guess I should have called the other place too.Uhaul customer service gave me a portion of the rental fee back, and that ended up going to the movers who had to stay later than planned, so at least they tried to help over the phone.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The service is very slow! We had an appointment for 8am to get a hitch attached to the car and it’s 3:30pm and it’s still not done. Ridiculous.
I rented a 20’ truck for a move from Michigan to New Hampshire. They estimated the miles, but didn’t take into consideration that the location that I picked up in MI was 40 miles from my home.I turned the truck in a day early and added more fuel than it had when I picked it up. I ended up putting 20 more miles on the truck, than they allotted and they charged me $20.77 on top of the $878.00 that I paid for the rental!I called the location after they sent me the receipt, but the clueless girl on the phone stated that she would have her manager call me... I have yet to hear from anyone.

This place is unprofessional and staff os horrible at their job. Gave my CC through the phone and said I was all set to pick up my van. Well I had ankle surgery 4 days and clearly stated I couldnt walk Ima send someone to get it. They had the nerve to charge the person who picked up from me and gave them a sticky note with credit card # on it and said is wrong CC #(who does this?) My information wasnt protected. Any way I got the sticky note and my CC # was correct. SMH The lady (worker) had the nerve to tell me to come in to swipe my card.....what an idiot. EMPLOYEES are CLUELESS here.
Staff was very understanding when we were late to return the truck. Trucks are easy to drive and are roomy.
While the staff was nice we knew that our rental pick would be right at closing time. Low and behold this location has some of the worst cell reception in Manchester. Try as I might we say in my car for 10+ mins. Trying to get the damn internet to work so I could go through the rental steps on the app. FYI their WiFi wasn’t working either. Go figure. Then finally got it to work and because of the service we didn’t want to wait around all night we started driving. People then start calling to verify but guess what? I’m drving already ugh! This whole process is asinine. Then get back to drop it off and the service is so bad that I can’t get it to accept my payment. Out of frustration and it’s already been a long night we drive home. Once we get home and have service we find out that we need to take all these pictures once the app finally started working. Look. If you’re going to have a service that solely reliant on internet have a location somewhere with flipping internet. This whole proces was 10x harder than it needed to be. Very apprehensive of using uhaul again after this experience.
Service was terrible and slow for drop off and pick up of vehicle. Actual uhaul was fine however. Would not recommend this location.
I went to get 1 of my fleet vehicles inspected at Ford. They said the installation of the wiring harness uhaul installed was unsafe so it was disconnected. Ive been pulled over because the lights flicker.I have made multiple attempts to speak with someone about this and get it fixed. I have called more than 20 times, left messages for Derek Morin the general manager, called the company president Brian Picanco, went into the store as well and still no one has contacted me. it has been over a week and my fleet vehicle is still down and unable to tow.This is completely unacceptable and I will no longer do business with uhaul.
Went to South Willow which had a propane leak. Was instructed to go to hooksett rd where I was told the propane guy isnt here right now. Why doesnt everyone know how to perform the one of 4 services they provide?
Standard UHAUL center with lots of supplies and various trucks. The staff is very helpful and they also fill up propane tanks.

Awful customer service went to return the truck the guy at the counter was extremely rude didnt want to take a minute to answer a few of my question dont recommend, should of gone to ray the movers or college movers to be honest
