Awesome place to have any motorcycle work done. They did a trike conversion for me and it came out excellent.

I drive up from Stoneham Mass to buy from here. Great bunch of guys to work there! Going to be having them work on my 04 Heritage Softail that I inherited from my dad. I dont trust anyone in my own area lol

R&R cycles is the best. I wouldnt go anywhere else to get my bike worked on. Ive been to many other places but only trust them and I worked at a Harley Davidson dealership. I have a 2010 Road Glide with a stage 4. Thing is bullet proof.

$151 to have two tires mounted and balanced. Wheels were brought in off the bike. $65/tire to mount, balance, and clean plus $20 in weights. Unbelievably expensive. Will never go here again for any reason and would not recommend them to anyone for any reason. This place is a joke!

Had R&R rebuild my 2010 road glide screaming eagle motor and Brandon stated after the brake in to come in for the oil change and retuned at no charge. But at time of pickup they hit me with a $500.00 bill. I told the counter Brandon said it was covered under the $8000.00 cash I payed. The old man said so what that’s why I stopped riding it’s expensive. Had done business with them for years but never again will they see a dime from me. After checking my oils also found my transmission way overfilled. Too bad used to be a good place things change tho.

Went there just to chat and discuss pricing with clearly no intention to buy on that day. The gentleman running the front discussed some options with absolutely no pressure and took the time to take me on an amazing tour of the facilities and explain what they do. With this type of friendly personalized attention and the professional reviews they have already received i wouldnt think to go anywhere else. I am going back this week to leave my bike with them for the winter and have them perform my upgrades. Look forward to riding next year with the improvements they have in store for me!

As I have stated in the past my experience with HD was not very good, and when I went to see Reggie and all the guys there everything changed. I was given expert advise I was not pressured into buying anything I did not need and the quality of their work and the knowledge was outstanding. They built me a motor that I could not be happier with. I can honestly say that they have all become FAMILY and as long as im able to be on two wheels I will always be a loyal customer at R&R. I went there looking simply to ask a question as to how to repair a broken license plate bracket. Five minutes later a crew came up with the replacement part, light bar, to make the rear of the bike 100% better and took car of the installation in less than 30 minutes. NEVER in all of my years of riding have I ever experienced customer service like this. These guys were all busy and dropped what they were doing to help me out.
