My daughter and I go here for the ice cream and the candied apples.The ice cream is the best in the area, far better than any specialty ice cream store, with me preferring a basic chocolate scoop and my daughter going all out for something new and different. Staff here is EXCELLENT with her too; shes 7, and they humor requests for toppings, extra cherries, and get to know their return customers.Their candied apples are fresh, and they will slice them in request, too.I want to stress that the staff are the best.

Oh my goodness, talk about loving this place. Seriously a dream of candy and other sweet treats! A must visit for anyone that has children or a sweet tooth or simply wanting to pick up some presents. Oh, did I mention they have ice cream and fudge! ❤️ Love it!

They have great clearance sales on the holiday chocolates. They have added sugar free clearance recently. Ice cream is so creamy and different flavors than you can get in a grocery store.

Love to stop here when traveling through. The staff is great. They carry bloopers, chocolate that didnt make the cut, and it is still delicious!! They also have an enormous selection of candy and gift collections of Russell Stover chocolate. A fun place to stop for gifts and to stretch from traveling!

This place is clean & very well organized. The ladies were very nice & friendly. You cant go wrong with your choice of candy. They have milk chocolate, dark chocolate, fresh candy apples, salt water taffy, hard candy & they have ice cream. There is a place where you can sit & just enjoy your candy or ice cream. You can purchase individual pieces or get them in a box. You can also buy a Russell Stover umbrella.

Disappointed this wasnt an outlet store, which Im accustomed too. When I asked, one of the employees pointed me to the discount section. There I found plenty of goodies (I dont mind eating faceless santas or deformed chocolates, its chocolate after all!) at a reasonable price. Overall clean, organized and friendly personnel.

The staff is so friendly. The best chocolates and the selection is tremendous. Would recommend getting their card for free candy in the future.

They have an ice cream counter as well as the best chocolate in the world. Dark chocolate cover raspberry creams are my favorite candy. Join their awards program and get free candy after you buy so many. Its the best!

Oh my, lol the aroma of chocolate is pleasantly over-powering the moment you open the door. The packages are as almost delightful as the treats. Loved it. Should have come in here long ago. And just so you know the prices are surprising affordable for the awesome taste.

The store always smells delicious and the friendly employees offer a free sample of candy. Theres always lots of goodies to choose from; my go-to place for yummy chocolate.

Lady cashier wasnt very nice.my daughter wanted to open a rewards card an she didnt do it.Also I ask for my card to be scanned an she didnt do it.Last time I was there I was told I would have enough points to get a gift .But she said that I didnt have enough.

The candy is great, of course, but some of the staff is lacking in customer service skills. I went to check out and the rep asked me if I was a rewards member. When I told her no, she just finished ringing me up. However, before she finished, I asked more questions and found out I could get a whole bag of candy free, just for signing up! Almost felt as if she didnt want me to sign up.Might have just been that person, but each interaction represents the company.Maybe should skip the store next time through...

I love their discount candy in the back! They always have bloopers real cheap. They sell past holidays candy for a minimum of half the normal price. Their ice cream is delicious. Their employees are super friendly and always very helpful. You can go wrong here if you need a gift for the unbuyable.

I would love to let nathan know (since I have no way of contacting him personally) that emotional support animals or ESAs are not allowed public access, unlike service dogs. Look up ADA laws. There is no certification, and there is no reason to have outings other than to have your dog with you.Plus, a store is legally allowed to kick you out if your dog growls, poops, or shows any kind of behavior that is deemed unprofessional. But again, your DOG should not have been in there in the first place. You may not want to admit it, but your dog did growl, more than once. Your dog, as of that point, wasnt even able to pass a public access test.You were kicked out for good reason. Leave your pet at home.

I bought a chocolate cream assortment and it ended up they were all vanilla creams. Very disappointed!

We stopped in on our way back from Nashville yesterday (we live near Knoxville). Staff was extremely friendly and we were so excited to see that the bloopers were 50% off. What a great deal, right?! Wrong. We got home to try our delicious chocolates and realized that the bloopers box we bought expired in May 2019 and the creams box we got expired in August 2019. The chocolate had turned gray and every piece was beyond stale. Extremely disapointing, especially since we live so far away.

They were a nice ending to our day. I found out that they make their treats there. Usually, I was told in they start in the morning with like the candy apples and working from there. They have a menu of items you can order for a quick treat & tables both inside & outside to enjoy them. There are candies of all kinds to choose from for all occasions & gift giving. I would recommend a trip to this store especially if you like their chocolates & maybe plan a morning trip around 10ish if you want to see them making candy. At least thats the time I was given. Good ice cream

I was just passing through and saw they were having a special, so I stopped in. I ended up not purchasing anything. I did have a great experience. The guy who was running it at the time was so nice. He took the time to say hello to everyone. He also made sure we were all finding what we need. It was a good little shop.

Tons of out of date stuff in clearance section. Here it’s nearly January 2020 and I noticed multiple boxes of candy that was dated August 2019 as expiration date.This is not the only Russell Stover store in Tennessee that has out of date candy. I’ve recently been in both Athens Tennessee location as well as the 1 right off I-40 Exit 407 in the Smoky Mountains area & they too have out of date candy in their clearance sections. To me that is totally disgusting and extremely nasty especially when lots of stuff has nuts which can get worms easily

Love the chocolates.Today I saw a different side though....My wife and I with our 13 week old Chinese Crested puppy visited from Nashville. I have purchased Christmas gifts for all my customers in the past.That ends today.I was told to leave because my puppy, training as an emotional support dog was asked to leave. No other customers were even in the store.I understand rules but this guy was rude and his support staff asked us not to cancel our club membership.I will not be back because this man could have been way more considerate.My puppy cant get certified unless we succeed at our outings.He (the Manchester TN store) had options, and cost R.S. a future relationship while embarrassing his staff.Sorry, Im out....

Great store. Really helpful customer service. They dont have many samples or singles of sugar free (they use stevia!), but they try to give you an idea of flavors/texture etc. They know know the store & their products.I wish they had individual SF chocolates that I could purchase to try before committing to a bag. But thats not on the employees since its a company decision.

I went in today to get a treat for my daughter for her first day of school (we just moved here ) and the man there was so helpful and nice he help me find the perfect treat for her (some chocolate filled eggs that were on sale) and then rang up my purchases so I was in and out of the store fairly quickly, now thats great service. Id give them 10 stars if I could. Definitely will be back !

I never miss stopping here on my way home from Atlanta. They have regular retail items as well as clearance and factory seconds bloopers.

I have passed this location many times and always wanted to stop. Pricing is excellent! I did get one box of candy that was very stale unfortunately, but for the most part the deals were well worth it. The gentleman that was working was friendly and very helpful.

Always stop when driving through - Michigan to Florida. Great Selection and Specials. Look forward to stopping everytime. We always look for the outlets when traveling. We have been to many.
