I will never do business with them again nor will I recommend them. I needed a replacement battery for an alemite grease gun. After contacting alemite because it is not a carried brand in most stores, they directed me to the hope group as the distributor for my area. I was given a price and an option to pick up or have shipped. I took the option to have shipped directly to me. However I was not informed of shipping costs of 22 dollars, otherwise I would have just picked it up. 3 weeks later it finally arrived. After waiting 3 weeks I no longer needed the battery and was given no other option than to pay a 20% restocking fee if I wanted to return the item after having to call several times. I finally spoke to a very rude and smug gentlemen named Scott who offered no help at all, let alone an apology for the misinformation on shipping costs. Although they are the distributor for the area of Alemite products they consider it a special order item. So needless to say, the only thing you can hope for from this group is to not get ripped off from the smug worthless retail employees.
