They won’t take a cake order over the phone. Told me I have to come in and make the order in person. I live 30 minutes away so it isn’t convenient to do this. The website isn’t working so I can’t place my order this way. I’ve never been told I have to order in person with a Baskin Robbins before. Management should rethink this policy. Taking my business elsewhere.

Very busy Friday night with one girl behind the counter. (She was good and getting a lot of tips.) I really enjoy a chocolate blast (I wish they still had it on their menu). Usually when I ask for one I get strange looks and have to tell them to make a cappuccino blast with no coffee only chocolate. This girl new exactly what I wanted and was quick about it. The place was dirty and getting run down and worn out (the facility is old and needs a facelift) but the girl working on 4/30 earned 5+ stars regardless of the lack of employees and owner investment/interest.

This place is a joke and needs serious help. Instead of telling us they were out of icecream for our sundAe and instead she covered it up with a bunch of whipped cream. Never again

Terrible place to go. They treat their workers like numbers instead of people, the manager is never there and calls in to have the others clock her in when she’s not there. They made a girl manager after her working there for less than a week. Absolutely terrible management.

Good Ice creamStaff not so smart, Order came to $3.39. I handed her $5.40. After playing with calculator She handed me $1.01 back.The look on her face was worth the tip of dollar. She was lost.

The store doesnt close until 10, my husband & i went in at 9:46. He ordered 2 scoops in a cup, I ordered a milkshake. The girl mopping chimes in & proceeds to tell me that their policy is to not serve anything other than scoops after 9:45 because they have already started cleaning up. If that is in fact their policy, then they should close at 9:45 because they dont offer half their menu after that. This is the WORST experience Ive ever had, customer service at its finest 👎👎

Went in at 8:30. The chairs were already up and they were already mopping. There was no welcome. No hello. The left side of the freezer was empty and the right side was “all that was left out.” They would not get a scoop of chocolate mint ice cream. Who knew they closed at 8:30?

Great service. Tried a Sundae and it was fine. This was a traveling stop, so not much more about the store. Good parking. Note that if you are getting off I-24, youll have a potentially difficult turn to get back to the I-24 on-ramp. I turned right and used a light.

HORRIBLE service. I was sold a chocolate cake after asking multiple times if the cake was vanilla (it even said vanilla on the box). When I called back to ask for the correct cake, I was told our manager said he couldnt do anything about it. What?? How can I not be refunded the correct cake when I specifically asked for vanilla but was given chocolate? Will NEVER go to Baskin Robbins again! DO NOT GO HERE!

This place honestly sucks. The ceiling is caving and insulation is falling down out of it into a drinking fountain. Ive been here when its raining and the floors in the bathroom are completely flooded, the toilet and sink are always filthy. Theyre out of basically everything. Dont waste your time. This place is dirty. I dont know how they havent been shut down.

Not good at all. First time there it would be last time . Employees hair was not keep up it was all over. Gloves where not use when doing my order the place was just horrible. there was water in the floor . They where not busy At all I dinot see why they count clean the water in the floor. Just horrible place to get Ice cream.

They didnt have a very good selection of flavors. Had to wait for 10 minutes before anyone knew I was waiting in there store. The ice cream was freezer burnt and the waffle cone bowls where so stel we couldnt even eat them! Dont think I wont to risk going back to the Baskin Robbins in Manchester TN again! Not good! Our previous experiences from this store was very good. But we quit going for a while. Very sorry to find that the quality has gone down hill ☹️.

Took my grandkids in Baskin To ins today in Manchester Tenn the 2 young girls did not say hello welcome us on or anything, the little blonde whispered something walked off and looked at her phone it wasnt until I asked for a manager that the other girl spoke to is. I thought they were very rude and if I go back and they are there I will turn around and leave.

I have wasted my money here just a few times in the 4 years I have lived here. The staff is always rude, youre lucky if you get any sort of acknowledgement until you voice that you are ready to order. They act like you are an inconvenience. My daughter was a senior in high school the first summer we were here and she placed an application for employment. She made it to her car, and then witnessed the girl who took it, simply ball it up and put in in the trash. Not a manager mind you, just a lowly counter girl. If we want ice cream cake, we take our business toDQ in Tullahoma. Their employees are friendly, always have a smile, and seem genuinely to happy that you have walked through the door.I only wish I had left this review for them sooner, BEFORE the utter disrespect they have recently shown to our military. This store is owned and run by a bunch of unnecessarily uppity Indians. And what kind of restaurant doesnt allow paying customers to use the restroom?

Left one kid on that shift who was rushing trying take care of everyone and he cut his finger and continued to work to satisfy all of the customers.... NEEDS BETTER MANAGEMENT, there should alway be 2 people on a shift!!!
