I was in the pharmacy area waiting, and Will I believe is his name was a pharmacy technician. First I heard complain about how they addressed situation with a customer. I thought it was handled correctly and the other technician and the pharmacist did too. My other issue was I heard Will, the other technician and the lead pharmacist bad mouthing their employees. I find this beyond unprofessional. My partner owns his own business, and he would stand for co workers bad mouthing their co workers Infront of customers. I went to this pharmacy one other time and had a pleasant experience. I wont be back again..

The male pharmacist was incredibly rude. He needs an attitude adjustment.He told me what I needed to do for him because he didn’t have the time to help me or get what I needed.I can understand being busy, since I work in the service industry. But he just didn’t look thrilled to be doing any job.He bossed people around like they were stupid.Very very rude.

HORRIBLE. If you can avoid this pharmacy I would absolutely do so. The pharmacist (young male) refused refilling medication my surgeon sent in. Apparently he thinks he can override a doctor. Go to any other CVS pharmacy and save yourself the head ache. He should not be working there whatsoever. I don’t know of a company that would allow a pharmacist to talk to customers the way he does. Disgusting.

Take away the self checkout machine and bring back the original crew!

Horrible management at this location. We showed up for our PCR test with confirmation, waited at the window (which was supposed to be open) for 20 minutes before the manager came out and rudely said they cancelled all tests. All 3 of us lost a full hour and we had to postpone our test for a full day because they had nothing else available in the area. Avoid this CVS.

I guess its funny to keep deleting my reviews. They are not going to stop against the pharmacist at willow, Manchester NH. Ive got to now go bigger. I dont want people hurt like I was

Horrible experience. i called and one person immediately hung up. some people dont deserve a job. AWFUL. whoever owns this place, do a better job next time hiring people. i would give this a 0 star but since i cant 1.

Great Service Overall... Kevin is a pharmacist that extremely rude and unprofessional. I had a simple question about when I could pick up my prescription and he ended up yelling, “ Fill it somewhere else!!” Narcissistic personality.

Used to have the most empathetic pharmacists now they have a new one named Kevin who is rude and disrespectful. I understand that there are times that their hands are tied but the consultation window should be one of privacy and not where the pharmacist talks so loud that everyone in the store knows your business. Totally unprofessional and rude. I have done business for years at this pharmacy but will never go into that store again.

I scooped my brains out at the drive through with a cotton swab.

Horrible customer service. I needed an eyewash solution and could not locate it. Ask for assistance and when they finally pulled themselves away from counting their little pills, clerk could not locate eyewash either. Asked me to wait for pharmacist who was M.IA. I went to Walmart .

Very helpful, the pharmacist answered all my questions and they immediately delivered what I ordered. I highly recommend CVS.L.L

Christmas Eve website says the pharmacys open at 9:00 in the morning Wait 20 minutes while the things still down and someone comes tells me its not open till 10:00

Staff has always been great at the pharmacy here. Im surprised by some of the other reviews here. I guess you cant always please everyone.

This store and pharmacy is the best Gordon is my pharmacist he is knowable he doesnt make you wait... Best experience ever

Ahmed is very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. He treats people terrible, but in such a strange way. I left questioning if he was right and I was in the wrong. I transfered all my prescriptions elsewhere, where my money/business its appreciated and Im treated with respect.

Always incredibly helpful when I come in having an asthma attack to get me my prescription quickly.

Jerks. ... at the pharmacy at least. ... I needed pseudophed (real stuff as the phenylephrine doesnt work) .. they wouldnt sell me any .. because the federal system was down .... they were unwilling to find a solution other than to come back later. .. I was just passing through. They were more concerned about the line of 4-5 customers behind me and shooed me away like I was asking the world. .. no just a decongestant

Sweet pharmacy staff always helpful to me whenever I go in.. Which lately its a rare thing to find kindness from people that work begins the counters...

Not my regular pharmacy, but they were able to fill my prescription fast when my regular pharmacist couldnt.

Wouldnt deliver without a credit card.on file.
