They really treat there customers unbelievable great and they know what they are doing very professional
It seems that if the part isnt in the computer it cant be found. Ask for Shannon. After 20 plus years on the parts counter, she it your go to person. I havent had any other experience except with the parts counter.
Quality trucks great location.
Friendly efficient service.
Super helpful and fast to get me my truck and on my way
Great People. We buy a ton of parts from these guys and are never disappointed. Salespeople are the best. You will always be treated well regardless of the department you are in. Check them out they stock almost everything.
Thank you so much for always being there when I need parts and getting them fast so I can get my trucks back on the road
Perfectly good. But there was no public restroom.
Parts department is great. This review is for service and honestly if I could give them a zero I would. Called to make an appointment and they admitted to being booked out a week and half but if I dropped off they would try and get it in so I did. Truck was there for two weeks and I hadnβt heard anything, understandably they told me they were backed up. So I called they said I was next to go in. Another week passed still no call, so I called again still hasnβt been into the shop again told next one to come in. 4 more days pass, still no call. So I call again. They told me they could not duplicate the issue, which is temperature related happens in the cold/rain. Almost a month after I drop it off the temps are now almost 20 degrees warmer. When dropping off I told them sometimes you have to drive it awhile to make it happen. The issue was an intermittent electrical problem that would cause multiple malfunctions at the same time ie. gauges fluctuate, revving, wipers inop etc. again all issues related and fail the same time. I get to the one month mark and still not a single time have I gotten a call. So I call again. Still canβt duplicate. At this time I email videos of the issues happening (which I had to email a second time to confirm they got the videos because again the awful communication no one responded) I am now without my truck for a month and 3 days. STILL NO PHONE CALL. So I call again. Still canβt duplicate. So I say Iβm coming to get it. I get there and they tell me they fixed the wiper problem. And they got the gauge issue to happen once while driving but not in the shop. I ask how they fixed the wiper problem but not rest. They tell me they drive in the shop with them not working βchecked relaysβ and found they were bad so they changed them and it fixed them. Which makes no sense because A. It only happened when other issues occurred. If other problems didnβt exist the wipers would work. And B. If a relay fails it fails. It doesnβt work some times and not others then they proceed to give me a bill for almost $1200 dollars with nothing fixed. Never called for extended diagnostics authorization never called for relay authorization which is cheap but had they called I would have told them that is absolutely not the issue. So I get the service manager involved. And I will say he was very professional and me being in the industry myself for over 10 years I know he probably knew nothing about the completely awful communication and customer service. I did tell him the relay repair was bogus and they said they stand behind the tech that did it because he is their βAβ tech. So they cut the bill in half which I did appreciate but now Iβm still out 600 dollars with no idea what was actually done and low and behold the wipers fail again. They tell me Iβm better off not going elsewhere because someone else will have to start over what they have already done and Iβll be honest I donβt have a friggin clue what they actually did. Lost a month of business two trips over an hour away and out 600 dollars for literally nothing. Worst customer service and communication I have ever experienced and I was a service writer for 3 years at a large GM dealership. So I know how it works. I literally donβt think I could be more disgusted with a service department and sadly this will make me never buy an international truck again due to this being the βlocalβ service department
Very good
Good customer services,Thankyou AarΓ³n!
I was able to place an order for what I needed over the phone very easily. Went and picked up the parts and left everybody was very nice, easy transaction.
Broke down bad alternator on a new truck they were very busy understandably they dont have a drivers room its the lunch room for all office an mechanics. Small was there for 8 hours.
Ive read my share of nightmare reviews with most International dealerships,my 2015 Durastar ramptruck had the DEF lamp come on and scared the pants off of me,I didnt purchase this truck from Liberty but from the first phone call to diagnois and getting it done quickly you would think I did .From the time I arrived after a phone call, had never been there before,I got to the service desk and the gal had a ticket all waiting and ready for me,said it could be as long as three weeks its first come, first serve, three days later I got a call with the diagnois and I picked it up on day 4 so Im really happy and the cost was reasonable, all the parts they had in stock. My warranty has run out so Ill be buying the new MV for sure!!But they deserve a good review on this one thank you
Crappy customer service and over priced. I feel like Im bothering the employee whenever I want to buy a part for my truck
Best sales, service, and parts people in the business.
I bought a used 2013 truck that just came off of a 3 year international lease roughly over a year ago from Liberty International in Manchester. I was buying a used truck because my business was not at the point where I could afford a brand new one. I spoke with salesman Dave who said he had a truck that he could make into a hook lift, so we scheduled to see it the next day which was a Saturday. We were told this would make a great truck because International has maintained it for the last 3 years. After driving the truck that seemed to be in great condition we made a deposit to purchase truck. A few months after purchasing the truck we noticed lack of power going into a hill with the truck being empty along with the temperature spiking to the almost over heating point. Next thing you know we got white puffs of smoke coming from the truck. We booked an appointment which almost takes 2 weeks to get and we are told from mechanic we are looking at $4800 because it needs a breather kit that International has come up with to fix a faulty maxforce engine flaw and that trucks have been coming with the same problem like crazy. I call my salesperson furious that this was not disclosed before selling me the truck. Im told the owner will work with me on the repair only to find out when I pick up the truck the bill is now almost $5500 and they take off $875 leaving me a bill for $4629.87. I said I thought the owner was going to work with me and the woman behind the counter said they probably had to use more gaskets or something. So after a few months the truck starts to have more problems and still has lack of power and temp spiking. Next a oil leak in the lower crank case breather. I make an appointment and have to wait over two weeks. My appointment comes and is on a holiday and now truck has no power and wont make it there. I tow it an hour to keep my obligation for an appointment and spend over almost $400 on a tow and when I call a day and a half after they havent even got it into the garage to look at it. Next Im told it needs and ERG valve and engine block because cylinders are gone and we are looking at $15,000. These are all the problems listed on class action law suits against the trucks with Maxxforce engines. I say I dont want to put any more money into this and want to get out of the truck. They offer me $40,000 for the truck I paid $75000 close to a year ago and if I dont want to buy another one they would give my $35000. Finally I except $37,500 just to be done with this dealership. This almost sank my business!!! They have a lot full of trucks with the maxxforce engines in them and Im sure they plan on doing the same thing to other people and selling them. Im out huge money and they have done nothing but make money on the sale, repair, and now the trade in. Do yourself a favor and do your due diligence before buying a truck here. I had to give a star to post this, otherwise it would be a negative 5 stars. The only thing the sales manager is concerned with is meeting his sales budget and it is very sad they dont stand behind there products and flaws that they are well aware of.
They keep the vehicles for weeks on end. Many times the issue resurfaces after picking it up. Over priced for labor and often times have to return again right after.
