Good company. Helpful staff

Horrible customer service for ABC metal roofing materials, Things were ordered wrong and came in damaged. The worst dealings with a distributor in my years as a contractor. The staff is not knowledgeable on the metal roofing they sell, orders process slow and there is a total lack of support. If I could give no stars that would be too much for this company. My project was delayed more than a month due to the screwups and ordering delays.

We had an excellent experience in our kitchen and bath remodel with Cedar Crest. The designer was talented and helpful and helped me choose just the look I wanted. The contractor supplied by Cedar Crest, Adam Leonard of A & R Carpentry, couldnt have been better. The job was finished on time and the results are beautiful.

Ray, Cory, Thom and the rest of the crew are awesome to deal with.

I made a mistake and thought I was charged twice. I was wrong. Beacon was right.

Its a wonder they stay in business! No organization skills, poor handling procedure, and otherwise poorly managed!
