I just called Thompson Machinery Manchester, TN location and spoke with Stan in the parts department. He was incredible. From the moment he answered the phone with a professional friendly greeting, I knew this would be a helpful transaction. He was extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me with something that did not even pertain to his department. Excellent customer service. Bravo Stan!
