Professional, courteous and efficient! Two came out last week to our workplace and were incredibly respectful of us working, while also taking the time to explain everything thoroughly.I have also personally had one serviceman come to my home, about a year ago, and he was also kind and professional. The amazing part was how unrushed he was, despite the fact that he came because it was an emergency and they fit him during a crazy day just before Thanksgiving. I deeply appreciated that!

I had them work on 2 GAS heaters in two different apartments. There was GAS LEAKS in both occasions after the jobs were done. In one of the apartments, the GAS LEAK was so bad, they tenants had to call the Manchester FIRE DEPARTMENT. Also, the technicians have bad communication skills. They dont call you and tell you what the problem is. STAY AWAY!!

Just called Absco this morning. Said delivery will be on Monday... was worried about being so low.. called around all said next week even the company that we have been using said Tuesday at a higher price!!!1 hour later Absco was here with my home oilWe are looking forward to doing all our future business with this company..it’s Friday and very bitter cold..and they were here for us.Thank You AbscoYour truly a Gods Blessing for us.The Gladysz Family.

I WOULD NOT SPEND ANY MONEY TO HAVE ANYTHING FIXED WITH THIS COMPANY. SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE. NEVER TROUBLE SHOOT THE TO FIND THE PROBLEM AND GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. ALWAYS BREAKING DOWN TO KEEP THEM COMING BACK.

My split-type A/C units were working perfectly until this company was brought in by our property management to clean our equipment at a discounted price. When I returned to my seasonal unit a few weekss later I found one of the units was not working (cooling). I called Absco and they told me freon had been added. They then came back out to the property and found they had to add more freon and stop a leak with dye. The unit again stopped working about 3 days later and since then they continue to book a date to come back to service but cancel at the last minute as well as sending me a bill for $285.00! I have decided to cut my losses and have retained an authorized repair service for the equipment. I would never suggest this company for any repair work. To date I have spent $1,300.00 repairing the problem they caused. There was no leak. They had added additional freon that caused the system to stop working properly.

Not happy this morning. the delivery driver left two large oil spills in the driveway and then drove over my stone wall on his way out.thanks allot Absco for years of service but after loosing my payments twice i think its time to find an other supplier. good luck

This company supposedly installed a new heating system for our building because we were told the other one was old. The new system never worked properly. When we call absco someone, usually days later, stops by and turns it on and the system fails, sometimes, the same day again. They never really troubleshoot the root of the problem, but rather they only turn it on and leave. Terrible company, terrible service. Stay away from these people.

Worst service ever. When the guy puts red silicone to secure a part for my broken furnace because he didnt have the screws, I should have known it was a hack job. Worst $255 spent in my life and Im still stuck with a pilot light out.

Not the best customer service. The lady who answered the phone didnt seem to care about my emergency.
