I was so happy when I found out that one of my favorite stores from when I lived in NYC was going to open in Portland that I went the next day it opened. Tried and got nice outfits. Today I went 30 minutes before closing and this girl at the check out station was so rude that was disgusting. I waited for several minutes for someone to come and help me bring down a top and nobody came so I took the aid they had and when I was putting it back, this girl came and yelled at me dont touch that and aggressively took it from me. I told her I was waiting for someone but she was nowhere to be found so she said thats not true, I was right there so 2 things, lied to my face and called me a liar. I asked if she wanted me to spray it down and she was no,, I just dont want YOU to touch it. Then I asked if I could try my clothes on and she looked me upside down and said no, theyre closed (which was true) so I put everything back and walked out. She picked her job so if shes so miserable there she should change jobs. Shes white, skinny and has dark hair ohhh and wears her face mask just covering her mouth. So if you see her, ask for help from someone else cause shes the rudest person Ive ever seen at a store.

Staff is always so rude or just not paying attention to their customers. The store doesn’t have nearly enough sizes in store I don’t want to have to shop online just because I’m a bigger size.

Such rude staff it wasn’t even funny! Never have I been treated and yelled at in a store for trying to use a dressing room. They need to hire people who won’t yell at and run their customers away.

Horrible customer service. High prices.

Great store but tonight the store manager Renae was really unprofessional and unethical when spoke to my fiancé to address her that no food was allowed in the store in a really strong way. In which it made us feel really uncomfortable and my fiancé ask her to provide her name and after she did provided in a really unethical tone in which it seem a little discriminatory when she said “you guys can leave the store and come back when you’re done”, she also said “I’m the store manager” (In a way that her acts mean there will be no consequences) and then look to the other girl working at the cashier and made comments as we left the store.

Really like the dresses and gowns here. I like that this store is actually geared towards adorning women in attractive wear for any occasion. However they rotate the stock way too fast and if you see something you like but it then and there because the next day its gone. Its a store with dresses, skirts and coats. Personally I wish it was larger with a stable selection. Like kick Russo out of their spot and move these guys in.

Gorgeous dresses. Great place to come when you want to spend money on something nice to wear for an outing. The only thing I hate is the fitting room lighting. You would think places would have that figured out by now. The better the lighting the more chances of purchases.

I had an online return and came to exchange for a new dress and shoes. Maggie was extremely helpful with finding me something new and with the exchange! Thank you so much

It was very fun and the music was good. However I wish the dressing room would have a little more privacy

The girls that work here are uninterested in helping you. The store manager seems to have a bad attitude and never smiles or makes conversation.

Very very rude I was not impressed by the workers attitudes and it’s every time I go! I shouldn’t feel intimidated to go up to the cash register. Although the clothes are cute the girls that work there have a very bad attitude problem. Rolling of eyes, no smiling what’s so ever, very short, uninterested. I no longer have a desire to shop there.

Ill only order online because I dislike the in store employees that much. They have constant attitude and make you feel bad for shopping there. They roll theirs eyes at you if you ask for a dressing room. Wish I could give zero stars.
