Had them for awhile but the service has gone way down hill. the lady that answered the phone was rude and makes you feel like you did something wrong. she pulls this mob mentality to make you feel like they would have charged you more than what they could have charged. its a scam. Bourque should be ashamed of the company they run.

I used to have automatic refueling from Bourques. Used them for cleaning until I learned what a rip off they are when I had someone come and fix my thermostat. Not only did they charge almost double for things I could get at Home Depot ($125 instead of $70 for a Powerhead and $80 for a $45 Thermostat), but they also charge at a MINUMUM $125 an hour for a serviceman. Normally its $165 but they reduced it after I called to complain about the bill. I didnt know we were paying these guys like doctors. And on top of that the guy was barely at my house for 20 minutes, yet theyll charge you for a full hour regardless. Ill be using a different company who doesnt try to steal my money.

They will rob you blind. overcharge for stuff they didnt do/service. go someplace else. I will never get oil from them ever again! I warned you!
