Got a Hello as soon as my son and I walk through the door. The staff know the store and knew exactly where it was did I needed. I really like the products from the store. Always clean, and products are displayed well. This is my regular go to store for a lot of things mechanical for my truck. I needed a suction pump to empty my power steering pump and they knew exactly where it was and it was at a reasonable price compared to some of the other places that either did not have the pump or were very expensive. I like the store!

Like most men, I love this place. I almost always leave with more stuff than I planned to buy.I am a carpenter with 20 year experience, and after using Bauer tools for almost 5 years now, I can say that if you are not excessively abusive to your tools, Bauer is worth the money. They are not as tough or as powerful as some of the high end brands, but they score high on my bang-for-buck-o-meter. I just had an impact driver ($40 tool) wear out after 4 years of regular use, and I think it was only the brushes on the motor that failed. I also have a hammer drill, work light, jig saw, skillsaw, and chainsaw, all 20v Bauer. I also have a Bauer random orbital palm sander, and electric demolition hammer (small jackhammer) which where also good purchases. I cant afford the high-end brands, so Ill be sticking with Bauer.Some of the Chicago Electric tools are good as well, particularly the sawzall and grinder. (Just dont bother with C.E. sanders.)

Went for a company gathering for the only day game of the year, ended up on the top deck, we were on the near end with a great view of the river, a cool cross-breeze and a clear view of the entire field. Fire Department sprayed down Section 101 in the Splash Zone, plus great entertainment between inning and classic snacks down to the peanuts - even had planes flying low over the field on approach to Manchester Airport. Drinks are not served after the seventh inning and bring your wallet at $8.00 a beer, they did take payment by card though. Overall a great day at the park, despite the score and will be taking the family again.

Great selection of tools and the staff always make sure you find what you are looking for. All the isles were clearly marked and everyone was shopping distant from each other. It was not too crowded but they do seem to have a limit to how many people they can let in. Overall, a great store to buy a large selection of products.

Always Helpful. Ive been to this store several times and an employee had always been available to help me. Not instantly, but the wait is never long and Ive never had to hunt anyone down. I was looking at the great price and selection of air tools and discussed the difference between what they sold and the new cordless tools. The clerk was knowledgeable but I was incorrectly told the cordless guns required a CO2 cartridge, which would be a deal breaker for me. I still purchased the tools I needed at Harbor Freight and will shop there more often in the future. No clerk knows everything and the info was still better than what I often receive at the bigger box stores.

Items tend to be out of stock; the employees are staggered and hard to locate; prices are decent.

No problems at this location. But harbor Freight in general has been going down hill. No longer any 20% coupons so basically everything had a 20% price increase. The low cost tools are gradually being squeezed out for higher priced names. I dont go to harbor Freight for $80 boutique wrenches.

This place is great. The customer service is good. You can find almost any tool you need for a great price. The employees are very helpful and respectful. I would recommend anyone to go there for any tool need.

Been to Harbor Freight a couple of times, there tool selection is good, prices are decent. Very clean environment, a little under staffed, but not a deal breaker. Havent waited a long time in the lines to cash out either which is a big thumbs up. Id recommend this place to friends & family

If not for their cheap tools I honestly wouldnt shop there. Some of their staff are jerks.

I am so glad that Harbor Freight Tools opened up. I used to be an avid Sears shopper. But now that Sears which was across the street closed, I came across Harbor Freight Tools. Thank goodness, because I still and always will need more tools. And Harbor Freight Tools always has what I need.

A great selection of tools and other workshop accouterments for discount prices? Cant really beat it. Are most of the off-brand tools made in China and will probably not last as long as their full-priced counterparts? Most definitely, but hey, if youre doing projects on a budget this is the place to go for almost everything. And if you cant find what they have in store, get their catalog or check online and youll pretty much find what you need no matter what.

Just a great place to get affordable tools. Staff has always been helpful. If you a hobbyist like me you will be able to complete projects with the tools sold here without breaking your wallet.

The people that answer the phone are rude and so busy they cant bothered helping you. Totally unacceptable wouldnt shop there ever again. I understand everybody is busy this time of year but once it slows down again theyre going to be out very many customers. You can get better cheap stuff anywhere then be treated badly

Harbor Freight not only has a great selection of various tools but they have them at great prices too. For me, Harbor Freight is special because they carry items that you just dont find anywhere else...the first time i shopped Harbor Freight I was constantly ooo-ing and ahh-ing as I walked the aisles. It is organized, neat and it is the perfect size store where you wont get lost and you can peruse the entire store in 20 minutes and i guarantee you will see something that you didnt realize you needed or that you just cant wait to try out!

Ive always loved harbor freights and its a really truly an American store full of great deals or lifetime guarantees. But here comes the but.... Maybe they get robbed or stolen from all day everyday but I hate being followed as if Im a criminal and I hate being judged or treated unjustly or unfair like Im garbage sometimes I drop so much money in there just to be treated as a thief criminal I dont know. Might need to stop going

Great guys and great friendly service. I was interested in their solar panels and had a coupon. If you are on their mailing list you get better deals than what is posted and in their flyer. They had all I needed and more. You name it and I bet they have it. Prices were really good, but I did see a few things cheaper online. Most things are reasonable. If you have never been, you should go if you own a vehicle or into tools. The sky is the limit.

At the checkout I wanted to pay with a personal check..the employee kept telling me it would be much faster with a credit card.. he told me three times! He then told the customer behind me he better go to another line because this is going to take a really long time because hes using a personal check. Kind of triggered me..Made me have to keep asking date, amount and etc. Really really slowing the process, he was right...

To be honest, the tool store isnt my favorite place to go, but the staff here are so incredibly friendly and helpful! Eric is so gracious and so helpful, he even loaded everything into my car for me! Its like having a personal shopper! I cannot say enough great things about the service here!

Plenty of parking. Except for the holidays, there seems to be enough help. Ive returned items with no problem at all. Wide range of tools to choose from. Tools seem to be of good quality. Prices are very reasonable. I go there a lot and have found tools I never knew I needed. It is definitely worth a trip. Thats the good news. In my opinion, the customer service has been going down hill ever since they opened. If I hear someone else say if we have it it it will be in aisle x. This should go without saying.

Had a terrible customer experience at the Manchester, NH store today. Had called in advance to ask how to make a return without a receipt. Was told they could look it up using my email they use to send fliers.Brought the item to the register when I arrived and told the customer service person (Alicia) what O had been told . Her immediate response was, Nobody told you that. She then called a manager on the phone and said This guy says he called and someone told him we could look up receipt. But hes wrong. Can you come up here?Manager comes to register a minute later, asks no questions and says, Nobody told you we could look up your receipt and walks away.Add to this, every other major store is capable of handling a return with the credit card that was used and/or issue a store credit. Very poor experience.

Absolutely unbeatable prices on almost all the products in store. Always new coupon books being delivered and and sales happening in store. Also, the selection of in store items is quite good as well from screw drivers to genrators and belt band saws, Its all there. And if its not in store its almost certainly online and can be delivered.

I love cheap tools! If your buying a tool that youre only going to use once in a blue moon, dont bother spending a fortune on a name brand. Harbor Freights tools will do just fine and you feel better saving money buying something youd rather not have to in the first place!

Everytime I go into this store there is always someone willing to help or even answer questions. Sales are constant which is really nice! The only downfall is going on a friday during the day because its very busy!

Say what you will about their tools, you will not find a more respectful and helpful group of people at Harbor Freight. Its no wonder theyre opening up so many stores. Ive asked multiple questions to the staff and gotten friendly and solid advice each time. I was even talked out of buying a more expensive Impact Wrench when a Breaker Bar would do the job I needed.As for quality, look, they are what they are. If youre a serious carpenter, mechanic, tradesman, etc. then yeah you can probably expect more breaks than the top name brands. Whether its worth it to just return and get a new one is obviously preference. For the weekend warrior, or casual DIYer, then you cant beat Harbor Freights tools for the price. Ive owned multiple hand tools, a drill, and a polisher and all of them are still going strong.If you know what youre buying, Harbor Freight is fantastic.

Like all instances of this chain, this location has a great selection of very reasonably priced tools. This location is recently opened, bright, and clean. Staffing levels are modest and check out can get a little backed up when it is busy, but that seems fair for a discount store.

I love this place! I used to shop Harbor Fraight when you could only order from a catalogue and was never disappointed. Im so glad there is a physical store I can go to and see touch and feel the quality of the product I am about to perches. Its my new favorite store. I could spend hours there. A toy store for us big kids.What doesnt Harbor Freight carry for tools? I dont know!I will head there for one-thing and find myself browsing the large selection of tools and shop gear and dreaming about the next project. Ive purchased a few items here, and the price on tent garages is great. Ive been pleased with the two that Ive purchased.

You can’t not love this store. Forget Home Depot, if you need tools, you’ll find them cheaper here than anywhere else. Keep in mind, if you’re looking for something that will last forever and have 2 yr mfr warranties, this isn’t the place to shop. But if you need a tool cheap for a project. Go to harbor freight. They don’t just have tools either. Car ports, small engines, atv winches, water pumps, you can find almost anything in this store. Would definitely recommend.

I dont know how their tools are if youre a professional but as someone who uses tools on occasion they work fine for me. I like the fact they give you a freebie when you shop there. Theyre free lights come in really handy when you need one and theyre very bright.
