I truly cant find words to describe what Troy and the family have done for me......... Today was the day I was anxious for because its the day my bike and I reunite. Troy went above and beyond to make this possible and I repeat I cant find words to describe what they have done. My bike went in on a stretcher and came out swing like Mike tyson..... She gorgeous Troy again thank you for all the help

Troy is a great guy who does good work. All I had done was rear breaks and a new tire but he got me in pretty quick where other shops were weeks out.

They dont seem that interested in repairing your bike. Seems they pick and choose there customers and the repairs they only feel like doing...

Me & my 13 year old Son stopped by there because there was some 4 wheelers & a cool looking motorcycle outside (we love bikes & went out on a ride just to stop by shops & look around). The owner came out & was really cool to me & my Son. He knew we werent there to buy anything but he still was really nice & answered all of my Sons questions about his custom bikes & the stuff around the shop. He even let him go out back to show him what they were working on. If I ever need my bikes worked on or need something, this would be the first place I would go, just because of how professional & nice he was. You can trust a guy & a business like that. He didnt have to take time out of his busy day to just chit chat but he did. He really made my Sons day. Sorry for the long post but wanted to share.

Forget about having your vehicle done in a timely manner, or done within that week. They pick and choose what they want to do and dont care if your vehicle sits for days.never going back to this place, absolutely awful!

I have finally found a great shop in the area! I do most of my own work. On three occasions in the last 20 years I’ve taken a bike to a shop, and all have been very disappointing. Where is only one shop in the area as far as I can tell: EVO. Troy and Billy are great people, and treat my 2001 like it was their own. I found them thanks to an on road blowout. They were kind enough to wait for the flatbed to arrive before closing. Can’t say enough - BEST!

Ive dealt with several bike shops and have been let down numerous times. A good friend of mine recommended Evo Cycles and I cant lie at first I was a bit hesitant. So I decided to give Troy a call and kind of get his vibe. Sure enough a couple weeks later I was dropping off my bike at his shop. Troy is an outstanding person and a man of his word. My bike with 52k miles runs like new and boy is it fast. His prices are amazing and he is upfront with you..... for anyone and I mean anyone looking to get service down to their bike... TROY IS YOUR MAN......

This guy took forever to fix my Harley, actually the entire summer last year. He left it out in the rain multiple times, returned it filthy and untuned. I asked him why it was skipping and backfiring and his answer was, just ride it a bit it will be fine.. Sounds like this guy could give an F about your bike or customer satisfaction. Dont waste ur time or money with Evo Cycle.

To be fair, I would immediately say that Troy did fix my bike. But here is where my satisfaction with the service at EVO ends!!! And I will never go there again! And I suggest that you think twice before going there.I contacted EVE Cycle right after Bike Week’14. My car mechanic referred me to them because I needed two tires. I did not go to Kawasaki (I have a Vulcan 750), or to MOM’s because they were booked for a month in advance. My mechanic called Troy and handed me over the phone; I told Troy that I needed tires, and that my shaft drive was making loud clicking sound. Troy told me to bring my bike over as early as next day. I dropped the bike off on June 26th, 2014. The place is a dump…pretty sad because my mechanic told me that Troy takes pride in his work. Troy and some others listened to the loud noise, and immediately decided that it was the differential, and they told me they would order used parts right away. He asked me to put in a credit of $300 for the tires. That should have raised a red flag right away, but I prepaid.I did not hear from those guys and called them on July 21st. Troy said that they were still waiting for parts, and as soon as they got them they would do the job. It sounded as if they had ordered parts before they knew what really was wrong with the bike.I had to go away for 10 days, and when I returned I called EVO on August 5th. Troy said that the issue turned out to be more complex, and they were waiting for more parts. A week later I called again and he said that the following week he was hoping to get the job done. I was getting pretty frustrated. I even went to my mechanic for an advice because he was the one who referred me to EVO. He was shocked to hear that all this time my bike had been at the shop. And when I told him that Troy had not initiated even one phone call, the guy’s jaw dropped.Anyway, on August 25th, 2014 I finally got a call from Troy that the bike was ready. I was so excited that I forgot to ask about the cost. You can imagine the hard attack I had when on Tuesday, August 26th, 2014, Troy presented me with a bill for $1,394 in addition to the credit of $300. He even had the audacity to ask me if I was going to pay in cash!!! Maybe I look like a drug dealer.Troy did not see anything wrong with the fact that he kept my bike for 2 months (the best riding months). He did not see anything wrong with the fact that he did not call me once, especially after he had found out that the issue was more complicated than initially thought. What mechanic just decides to start doing additional work, when the charges are piling up? We are not talking about $100. Motorcycles Of Manchester (MOM’s) wanted to give me $1500 towards a trade in, and I thought that it would be much cheaper to fix the bike up.Troy started telling me ridiculous stories how he could not keep the bike on the lift while waiting for parts, and every time he took it off the lift it had to go back in line!!! He said something like “at what point should I call you”. He was rambling how he could not remove the shaft the way he thought he would...and basically was giving me excuses why his labor was so expensive; and told me that when I had dropped my bike off, he already had 40 bikes waiting to be serviced…so why the hack he did not say that when I had called for an appointment?!Honestly, if I had the slightest idea how expensive the repair would have been, I would have traded in the bike, but that guy never mentioned anything about the cost, or about the duration of the service.I am very disappointed with EVO CYCLE; I feel I was ripped off; do not go there if you want to avoid poor service.
