Got my first Harley here this summer and I have to say from start to finish the process was seamless. I bought a used bike and the sales manager nick made sure we got a great price on it. It was such an exciting day and everyone that we worked with was great. Motorclothes department was really helpful in picking out my helmet and seemed really educated. And our fit specialist was extremely knowledgeable about the bike I ended up choosing. I won’t go anywhere else when it comes time for my next bike. Covid has really hit a lot of businesses hard and effected the amount of employees and quality of the service experience but not here.

Called the Service Department on Thursday 9/23 because the check engine light on my 2012 Road King kept coming on. I dropped it off on Friday morning 9/24 and it was repaired and ready to go on Saturday 9/25!! The other local dealers had a 2-3 week wait for service. Mark in Service was awesome to work with, communicated with me throughout the entire repair and made an anticipated painful experience a great one. Thanks to Mark and all the crew at Manchester Harley Davidson and thanks to management for providing a good old fashioned customer experience. I have never used this dealership before but they have earned all my future business.

From the second you walk in, everything is just cool. From the first employee you meet, through the whole process of looking and buying, you can see that everybody is glad to see you and they care that you are a rider or someone who wants to learn. We met Matt quickly after arriving. What an amazing guy. Down to earth and knows his bikes. No pressure to buy, just asked what we were looking for and then gave us many great options. Came to Harley of Manchester recently with a variety of questions as I am a new rider and was deciding on my first motorcycle. Walked in and was immediately greeted by Lucas, he gave me an excellent run down of the store layout and how everything works. As a new rider I had a lot of questions obviously about getting the “perfect” bike for me. He answered all of my questions above and beyond and showed me some pretty sweet beginner bikes! This place is awesome and the staff is very very helpful!

I found a bike I really liked, credit not so good but said they would work it out. I tried the trade anything that they offer to help with down payment. plus the $1500 cash I had. Still needed another $1200. I ended walking away and will go to my old dealer. Meredith Harley where they will work with me as they have before. With that said the salesman I dealt with were understanding and respectful. Just a waste of time on my part going there.

I would not even give them a one star since high octane bought them out. I have bought 2 bikes there since 2017 and had a wonderful experience. Went there Tuesday after calling twice to confirm the particular bike I was looking for was there they confirmed it was. My wife and I drove down to buy the bike and was informed was there and told them I would buy as soon as I saw it got there it was not there and they had no idea where it was. Was then low balled on my bike. That same day went to a private dealer and not only was I dealt with in a straight forward manor but got an honest price for my bike and purchase price of my new one my wife was so impressed she bought one too. Spent 50k Tuesday. Wish I spent it in Manchester where I started but will not deal with sales be like I did there. My time is valuable too.

MCHD is a great place and fun atmosphere-- the building has lots of character, but it all comes down to the people. Sometimes I stop in even when I dont need anything just to say hi to the smiles. Sway at the front desk is always warm and professional, even when shes slammed behind the desk, I can count on her to brighten up my day and point me in the right direction. Bought my road glide about a month ago now. And have been back several times for upgrade parts and such. I have been to many Harley Dealerships, and this one has to be the very best. Super attentive staff, and very clean facilities. I rarely review anything and never review anything twice. But I have to. Scheduled my 1k service very last minute, and despite having a time frame was told it could be backed up. Whatever, it happens. They knew I lived 2 hours away and would be waiting for my bike. Within 5 minutes of getting checked in my bike was on the lift. 1.5 hours later I was out the door with a service and a detail which I wasnt expecting. Stopped in to get some stuff for my bike, and I was really impressed with the customer service here. I was helped out by Devon, who I believe said she was new there. We called to see if they had a bike on their website or if it was sold. They said it was there so I made an appointment for first thing the next morning. I worked with Josh, who told me that the bike had left late the night before as a trade to a different dealership in Florida. I was a little upset since I had them verify it would be there, but figured Id at least see what else he recommends. He asked the right questions as far as what I want in a bike and what I want to be able to do with one and showed me a handful of other options, one being one year newer but the same model as the one I called about. He made sure the bike fit me properly and that I saw all of the options around my price range. The next day we went back and my boyfriend decided he wanted one as well so Josh helped us out again and set him up with a bike he fell in love with and seems very comfortable on (we will see when he gets his license, but I bet he will still love it). Josh was very honest about what was and wasnt good options and worked hard to make sure we got what we were looking for. Breezy also helped him find shoes, jacket, gloves, helmet, etc that he will be going back to get once he can start riding. Great experience here and every time we go back we will be asking to work with Josh (sales) and/or Breezy (motor clothes)

Im so happy I did because it was one of the best purchase experiences Ive ever made. This was a no pressure sale, no attempts to up-sale me to a more expensive bike; there was nothing but respect and consideration to make sure I got the bike I wanted. Keith also made sure the entire process was smooth from beginning to end and pulled his team together to take care of each part of the process. They also provided me with several finance options to best suit my payment needs.

Top notch team. Amazing customer service. I have called the parts department and given them my shopping list and then have my son pick it up. This was 1 case of oil and filters plus some other assorted parts and the parts crew carried it all out to her car for her, now that is service. They also maintain a good Facebook presence to announce the many events they hold there (the parties are awesome).

After buying my first bike from there, I only kept it 5 weeks before I needed an upgrade. I went back and dealt exclusively with Josh Shepard. I took advantage of the freedom promise that Harley offers an he made it affordable to upgrade. He treated us like we were family and always checks on us to make sure the bike is still running well. He goes above and beyond for all of his customers and is not quick to rush them in to just anything. He listens and makes suggestions, and is very knowledgeable about the bikes! If you ever want to buy a bike, hes your guy.

Parts Parts and Parts is all I go in here for and for good reason. Tuesdays and Saturdays are the best times to go when you want or need the CORRECT parts every time. Walk out back to pets desk and ask for Pete “SNAKE BYTE” Chambers and he will literally exhaust every Avenue and path to find your parts.Most recent part I needed was a throttle cable that was back ordered on top of back ordered. He began to call his associates in other HD Dealers and found the exact part I needed and I’m back on the road today instead of praying for the cable to come in on it’s expected delivery day 3 weeks from today.Thanks SNAKE BYTE!!!!

Just recently visited this this Harley dealer and while I was there had an awesome experience and learned a bunch on the bike that I currently own that I didn’t even know about. Last year I purchased a brand new street glide, the experience then was phenomenal and I was super satisfied. Fast forward to this year and I am no longer singing the praises of this dealership! While I understand that this is the busy season, and that bike week just passed however I have been calling for the past almost two weeks to schedule an inspection. (BTW I thought I had requested at the time of winter storage) Regardless I am in need of a sticker and recommendations on what other service a one year old bike requires At this point I have lost faith in customer service and I have scheduled to take my bike elsewhere. So silly I was encouraged to do the VIP package so service would be a breeze ....major FAIL

This place is awesome! I was just looking around and this sales person named Hannah came up and she asked me how I was doing and started talking about bikes to me! Even though I wasn’t ready to ride right away.. this sways me to come back! She did a great job! Keep her and give her a raise!!

So on I whim, I decided I wanted new grips on a Road Glide I recently purchased at Manchester Harley-Davidson. So I rode up there not knowing that they were having one of their many Saturday parties with live music, beer and food trucks. They were super busy. But despite how busy they were, within an hour they installed the grips I chose and even washed my bike for me. They always treat me great and are quick to get things done. Customer for Life!!!

Its always crowded and its Manchester.. Plenty of sales people. Parts guys definitely know their stuff, but theres usually only 2 there and they are way overwhelmed almost constantly. Too bad the dealership cant figure out a way to help them out. Typical Harley dealership for the most part. I try to avoid going unless I really need something. Dont even bother calling and leaving a message for parts. They dont call you back. Probably just because they literally dont have time to.

Worked with Zach to pick out the right bike for me. Highly recommended!. He was patient, answered all my questions. If he didnt know the answer, he went the extra mile to get it for me. Made sure I was aware of all the options right for me. Fantastic! See Zach when you go there!!!

I had been to a few dealers in the area an dthey were ghost towns, no bikes, no helmets, no parts. Then I stop by manchester Harley and boy what a difference. They have hundreds of new and used bikes as well as an awesome retail clothing and riding gear store. Dont make the mistake I did, skip the rest and just go to Manchester Harley.

Definitely the go to spot for anything you need. Everyone there is great, but make sure if you need that 5 star service request Hanna. She is top tier.

The icing on the cake at this dealership is that they hold an induction ceremony for you when you buy a bike from them. You literally get to write a little piece of history with them once you close the deal which makes the entire experience very memorable. They also give you a tour of the store and introduce you to your new services and accessories team, which starts a strong relationship from the very beginning.

I went to this store not too long ago. David helped me and gave me a great experience. He showed me around, was very knowledgeable, and kind whenever I asked questions.

I would give below 1* if possible. This dealership is fraud, they aggressively advertise something that does not exist. Drove from NJ for bike, talked to manager Keith and Hanna from Sales at 6pm when they close and bike was available. Got there next morning before they open at 10am and the magically bike got sold while dealers were closed. They tried to sell similar bike for 32k, huge difference from advertised motorcycle and available inventory. I would buy that $2000 difference makes sense for similar bike. Im sure dealers can’t show proof that they ever had bike that was advertised. STAY AWAY FROM CHEATERS!!!!
