From a company this size I expect a let better.They sold a furnace to an unlicensed contractor who skipped out on doing my job. I called FW Webb and asked to return the furnace to them.They said we dont take back anything from Unlicensed homeownersI said well you sold it to one who is unlicensed so why not take it back now?I had come to find out that they knew the person they were selling furnaces to and the knew 100% that he did not have a license. And still does not. But they sold him the furnace anyway.The guys in Portland Maine were nice and wish they could have helped but because it was purchased in NH I had to deal with the NH store who were honestly rude and didnt care to help one bit. They messed up and sold the thing in the first place and should be willing to take it back.There are people working in this location knowingly selling furnaces for multi family homes to unlicensed contracts.They told me ohh know that we know more about this guy we wont sell him any furnaces and cut ties They admitted wrong but still wont take the return, which is fine. The problem is how rude they were and they know they are doing wrong.

The guys at the front counter are helpful. BUT, if they are unable to help you they send you to the row of cubicles to get expert help. Today I was looking for a replacement combustion chamber for an old oil fired furnace. Needless to say the person I encountered at the row of cubicles was completely useless. He was not even interested in helping. This is not the first time I have wasted my time with one of the experts at the row of cubicles. Thanks for nothing.

Recently had a conundrum..needed a sink ASAP..tried online and locally but could not get one soon enough that fit...Erica in the Webb showroom was amazing. Found one and had it expedited within a week. Couldnt have been nicer or more helpful . And they have really great ideas on showroom. Kudos and 10 stars

Richard Booth was less then helpful in regards to a warranty issue. He was to lazy to even respond and his supervisor is obviously no better. Just 2 useless people collecting a pay check

Im a Plumber and get most of my material from Webb & I think theyre great! The guys there are always really helpful & cool to deal with. Great customer service.

Nice show room with great staff. Great selection of styles for sinks and such. A little confusing with a supply house on Beach St which is a one way and you have to go down to South Willow to get to the showroom. Once you get there though you can start to imagine your project coming to life.

Toni was great! So helpful and patient. Great customer service. The quality of product is superior.

This location does not staff properly for a Saturday. I waited for 20 minutes in line and saw 2 people processed during that time. There was contractors lining up with jobs they needed to get done and they all were complaining about wasted time.

As usual everything I needed was on the shelf and the personal very friendly and helpful!

Not the cheapest place, but great convenience and the staff are helpful. Sometimes can be busy.

Great location, easy to access and great products. Was looking for a specific item, they didnt have it, but were able to get it for me.
