It still surprises me how much the staff knows about every product on the shelf, almost like they were sent to a school to learn about it all before working there. They are also some of the friendliest group of people I encounter daily.I know its anecdotal, but I make it a point to stop in at this store when I need an energy drink, or supplements to fuel my extremely hazardous lifestyle, regardless of how many other places I may pass on the way.

Always great customer service. The only thing that could make this place better is more stock of their vitamins. Theyre frequently out of what I need during sales of their products.

As always my favorite place to pickup my supplements. Very low pressure and they dont push their own products hard at all! Wish they better workout supplements like products from Blackstone . They definitely got away from the good stuff. Oh well!

Havent been in here for years. Staff asked if I needed help, but I wanted to browse. When I didnt find an item I wanted, the Staff found it where I would never had thought to look. Kudos and thank you. Very personable as well.

Came in yesterday 9/26 to buy a product I usually buy online. It was on sale and even though THE STORES SALE PRICES DID NOT make it cheaper, needed it sooner then delivery would bring it. Turned out I lost my CC. Before I left the store I explained to the cashier the situation I just realized. Came back today and the sale was up....which we both acknowledgedwas happening yesterday when I told him I lost my card. Asked for the sale price from yesterdayand he....literally laughed in my face.So now theres no sold product instead of a discounted 1 and a customer lost.Hope it was worth it for whoever profits from sales.

Got my vitamins here and the staff was unbelievably helpful. Im really anemic and was looking for a multivitamin and iron but to a level they didnt carry. The help with the multivitamin which btw is amazing was outstanding and the fact that the worker took so much time to explain and just really make sure I left happy was just great! What customer service is all about

I like the Vitamin Shoppe chain this store is great with a courteous friendly, knowledgeable staff .

It is a regular vitamin shop that carries the regular products you would expect in a vitamin shop. There is no pressure from the staff like you experience in other shops. The staff is helpful and responsive.Update : The regular emails you receive to lead you to the store for 50% off deals as well as bogo discounts do not really be honored. Even the marked deals in stored recommended by the staff do not have the discounts at the register. The items I bought was selected by their staff to have the discounts and I noticed that the discounts were not applied until I finished payment. The staff didnt fix the problem, instead offered to take it back instead of honoring the discount.

The Vitamin Shoppe in Manchester is full of great people who are always willing to lend a hand. What I appreciate about this store is that there is a more laid back type of vibe compared to other competitors that make me feel like Im fighting off pushy sales people. You wont be disappointed in their selection or prices either.

Stopped in to buy some supplements, just your average vitamin store nothing special.

I went there on a Saturday morning and it was super busy with only 1 employee for the whole store. I was looking for advice on whey protein shakes and had to wait for a long time to get help. To the manager - not nice to leave her alone.

Great store. Not high pressure like some nute shops Ive been to. They helped me when I needed it, gave recommendation only after I asked for one and they had everything I needed and way more.I was in for Yerba Mate, they are the only place for miles carrying it so ya, if thats what your looking for then here it is. They had the leaves and various teas.I left with my mate leaves, a guayusa tea blend and a B vitamin complex(the recommendation I asked for). All were reasonably priced, would def recommend.
