Awesome experience with MSJ! After visting their store and watch their Instagram Live Shows, I reached out via email to see if they could set loose stone I had into a pendant, as it wasnt something necessarily advertised as a service on their website. The customer service was super responsive, Ashley was great at helping me go through different setting options to pick one, and sent me updates throughout the process to let me know when my stone arrived, when it was going in to be set, and when it was due to be sent out. The end result was great, I am so happy with the pendant and look forward to going back to MSJ for future purchases!
