Parents bought two leather recliners on which the color came off then cleaning based on the companys recommendation. Company was rude and unwilling to take back the defective chairs that my parents have had for less than a year. $1100 recliners should not have these issues. Try someplace else.

We just bought a palliser leather set from leather interiors. It was delivered on time as advertised. Since it was $2k less than a comparable la z boy set we were impressed.

The service is beyond horrible after you place an order. Ordered a sofa, later called in to ask for delivery date. Called four times, And every time was told they are with a customer, they don’t know the date, they cannot check the date. And the sales person I asked for is not in. I just called again and the same thing happened and was hung up. Now I still don’t know when my sofa will arrive.
