I am in the Manchester store several times a month. The people there are great. They are all very easy to deal with. Always in a good mood. I look forward to my visits there. I use a lot of different supply houses and I cant say that about most of them.

Not at this physical location but purchased an item online in March with a expected delivery time in April. Item did not arrive when looking into the order saw it was still preparing to ship contacted customer service who told me it was backordered and would be in early June. Reached out to customer service late June looking for my order to be told it would be sometime in August. Zero communication from anyone in the company, they claim to have emailed me on the 5th notifying me of the delay but checked inbox/spam ect and there is nothing and the customer service rep said there was a note of an email but she couldnt find the email itself. Spoke to a manager named Austin who was polite but again completely unhelpful. No attempts to make it right at all. Horrible customer service, my suggestion is go elsewhere unless you want to wait 5 months for your order.

Staff were super friendly and assisted with the loading of the equipment purchased.

Bought a blower motor 6 months ago. No help because seems like a rebuilt when I was told it was new and I happened to not be on file.. hmmm.
