I walked up to the kiosk and asked Nick if he had privacy glass for the newest iPhone. He said he did. I asked him how much and he told me. I told him that’s what I wanted and handed him my phone. Not even two whole minutes later he handed my phone back with the glass already put on. The entire process took no more then five minutes, with the time it took to pay and input my information into his computer. He was professional and efficient. I recommend this kiosk to anyone in need of screen protection or screen repairs.

Great location for a fantastic brand of screen protector. My wife and I walked out of the apple store and directly to the kiosk. The screen protector was installed in less than 3 minutes with no bubbles. The price might be a little higher than other places but the quality of the service and the lifetime warranty makes it worth the surcharge.

ZAGG was great for getting a new protector for my iPhone. I got “Invisible Shield” when got the phone from Verizon, so it cost $10 for ZAGG to replace it. Quick and easy.

Ive gone to the Zagg store for years. Never disappointed and the best $60 I spent when I originally got the screen protector. Ive replaced the protector atleast 2-3 times a year. Highly recommend it especially if you drop your phone often.

Dealing with Zagg is great! The main reason Ive paid so much for the covers (>$50) is because I know they are solid and will do what they claim... protect the phone. I dropped my phone on an asphalt parking lot a while back. Of course with my luck it landed face down. The glass cover cracked but the phone was fine. Unfortunately (or maybe luckily) before I could replace the cover I dropped it again and this time it bounced on the edges before landing hard face-down once again. The phone itself was fine and the cover didnt deter from me using it (with the exception of cleanly swiping from the edge).I tried to replace the glass cover at the Zagg kiosk at the local mall but they were out of stock for the Galaxy S8+ covers. I waited a few weeks before going back and they still didn not have any. Once I did finally get it replaced it was a quick process. I thought it was cool that even with a back cover on the phone the Zagg rep knew at just a glance from 6 away that it was an 8+.Having to go back 3 times until I could get a replacement is the only reason I did not rate it 5 stars. Having to wait over a month for a stock replenishment is poor business. But other than that... awesome product!
