My 5 star rating is for our salesman Tom!! I would recommend him, and I will seek him to be my sales associate the next time I’m in. He was friendly, helpful, and a joy to work with. We were ignored by 2 other associates, and we were about to leave the store. Tom walked over, and asked if we needed help. Thing is, we were an easy sale. We already knew what we wanted before we walked in. I simply bought 4 additional chairs to go with the ones I already bought. When the other sales associate saw that we were making a purchase, then he decided to head over. He was not only rude to us, but to Tom, who was getting our sale. That being said, I am happy with my purchase as well. They are very solid chairs, nice looking, at a good price.
I was so excited until I wasnt. Closed out on f two bedroom sets, a dining room table, a sectional couch, and ottoman. I was happy to stay within my budget (although I was already a bit over). Larry assisted us with looking at overstock tables but we decided to get one full price. We went through with the purchases on 9/18. Yesterday, I decided to check out Bridgeton and found the exact same table in the overstock and wanted to exchange. I discovered that the table was never put on my order when I made my huge purchase in West County! That was very frustrating and I was extremely disappointed. If I would not have went to another location for an attempted exchanged, I would not have known that my table was not put on the order! I would have decided to do things differently if I would have known my table was not even on my initial purchase. Someone dropped the ball. A great experience turned out terrible. I can only imagine what would have happened if I waited a month and then found out my table was NEVER ordered. Disappointed.
4 years ago I bought a sectional and got the warranty thinking it would be a good idea. Last year I filled a claim and no one got back to me, I tried to call no one ever answered. Went to the store and they referred me to a “warranty specialist” just to tell me i needed to file again. I told her i had some new damage and said to send pictures all the damage. 2 months later called to check since i didn’t get anything back just for them to tell me i had accumulated damage and they will not cover it. What a SCAM!!
We did not purchase but they had a nice selection of furniture, some of the lowestest prices out of the 5 places we visited in a day.The sales people were not over bearing, and when we did have questions, very helpful. The employees are non-commission based, so its nice they dont hunt you down over and over.Store was clean and easily to navigate.
Furniture is never expensive but good quality. The staff is great as well. A lot of the items we purchased were available to take out the store or next day delivery.
Had a horrible experience. Bought the last outdoor sectional they had on the floor, only to be called two hours later and told that they had sold it to someone at another store. Never received any refund receipt or any type of apology from any manager. Money was not refunded, so after 2 weeks I had to go to the store to ask them about the situation. They gave me a copy of the receipt showing they had refunded it (even though it had not gone through on my end) and basically told me I would have to investigate it myself. Horrible customer service and absolutely no remorse for all their mistakes. Will not shop with them again.

Great buys on furniture. The only drawback was getting help. Although lots of sales associates we standing around, I had to ask for help. Once a question answered, the person went away. In one way, you aren’t hassled to buy, but an inquiry every once in a while would be nice. I had to approach and ask for assistance 3 times. I did buy a couch and chair, so hopefully the person who helped me got credit for the sale.
Love Weekends Only. Prices are incredible and the staff is always very friendly and helpful.Im getting a bunch of furniture delivered in a month, so well see how that goes, but my previous experience with their delivery/install of my master bedroom set was great too.

Ordered furniture end of January, good experience in store no issues. Then come the delivery date we took off work to wait for it to come. Nothing came, called the call center and was told that our delivery was now coming two weeks later (without us being informed) because one piece wasn’t there yet. No biggie at first, annoying but we dealt. Took off work for the second delivery. Again, no call, nothing. Call in and find out our delivery date is moved AGAIN, no call no nothing for the second time. Also was told that 3 pieces were missing now and not just 1. Asked for a manager call, upset now because it happened twice. Asked for a call after work since I have to work during the day, of course they called while I’m at work. Told them I couldn’t talk and to call back. No call at all. Called again to confirm the NEWEST delivery date. Was told the piece was still missing but they can transfer it from a different store (which was never offered to us before) but it will push our delivery date AGAIN. Asked for a manager call AGAIN to confirm the transfer and the newest delivery date. Was told someone would call me in 24 hours. Now I’ve been on hold for almost an hour, no manager call, no one answering my call, even went on live chat and nothing. Worst customer experience I have EVER received anywhere. I will never use them again, and will never refer anyone to them. Hopefully some day we will get the furniture that we have already paid for.
Weekends Only is the first place I go when shopping for furniture. The quality and prices are great and the staff is so hospitable. Would recommend to anyone! Larry at West County was exceptionally patient and kind during our decision making progress and was so helpful in making sure all of our questions were answered and that we left feeling happy. I’ve now purchased a queen sized bed and two sofas and couldn’t be more pleased. I actually look forward to furniture shopping, knowing the weekends only exists!
We went in knowing what we wanted as we were walking in a man approached us asking if we needed help told him what we wanted he showed us what they had and he wrapped it up and loaded it onto our truck for us. Very happy with the service of the man helping us and the quality of our couch

I went in to shop for a mattress topper, only to find out they do not carry these! When I asked the service man where he would suggest, he said I guess you could go to Walmart… They’re all the same, it’s only foam! When I found several accessory items to purchase, the girl at the checkout was friendly although she did not offer to package my purchases at all, and when I asked for a bag she pointed over to a stack across the aisle and said… Feel free to use however many you want. Wow! These were breakable items, by the way.

We’ve come here a handful of times and we’ve always gotten good service as far as sales goes, they’ve never lied to us about the prices or try to oversell us which is nice. I work in sales so I really do not like it when people try to sell me. We’ve bought most of our furniture here and plan to keep coming back with their financing options as it’s very easy to be able to pay it off in the three months with the Progressive option!
We came in on New Years Eve and spent $3,000.00 on furniture for our new business.We were greeted by a young man and a young woman. The young man ultimately waited on us. Although he knew the products, he was not terribly personable.We totaled the sale, he presented the extended warranty to us, which we purchased.He directed us to the cashier and walked off.He did not say thank you goodbye, or even Happy New Year!I have spent a lot of money at Weekends Only over the years, and a simple Thank You goes a long way. I dont know that I will buy there again.
I will assume you know the gimmick here. You will not find top line furniture, but decent quality stuff at a fair price, usually. A huge warehouse with almost any piece you could want.Gave a 5 because the staff was friendly, but not pushy/annoying like some of the other furniture marts. We would go back.

I purchased a back support mattress/foundation, and all staff at the store were extremely friendly and professional. I also love the “Try It For 30? 60? Day” policy since you don’t know if the mattress is right for you until after sleeping on it a few nights. Found their selection of mattresses to be very thorough.

The purchase process went well but when I went to pick up my furniture I was told that my couch was not there. I received free delivery the following week to compensate for my inconvenience. I was alright with that. Satisfied with my new couch and loveseat

We got some great stuff here and most of the staff here is decent but they consistently push back delivery dates, and i am not sure if COVID is affecting that but it is annoying to have a delivery date pushed back twice on one product, and then with an exchange have them delivery date pushed back twice (even though they told us it would be available x date). i will probably never buy anything from here ever again and i advise you to do the same unless it’s in stock that day. if it isn’t in stock and they have to order / deliver it, best of luck to you!review edit as of july 2,2021: they pushed back our exchange 1 week. i will not be recommending them to anyone which is a shame as i love the couch we got from them as well as the bed frame and bed. i do not understand how they can say a date and then when the date rolls around oh they’re suddenly out of stock! you had stock when you gave me that delivery date? what happened? i’m annoyed honestly. will never go back. just waiting on this exchange and i will wash my hands of them forever.
Purchased a chair six months ago that broke this week. Although I didnt purchase a protection plan, the manager agreed to exchange the chair for me.The overall shopping experience was also good; competitive prices and staff were helpful without pressuring us.
The sales people did NOT hound me. They did say hi and told if I had questions to let anyone in blue know. I found what I wanted they offered but did NOT pressure me about warranties.I was in and out in less than 44 minutes. I chose to pick up tomorrow - that’s no problem either. Great, friendly place.

Walked in was greeted casually, very professional. Looked around on my own tried out a few pieces while being given lots of space from employees. Once I found a good price on a dresser, night stand, and sectional it was very easy getting attention from an employee. Both gentleman who helped me were AWESOME and even the ladies at the registered had great customer service processing the transaction finishing it with a personal touch! The lady that helped us in the sales floor was helpful, friendly and answered our questions. When we went to check out the cashier Diona was friendly, she run the check and the final sale rang up a couple dollars cheaper, she said this never happened before. She called a manager to help and asked the manager take the couple dollars out of the drawer since the check was already written and ran through. I couldnt hear what the manager was saying but I could hear the cashier say she was going to take the money out of her own purse. She did that and the manager (Margaret) let her! Once my mom realized what she did she refused the mom and Diona said that the only solution was to send a corporate check for the few dollars, we agreed to that, but I dont understand how the manager couldnt just get the couple dollars out of the drawer but if she really couldnt she never should let her employee pay a customer out of her pocket! Okay fast forward a week for the pick up day and the furniture isnt there but its there 2 days later. Fast forward another week, we get a call from a collection agency that we need to pay for the furniture. For some reason this has gone to collections, without any type of courtesy call from the store just sent straight to collection after paying for the furniture, makes no sense!
The salesmen will tell you whatever to get the sale. Bought a couch and salesman said I could pick it up wednesday it wasnt there come Saturday and it still wasnt there. All the stores had one in stock online but when i went to the stores 3 nobody had it. Called the hub in I belive Hazelwood was on hold for 2hrs then another hour talking to a lady. Nothing got accomplished 99% of calls are the same ridiculous
We bought a couch/loveseat set and a full counter-height dining set from this location along with the protection plan for all of it.The couch ended up with a small rip in the top of the middle cushion of the couch. We have been attempting to get anyone on the phone for 4 months with zero help at all. No one is apparently able to process a claim.The warranty company doesnt respond, no one at any store has helped. And it really seems their whole plan is to delay and frustrate the customer into giving up so they can just pocket the money.This is after a nonstop run around of getting the wrong furniture pieces, requiring several trips to get it all over weeks.Insanely unprofessional and dishonest. Pay more and go to a reputable company that actually cares about customer retention.
Staff here very unwilling to resolve issue. I attempted to call store to determine if item I wanted was in stock. Website shows available in store. I attempted to call store to verify before making the 100 mile drive, but automated attendant said a 30 min or more wait before anyone will answer phone. So I made the drive only to find out the website means they have in stock in their local warehouse only. They also do not allow customers to pick up from the warehouse, so their solution was for me to drive home and come back the next day. Not a good business model.
I found everything we were looking for and suggest this is the place for getting furniture in the future everywhere else is 3/4 months behind 🙃,
The future here is not the best quality, but if you are truly in need or desperate for furniture this is your place.

Came here tonight with my disabled husband. Was ready to buy a mattress and a recliner. Was kindly greeted and offered assistance with the recliner purchase by Larry. Needed to ask questions regarding mattresses, but the two employees in that area chose to stand and carry on a personal conversation for over 30 minutes instead of offering help. After finishing their personal conversation, then we were greeted. I will not spend money at a store that doesn’t value customer service and puts me second to a lengthy personal conversation. I will purchase elsewhere. There are plenty of other furniture stores that will assist us in the right manner.
I went and got a desk on Saturday paid for delivery so I could have it sooner. The staff was very rude sat behind their desk and played on their phones. When I got the delivery on Tuesday I only received half of it. The delivery driver has to tell me the other half was on back order. No one called to tell me that nor did they tell me while I was in the store! Called customer service to help with this issue and sat on hold for 2 hours. Still sitting on hold as I wrote this. I will never go back to weekends only.
If you don’t want to be approached by an employee on the showroom floor, rest assured this is the place. I spent about an hour there looking in every department. The only person who approached me was in the mattress department, an older man named Myron. He was extremely helpful. Other than that I passed at least 10 employees and nobody asked me if I needed help. On the one hand, I’m glad they didn’t because I was simply browsing. On the other hand if you are looking for assistance and their store policy is to approach people then everybody failed today.
Had a great experience today! I had a bedroom set from another store that was suppose to be delivered today but they cancelled it yesterday as they didn’t have the set I wanted! And I booked the delivery over a month ago! So I have no bedroom furniture as I was getting my older stuff out so I needed one ASAP! I shopped around and no place has fast delivery... two or more weeks to deliver which I can’t wait that long. They are able to get to me this week and I couldn’t be more grateful and I’m really happy with my set. Such a fast and easy purchase process. I had two gentleman help me today and I forgot one of their names but one of them was Larry and they were very knowledgeable and helpful, thank you so much guys!
Larry is great! No pressure and found a great quality couch for an even better price. Fast delivery and in stock furniture which is tough to come by these days.

Great selection of stylish furniture at an affordable price. They really have some great deals. I really liked the no pressure sales help. Many sales associates available and willing to answer questions and offer assistance when the customer was ready. Usually I feel furniture sales people “hover” too much. This was a great shopping experience and found just what I was looking for.
Ricky C - sales Associate was very helpful. He immediately paid attention to what I was looking at when I walked in and had things pulled up for me right away it was especially helpful because I was in a hurry. The young lady that checked me out was also very pleasant and I appreciate cheerful associates.I came in for two things that I found online last night and it was exactly what I wanted.

Made my first purchase from weekends in September. Bought product they assured me would be in on specific day. When it wasnt very rude employee told me it wasnt our problem. Scheduled for redelivery. Was not delivered on right day.Made second purchase in October. Also not delivered at correct time.So at the very least they are 0 for 2. The products were great once they got there but for the love of God do not have them deliver anything.
What a horrible experience. Went to pick up and they gave us the wrong stuff. Got it all the way in my home and it was wrong. Manager was completely uncooperative. Absolutely terrible experience. If you can find furniture anywhere else I would skip weekends only. Managers name was Doddie.
I purchased a couch. Couch was damaged on delivery. Customer Service call center has exceedingly long wait times and does not respond to emails. After a long wait process, customer service returned my phone call. Rep was nice and made exchange process seem easy. I will update review when exchanged couch arrives.
Dont bother buying the warranty. The couch I bought started falling apart a couple of months after purchasing it. I have the warranty and have been waiting almost 1 full year for them to make the repairs. The warranty company claims they are waiting on parts from Weekends Only. Weekends Only tells you to deal with the warranty company and nothing gets resolved. I would not buy furiture there and would never buy the worthless warranty either. The experience has been terrible.
I placed an order to be delivered to the Bridgeton location. The clerk sent it to W. County. Upon arrival at Bridgeton to pick up, the error was found. I was told that I made the mistake and would have to wait a week for it to be resolved. When I escalated the call a rude female restated the location of the order and offered no resolution. She happily cancelled the order though. To error is human, to correct it is CUSTOMER SERVICE. Train your associates to understand their impact OR deduct your loss from them. That will bring the point home quickly!
My husband and I purchased a bed frame and a kitchen table and chairs here back a few months ago. We had them delivered and the drivers were supposed to put it together but didnt. Then there were no directions in either on how to put them together. We went up to the store 5 separate times to get directions for each. Finally got the ones for the bed frame but nothing still for the kitchen table. They said they were going to email us the directions multiple times and no emails were ever received. Plus we spoke with about 3 different workers including 1 being the manager. Very poor customer service and now never buying from Weekends only again. Ive never had any business be so negligent and not do something that they should have done. We also tried to call the 800 number multiple times and waited on hold each time for over a half hour and no answer.

The customer service is lacking. Takes hours to reach someone on the phone. They where supposed to deliver and assemble a bedroom set. They failed to Bring all the pieces of the bed. When asked if the were gonna to return with missing pieces. The delivery guys response was in a week or so.I have not been able to reach anyone to get further info from. Between the poor customer service and the failure to deliver all the required pieces of the bed. I will not do business with them again. I will recommend others do the same.
Everyone at the store was very courteous and the sale went smoothly. Only problem was when the couch was delivered, the feet were missing. They told me to wait and someone would call me back, no one called me back but i was able to get call the help # and get the feet sent UPS, and it took another call to get the delivery folks to install them since I lacked the proper tools. Call center has VERY LONG waits and can be frustrating to deal with but once you get a person, it goes smoothly.
They lied to us about delivery date. I have tried calling and left voicemails. Now I am out $2500, have no furniture, and no way to contact these crooks. This is terrible.
I ordered my furniture online and came up to pick it it up the next day and there was no wait, everyone was rather prompt and organized and I was out with my new end table within minutes! I am very happy with the product and service.
I had furniture delivered today (2 desks, bookshelf, coffee table) and there is a big disconnect in what I was told in the store with reality. When you visit the showrooom everything is assembled. I specifically asked about the big L-shaped desk assembly and the sales associate said oh, it comes in two big parts and you just line them up and bolt them together. Cool. Delivery fee was also $79. The arrival of the items was in itty-bitty boxes clearly requiring full-blown assembly. Delivery was also $149.I called customer service and she said I could return them as the only option.....not adequate AND I waited 20 minutes to talk to someone on the 1-888 line. Now shes forwarded my question to the store manager for him/her to call me.Super disappointing. Just order from Wayfair would be my advice.

I came into the store with a printed out version of my Wish List so I didnt get confused on what items I would like to purchase. My salesman was very professional & was very concerned that he find the items on my list. There were only a couple of items that couldnt be located but there were items that I preferred better anyway. The computer system went down just before I approached the Checkout. It was only a matter of minutes before they were up & running. All the staff were very courteous & professional. I bought a bed 4 years ago so I was leaning toward shopping with them. I had 3 businesses that I was looking at their furniture & narrowed it down to Weekends Only because I preferred their selection. Kudos to the staff!
Great experience purchasing our sectional.
I came in to get several pieces of furniture. Pretty good selection. I chose to finance a portion of my purchase. Salesman told me MANY misleading pieces of info on the financing. He was not mindful of what I kept telling him/kept adding things I told him not to add. Got it all straightened out. Put a large down payment down. Got to the loading dock AFTER purchase to find out what I bought was not in stock after I was told specifically it was. So I have to come BACK at a later date to get my furniture. They also could give me no info on how to actually PAY my loan. Not even what website, how, etc... So I had to figure that all out. It was a mess. Wouldnt work with them again.
We tried a bed out there and it felt great. Took the bed home in a box. Opened it and let it sit for the 72 hours with said to wait. It never inflated to the 12”...all different sizes on every side. They told us when we purchased that if something was wrong they would take care of it and replace it. We called and they said we will have to pay $50 for them to pick it up. No one ever told us this. We don’t have a way to take a king size bed to their store. It’s a very sneaky sales practice. We will be returning the bed and this is the last time we will purchase anything from them. Every time we purchase something, it’s been defective and we get the runaround. Ridiculous.

Purchased a sectional over a month ago to have delivered to new house. Got 3 phone calls indicating that my delivery will be arriving within 15 minutes. Driver called me and said Where are you I said my house. Driver comes to tell me that my address does not exist. Driver finds out that he did not type in my address correctly into his GPS. Driver says to me I have to call dispatch I have waited on the phone with support for over 2 hours 2 times now. Just got a phone call back HOURS later saying that they can not deliver my sectional. During the call with Customer Support she stated that I will have to wait another 4 days until they deliver my sectional. Individual on the phone was rude as well. Will not be shopping here ever again.
What a waste of time! The store should change its name to A Month Later Only. Cash and carry sell for two bedroom sets lost! They have them on the floor but will not sell them. We can get you them about a month from now If I wanted bedroom sets a month from now, I would shop a month from now. Great business model! One of the best referral services Carol House has.

I went to buy a couch and when I entered the store the manager was disrespectful towards me because I did not have a mask and required me to leave. I cannot wear mask due to medical reasons and that did not stop him from forcing me to leave

Bought a bed and bed. Picked up bed that day at another store. Good. Desk on back order. Tried calling in to determine if desk came in the next weekend. No one answers phone. Tried customer care and local store. Not good.

{Additional comment added below Jan 27,2021}Inventory overall was moderate to low (meaning back order). I wanted a sofa & chase and they were out of the 3 options I wanted. I ordered a queen bed that took 3 days to deliver and I have to wait 2 or more weeks for the bed frame to be delivered because the St. Louis area is entirely out of it (or so I was told). This location refused to sell me the floor model as well. Lastly, my initial sales associate was a little dim witted (so I got a different one), the store has no beverages available for purchase, and the 50’s/60’s music was so loud I had to leave due to sensory overload.Jan 27, 2021:Dear Store Owner,Thank you for your response and apologies. Sadly, I was given more displeasing news when I checked in about the delivery of my bed frame. The original quoted delivery date was “the week of Jan 21st”. When I spoke with this store on Jan 22nd, the said they “think it will arrive around February 15th”.Once again, I am very disappointed about the lack of furniture readily available, and moreover, the incorrect estimate on delivery time. Had I known I would be sleeping on my floor for a month or more, I would have either bought a different bed frame from weekends only, or bought from a different company.
They are great. The employee who helped me with my order was amazing, he was knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. Very happy with my purchase.
The staff was all very friendly. The thing I don’t like about other furniture stores is the overly pushy salespeople, but at Weekends Only it was a pressure free shopping experience so we were happy to spend our money there.

We absolutely love our new sofa. We happened to have a small imperfection on the back side of one of the cushions. I emailed the customer service at the main headquarters office & received a reply within 15 minutes. We were able to swap out the cushion for a new one within a couple of days. Dominique was a fabulous customer service rep. I was even able to speak live with her. The couch is very good quality at a very fair price. We highly recommend Weekends only. We went to the Manchester, MO store.
Our salesperson, Heather, was AMAZING!!! She was so attentive and not overbearing in any way. They were really busy and she made sure to keep checking on us. Super nice and very helpful!!!!
We have always had pleasant experiences at WEO. We just went in looking for a mattress and found the perfect one. Most importantly, the woman working the cash register was amazing. So upbeat and sweet and just made dropping over $700 feel like a dream 😆. So, thank you Brittany for the great customer service!
