Called about an estimate. He was quick to get here gave us the estimate when we told him that’s what we wanted to go with and we switch to gas instead of electric. He had it put in in a very timely matter left no Mas made sure everything was working great. I am so happy with this my heat does not run all the time. It has been amazing. I’m excited to see how much better my bill is going to be

Have dealt with many other HVAC companies in the past. This one is by far the best. Troy is very professional and honest. He wont over sell you, and does high quality work at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend. Has kept our older HVAC units running strong.

So, I called this company and they were initially polite. They came out the same day I called. However, unbeknownst to me, my son had called another company and I called Rose Air to let them know and got no answer. The gentleman called back and I let him know that I did not know my son had reached out to another place and they were there. The gentleman was nice about it and joked with me that he “didn’t want to have to battle for their life” to win our business. I thanked him and apologized for the confusion. He told me if I needed anything i the future to call them. I thanked him again. The company that came out could not repair our unit soon and so I called Rose Air back. Melanie Rose returned my call and was immediately defensive stating they would not help me because I called another company. I tried to explain to her the situation and even let her know that I was not trying to offend them but Miss Melanie was so defensive and short with me and would not let me even speak and even cut me off with her passive aggressive ‘Goodbye‘ constantly! I’m completely confused by such ill service. I was not trying to offend this company. I am only trying to get an hvac unit fixed so my two children and fur babies aren’t sitting in a 91 degree house for over a week. Disappointing and unprofessional.

Rose Air is so wonderful, Mr. Rose has helped us out many many times. They always come right out and fix our issues quickly. Anyone weve ever dealt with when using Rose Air has been so polite, helpful, and sweet. Great people, great service! Would definitely recommend.

Rose Air installed not one but two new heating/air conditioning systems in our 91 year old house. We could not be more pleased. Our yearly maintenance is timely and efficient. Mr. Roses service has prevented any problems thus far, but I am confident that any issue will be addressed quickly. In my opinion, Rose Air is the best in Manchester! Highly recommend this company.

Please be careful when dealing with Troy Rose, he took advantage of my lack of knowledge to the tune of 5k. Unfortunately, I found this out after the fact. I hope this review will save someone else from falling victim to his unethical practices.
